Decided to give this place a try after driving by it many a times. Ordered a cheeseburger, large steak fry, and the chicken philly cheesesteak (recommendation from cashier) for 30$. Cheeseburger was a tad dry and meat wasn't super seasoned. Fries got pretty soggy on my 10 minute drive home since it was in a styrofoam box with no holes. The chicken philly was pretty solid. Order online, got there and they said oh, we do not have your order. I ordered from their website and they said it's a mix up with grubhub and it happens to customers. If you know this is happening then obviously YOU need to fix it asap!!! You have lost a customer because I eat there atleast once a week. Fist time here at Susan's to try these Burgers. I drove up to the Drive Thru and ordered me a Double Cheeseburger with Fries. The worker at the window mentioned to me that they did not serve fountain drinks, only can sodas. Which to me was like "How can you enjoy a burger with out a fountain drink" ohh well I Just got the Burger and Fries. To my knowledge I did not know the patties are pretty thick so when I seen the burger I was like OMG! The burger was really good and well seasoned. Next time I'll grad a regular cheeseburger. The fries on the other hand to me did not taste that good. Half of them were soggy and some where hard with no flavor. I used to go here frequently and the staff have a terrible time getting orders correct, I had to drive back THREE separate times because they kept messing up our burrito order... The 3rd time they messed up our order the owner tried to accuse us of stealing his food and "running game" on his restaurant. He hung up on us mid conversation and you could hear them yelling across the restaurant on the phone when I called back and he accused us of "running game" on his food when I simply asked them to make our order correctly. Small little place that's been around for years but I've always just driven by. Went in to try the burger after seeing a review on TikTok and was not disappointed! It's small, so you need to either get it to go or sit at the counter. My husband ordered wings and said they were the best he's ever had. We also both ordered burgers. They were extremely busy but still took the time to let us know how many people were ahead of us and didn't leave us hanging with a super long wait.
