Super happy to have found this little gem. A very intimate hole in the wall on coral way serving a great variety of sushi at fair prices. As the location has a handful of tables, it's best to go in with patience, the waitress was working hard to attend to everyone. Great presentation and delicious food, cannot wait to go back and try some more.

I have one problem with this place.... they close too early! LOL. They have a great selection of curated specialty rolls. Not all sushi places are successful at this. They do have a rather small hot food selection. Been dining here for a few years now and the food is always fresh and I have never been disappointed.

WOW! Cheap, delicious, and clean! Food was great; my bf and I ordered the dragon roll, Caribbean roll, crab rangoons, and the special fried rice and nothing disappointed. The place was very clean and the AC was delicious. Service was also lovely. Can't wait to come back and try different things

I'll start off by talking about my first experience here.... My boyfriend and i ordered two JB rolls and fried rice. I wish i had pictures but the amount of salmon in each roll was so minuscule and the amount of rice was insane. It was so bad. I told myself was never ordering sushi here again. The fried rice was huge. Had decent amount of chicken but loved the amount that you got for the price it's awesome but could def use more chicken. I decided to try it again since i was craving fried rice and it's right by where i work. Again, MEGA AMOUNT of rice but the amount of chicken they add is nothingggg. Was still glad i got it tho cuz it tasted pretty good. Could've used more flavor or salt. THEN i went today again cuz i wanted sushi. the portion of everything was so perfect. Just take a look of this picture: Although i didn't like the flavor of the sesame seeds, it hit the spot and the sushi to rice ratio was perfect. Well done and what a way to make up for it

This hole in the wall sushi place is definitely a go-to. The food was so good, I forgot to take pictures it's a little pricy but it's more out of the way things are nowadays. They used to have 3 rolls for $30, which is great. I ordered the Fried Dumplings and they were fried to perfection. The Miso Soup is enough to share for two people. The Ceviche Roll was something different to try and the Crazy Tuna Roll is the reason why I'm going back. SOOOO GOOOOD!!!! The Thai Donuts were also delicious but order a second thing of Leche Condensada if you're a big dunker. Definitely coming back here, 10000/10!

Did takeout for late lunch: ordered online at their website. All was ready for pickup with a big smile and appreciation for the customer. The steamed Gyoza were tender and delicious, the dynamite shrimp is good and plenty (needs more of the spicy Mayo though). The three Rolls for $30 is a great value and all three Rolls were fresh and delicious. Food is delicious but moreover, it's the friendly service by the young lady packaging our pickup that makes you come back more often. Thank Sushi2Me Team!

Sushi 2 Mee is a hidden gem in a shopping plaza where you wouldn't expect great sushi to be located. It's a small spot with about six tables inside. They have such a huge variety of rolls and plates that will leave you wanting more. I am a huge sushi lover, so I am very picky with quality and taste. Sushi 2 me delivers in both. I normally get the firecracker tuna roll and the crunchy tuna roll. Both are so delicious and the fish is so smooth. I also love how they give you a bottle of spicy Mayo and eel sauce free. I am a fan of both and the extra sauces help add even more deliciousness to the sushi. They also have great plate options for those who aren't into sushi. The sesame chicken has so much flavor and comes with a good portion of rice and fries. The sesame chicken is like a sweet and sour chicken. The service is also laidback but very attentive. I highly recommend Sushi 2 Me for a casual outing and great food.

This place is very small, 5 tables max. Always packed and it has Uber eat drivers coming in and out at all hours of the day. They have many sushi roll options. I tried their Caribbean roll and my fiancé had their Ocean Trio roll. We shared their Special Japanese fried rice. That rice was PHENOMENAL! With that sauce at the side, need I say more. The Caribbean roll had these delicious coconut flakes on top, it made a huge difference. The only reason I give it a four star is because we ordered three dishes and we paid a ridiculous amount. They are very pricey, so go prepared. This place is a must try but try to go on pay day.

Spectacular sushi! The fish to rice ratio was just right, the vegetables are fresh and crunchy, and the eel sauce had the perfect consistency and hint of sweetness. The seaweed salad was also very tasty. My friend got the shrimp tempura roll and said it was also amazing. I will definitely order out again from here.

Came here in the weekend as I was advised they are really good with sushi. I am a sushi connoisseur that have been looking for a good place to eat sushi in south florida. I got by surprised that the word of mouth on this restaurant is true. The sushi is good, fresh, and tasteful. They have special to get two rolls for 18 or three for 24. These are even good portions and worth every dollar you spend here. I am sure they will soon open a bigger location due to being busy most of the time. I've been here twice, there sushi is not bad but definitely not the best. They charge $1 per eel and spicy mayo, I had asked the employee why it was so costly? (They were normal small sauce containers). His response was that they were still less than sushi sake which we're $1.50.... I'd advise to go somewhere else. I've been to places where everything is light years better and the sauces are FREE. read more

I came here one afternoon for lunch and it was great! We were the only people there so it didn't take long at all for us to get our food! I ordered the dragon roll and it tasted fresh and delicious. The best part is the price- they have a special for two rolls for $17! You can choose from a large variety of rolls. read more

This hole in the wall was such a great (and unexpected) find! Their sushi is delicious and reasonably priced. The place is small but I've never had to wait and many people come in to pick up their takeout orders. If you're not a fan of movie theater food (AMC is in the same plaza), think about having sushi here before or after the movie. read more

Ive been here a number of times and its slowly becoming my favorite sushi spot. I always eat there before catching a movie and am always astonished by the beauty if the sushi. Served in a so called "fancy" way i loved the presentation if the dragon roll i ordered. Had the joy of my life when i watched the heat game while enjoying it with some great sushi and even more delicious special fried rice. read more

Update to my previous review... I don't know what happened to this place. I'm so sad to have to post this because I was so happy about this restaurant. It had become our little sushi gem. We visited the restaurant on Saturday night and we were treated so poorly. The lady that attends the tables was extremely rude, didn't even let us peep our heads in and with a nasty tone said "we are only taking orders to go". We didn't even understand why she was so pissed and it wasn't closing time yet. My boyfriend said: ok then we will take to go. And they hated it, I guess they wanted us to leave. She left with an attitude and the other waiter didn't even look at us, didn't give us a menu, nothing. We stood there and waited. When he ended up handing one menu then my boyfriend asked about the special, the guy pulled the menu and said that was only until 4pm. It was such a chain of bad attitude and treatment that I didn't even want to eat anything from there anymore, so we decided to leave. I guess the popularity got to their heads, or maybe management changed. Very sad, we are never going back. read more

Everything the other reviews said of whole in the wall in a shopping center sushi fresh tasty - the chili garlic edamame could have been a bit warmer but taste was right on point reason why it did not get full 5 stars. It was fast and clean. I had a rainbow roll my husband had sushi lover bento but it did not come in traditional bento box but pieces were ver good size - very small eat in place but lots of takeout traffic read more

I order sushi from here all the time. I have never eaten in because a restaurant is pretty small but I live nearby so take out is the better option. The service is very friendly however the girl that takes the orders can be somewhat... I don't know rude or direct, I don't know which lol I find it kind of funny but maybe someone else wouldn't. They never mess up my order and I really love the dragon roll and the protein roll. read more

Desperate to acknowledge my strong sushi craving, I searched Yelp for a sushi joint somewhere close to me. This place had decent reviews so I decided to try it. When I drove up, I started to doubt myself - this place is located in that bizzare-o shopping plaza on 26th street and 118 Ave. I gave it a shot anyway because I trust my fellow yelpers... and all I can say is: do not judge a book by its cover. What I got was my new favorite sushi in Miami! Upon coming in, we were greeted really nicely and felt truly welcomed. They swore that I would love the dragon roll and man, they were right! It was the most flavorful dragon roll I've had. Perfect amount of crunchiness, little bit of cream cheese, a dash of spice, and topped off with fresh avocado. This roll stands out from any other roll I've ever had. It's so good! Price was awesome - paid around $14 for two dragon rolls. And as I mentioned before, service was fantastic. I'll be one of their regular customers very soon. read more

I found a pot of gold and I want to keep it for myself. Unfortunately it looks like I wasn't the only one and a lot of people have beaten me to this place at the end of the rainbow. These people are very famous and extremely accommodating to costumers. Its also 1.6 miles from my home. I wish I would have known about them sooner. They have a huge selection of sushi and soon they will have Ceviche. This is a very small place with huge accomplishments and an even wider service system. They deliver everywhere. From Downtown, Brickell, Miami Beach, To Kendall, Tamiami Airport and BFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. All this guaranteeing your food to be warm and just as fresh as coming from the chef's kitchen to your plate and onto your table. I came in and was amazed at their very very very reasonable prices. Their ell is the fines most butter melting softness goodness I have had in comparison to many others. I had their rock and roll roll (AMAZING) actually is one of their most sold roll. I also had their spicy tuna.Meanwhile some sushi places just smother the tuna with spicy mustard, Chef and owner Mikko Yamaguchi actually puts the spice on the tuna and the spice mustard is just as an accent but that's it. You get quality ingredients and the freshest from the market. You cant just see the freshness but you taste it and when talking sushi this goes a long long way. I tried their Ozeki Zake, so clean, so strong, it was delicious. Chef Yamaguchi gave me to try their eel, very very impressed, it was flawless, no bones. Meaning that the the flesh cut to perfection and it was like butter on a hot knife. Chef Mikko was very friendly and personable. I had no room to try any other treats but I will be a new regular as many others, because its worth it. I had no room to try dessert or any other rolls. They have great specials and combos at ridiculously economical prices. I understand that you get what you pay for and that sometimes freshness and a cheap dinner doesn't go together. You will be amazed when you come to this place. Its very doable and you will see that you get the big bang for your buck. I cannot wait to be back and try other things , the menu has endless possibilities. Already thinking on my next visit. Come give them a try, it will not dissappoint. Awesome place. I'm not into sushi but wanted to satisfy my fiancés sushi craving so we gave this place a shot. Amazing friendly service, fast, great price, fresh tasting. We ordered the 3 x 20 deal, dragon roll, spicy tuna, and rock and roll. We added a side of pork dumplings, a ginger salad, and we had to get the Thai donuts. Have you ever craved sushi but you don't want to leave your house to get it? I do. ALL-THE-TIME! Came across this place on Yelp, of course. Where else? As soon as I saw their rating and their pictures, it was love at first YELP! We ordered some edemame's, shrimp dumplings (steamed and fried), a dragon roll, and two pieces of tuna sashimi. We got our food in less than 40 minutes, and that's honestly quite impressive. They gave us enough sauce, everything was packaged perfectly and every single item we ordered was a HIT! We have ordered about 6 times from this place, and have never had an issue with late delivery, or unsatisfied with our food. The ONLY complaint I (not really me, but my girlfriend) have: Last time we ordered (last Sunday) they made a mistake with one of the orders of shrimp dumplings. Instead of fried, they sent her the steamed ones instead. I looked on the Brightside, and at least they were somewhat healthier. Haha-- She ate them, but really wanted her fried dumplings instead. read more

Make my way here about once a week. You just can't beat their three sushis for $24 bucks. Amazing. The restaurant is tiny, so do not come here with a big group. Service is always super quick which is nice. Rock and Roll and the Dragon Roll are my top favorites here! Always have to order those. Some other good ones to try are the Philly Roll and the Sunshine Roll. Love coming here for sushi in the area! Hidden gem. read more

Ok, so first off, for the price this place CAN'T be beat. They have an awesome special where you can get three rolls for $20 and add an appetizer for $4 if your feeling the hunger. Awesome spot for a regular date night without breaking the bank. The staff is awesome, everyone is very personable. It's not a huge location so maybe a group of 12 is not a good idea.... Must try the Rock'n Shrimp roll, the crunchy tuna/salmon is awesome, and if you're feeling the Philly roll, I personally like it with the smoked salmon. The price, the taste, the quickness it all comes out to a great restaurant. If you are looking for a higher-end type of establishment it is not Sushi2Me but if you are interested in great quality with a more relaxed less formal environment this is your spot. I was hesitant to try this Sushi spot because I usually stick to my other spot but this is now been my favorite restaurant for Sushi. I have eaten inside and also ordered this for delivery/take out. The delivery/take out was the same taste as I would of gotten inside so that was a major plus. I love the Dragon Roll because of the flavor and the Spicy Mayo is excellent. Anyone that is looking for a new spot to try for affordable eating but does not want to sacrifice the taste this is a must. Great Sushi does not need to be expensive! P.S great Japanese rice as well. read more

I have been to this restaurant several times and the service and food is always exceptional. The server was very helpful and attentive. The sushi chef gave great recommendation and i tried FIU ASU roll and the yummy roll. I highly recommend those rolls. I also ordered the salmon sashimi and nigiri and the fish was great. The portions are larger than most sushi restaurant as well as fresh. There is also deals for lunch and dinner with are definitely worth checking out. There is also a discount for FIU students of 10% I believe. read more

We ordered two rolls to-go but I was not a huge fan. I got the dragon roll and my boyfriend ordered the shrimp tempura. Maybe it was the fact that they were almost closing so the sushi were lacking taste but I'm not sure I'd come back here and give it another shot. I was disappointed that after reading such great reviews, I wasn't pleased with how the sushi tasted. Usually, you can't go wrong with ordering dragon roll but in this case it just tasted pretty bland to me and even the avocado tasted pretty ripe and just looked old. Luckily we had ordered spicy mayo and that is how I was able to eat it. read more

Ordered delivery and they got to my house in under an hour. I ordered 2 California rolls and 1 dragon and 1 tempura shrimp roll. Dragon roll was a little soggy, but the tempura roll was really great. Everything was very affordable and delicious, we will definitely order again. read more

I've only eaten here once and of course I got the 3 rolls for $20! They were all delicious! We got the protein roll, sunshine, & the dragon roll! The dragon roll was my favorite out of the three and the protein roll was my boyfriends favorite! Sushi2mee is a small cute little spot that has good sushi! Our waiter was very nice and the environment in general is very chill. My only critique is that the hot green tea we got didn't taste very good I think it was too watery or something. But that's not very important if you don't drink tea. The sushi was great so that's what matters read more

Just had 2 of their shrimp tempura rolls for $5 each. Staff was friendly & bilingual, location was clean, & they are not stingy with the eel or spicy mayo (other sushi chains charge you for this even should be complementary). I will definitely be grabbing this more often (especially after my workouts next door at porkys). Give it a shot, they won't disappoint. read more

This restaurant continues to blow me away!! We ordered 4 rolls, rice, & krab rangoons for take-out. Everything was ready to go by the time we arrived. Everything still tasted great after the 25 minute ride home too!!! Truly the best sushi place in Miami & I can't imagine ordering from anywhere else anymore. read more

OK I just started to eat Sushi and unexpectedly found this restaurant literally across the street from my home. I dine in many restaurants. Many of them being very upscale and expensive. Many different types of foods. I really wanted to take a moment to say that the attention, warmth, pleasantry and attention that I have received here has been incredibly inviting to make me now a constant repeat customer. THE FOOD QUALITY and menu IS EXEPTIONAL. Everyone must try. It's the best Sushi I've had. Now A special thanks to a truly friendly, professional and kind server EMILY!!!! My friends and I have made a regular habit of visiting Sushi2Mee. The food is delicious, they have great prices and deals, and the staff is always nice. Highly recommended. Our go to place for sushi. Unbeatable price, fresh fish, and the chef knows us because we come so often. Great place for a quick bite, especially after the gym. Not a fancy place though, so I wouldn't bring your date here on a Friday night. Food: Our favorite ordering style is to get a set of 2 or 3 maki rolls (10 pieces per roll) and share. My wife ALWAYS orders spicy salmon and I like to get the dragon roll. She can't have the soy sauce here so she usually gets a side of spicy mayo. For appetizers, we'll sometimes get miso soup (a bit bland) or the salted edamame (pro tip - you put the whole pod in your mouth to squeeze out the beans and get the salt, then spit out the pod). We booked a 6:30 PM reservation so we could grab a happy hour drink before hand. I think the cocktails at the happy hour bar are different from the regular menu. I had an apricot gin cocktail that I didn't love, but was decent and a slow slipper and my husband had a campari cocktail that is great if you like campari. The bartender was accommodating and overheard me asking my husband if he knew how to spritz the lemon peel like she did but he hadn't been paying attention so she did it again. For dinner, I spotted the table next to us dining on the rolls and Caesar salad and decided I wanted both. The server mentioned that salad is one of their most popular. The rolls were light and fluffy, and very large with sweet and savory honey butter. The Caesar salad was good. It comes out as large leafs of romaine, which is a nice presentation but I do think that leads to breadcrumb and dressing distribution being uneven. It was a very good salad dressing though, not too tart or heavy but still creamy and zesty. For our entrees we had the cavatelli with duck ragu which was my favorite. There were both crispy and tender elements to the duck and the pasta just melted in your mouth. We saved a tiny bit of it to take home because we couldn't stop nibbling on it, and it was great the next day too. They brought our steak out after our pasta. We should have specified we wanted them at the same time. By the time our steak arrived we were pretty full. The steak was served tender and juicy. We got the Prime Hanger. I appreciated that the server mentioned their two less expensive cuts were very popular instead of trying to upsell us on their pricier options, as we were very happy with this option. We had some steak leftover as well which was delicious the next day too. As it was perfectly medium rare, we were able to heat it up on a skillet without it overcooking much. We ordered the Bernaise sauce with our steak, but it was not necessary and I probably would have skipped it. Service was good and pretty efficient. They made sure to check on us frequently but the meal was good without any additions. I don't remember if when booking I requested an outdoor table but their patio is quite hot in summer. I think they need some outdoor fans to help with the heat as I was shvitzing a bit. If I were to visit again in the summer I would make sure to specify the need for an indoor table, but I'm sure it's lovely in the winter months. There was also the occasionally fly near our food which did kill the mood a bit and some table fans might help with. There is a gravel parking lot next to the restaurant. When we arrived there was only one spot available so it does fill up.

The food was great, but the hospitality is what truly stood out. Every employee we interacted with made us feel like family. The owners are truly blessed to have a team like Andres, Michael, and Jojo representing their business. We will definitely be back again and again. Thank you all for such an amazing experience!

Before anything, I have to say that before eating at this restaurant, I did not eat any type of seafood. I was introduced to this restaurant through a friend and we decided to try the 3 rolls for $25. The manager, Ryan, was very helpful and being a first timer, guided me towards rolls I can start off with that I might enjoy. After that day, I have fallen in LOVE with their dragon roll. The chefs are very friendly, and professional. I always say that food usually taste better when its "made with love" and I can honestly say that the staff at Sushi 2 Mee take great pride in serving the best and fresh food for their customers. For those who don't normally eat sushi because they dislike the taste of it, I suggest the Rock n Roll roll, or the Dragon Roll. its served with a shrimp tempura which is warm and complements well with the cool cream cheese and the hint of spicy mayo. I eat at this restaurant at LEAST 2 times a week, so frequent in fact, that I have brought co-workers for lunch because I'm that obsessed with it. They offer desserts as well and I would highly suggest the Thai Donuts, it's the perfect treat to finish your meal. The overall presentation is beautiful and the prices are fair. I definitely recommend this place to anybody and everybody! They are open late, small, family oriented, and give great customer service. I will forever be a customer to this place! read more

As a customer what I crave in a restaurant is consistency. I've been eating sushi for the last 10 years and Sushi2Mee is one of my go-to's. I've been a customer for over a year now and what keeps me coming back is the freshness of the food, the speed of the service, and the affordability. This restaurant is definitely casual and not necessarily an authentic Japanese experience, but it is delicious nonetheless. For first timers I definitely recommend ordering from their Maki Roll Combo. You can purchase 2 rolls for $15 or 3 rolls for $22 with the option to add an appetizer or a dessert for an additional $4. MUST haves from the combo are: the Rock & Roll, the Philly, the Dragon, and the Sunshine. However, don't sleep on the rest of the menu as they also have other delicious rolls such as the Fiji Roll, the Yummy Roll, and the Salmon Explosion Roll. Their Spicy Octopus and Tiradito is also to die for. If you somehow still have space for dessert after your meal, the Fried Ice Cream is the way to go! read more

. My family and I have been coming here for over 3 years. Denise the owner runs a tight ship and will not compromise her customers satisfaction. Sushi is always fresh and the chalk board offers new and upcoming menu features. Ryan is our favorite server ( all servers are up to par) accommodates all of our wacky request. We come here often but this places is always hopping, so many faces and Ryan is able to greet us by first name always. On to the sushi Chef Alexis, what can I say a master with the knife and presentation very pleasant and forth coming. Being a small business owner I too support and will promote small business. Let's move on the food. Spicy mayo and eel sauce individual bottles are placed on the table (at no extra charge). Today we order an FIU-ASU, Dragon, White Fish Tempura, Rock and Roll Rolls all presented on a boat. Every one was excellent!! What are you waiting for come and try it for yourself. read more

Absolutely horrible client services. I was quoted a 1 hour delivery time, an hour and 20 minutes passed (benefit of the doubt given) and I decided to call. The wrong address was understood (no double checks on a proper address) and I was placed on hold for another 20 minutes while a delivery charge was removed. Decided to go pick it up at the store since it would've taken another hour and was told no further compensation would be added. I was told that they were already took a business loss (didn't know that was a customer's problem) since another client accepted the order and waited an additional 20 minutes for my order from 2 hours ago at this point was processed. Last time I go here and a party of unsatisfied guests for the Oscars will be leaving plenty more negative reviews. Thank you! read more

Where do I begin with this place! Service, Staff, Food, Presentation, and Price are all amazing. It was hard to break my girl out of the usual habit of always eating the same places but this really set the bar. Hidden gem to most but I recommend it and an easy find in the plaza. Food is filling and delicious (try the yummy roll and their combo rolls list specials with the Thai donuts on recommendations by the manager). Just looking around at others peoples dishes you want to try them and wonder what it is. For those FIU students that are near by there's pick up, specials just for you, and delivery. Theres no reason why not to give this place a shot because you will be coming back; Any other place you go to just feels like a rip off when you see the portions you are served. read more

Well yesterday night my wife and i decided to go for sushi late night and were able to make it just in time to my new favorite sushi spot .we ordered a 3 for 20$ roll combo and understood immediately what the buzz about restaurant is about ! I ordered the protein and white fish tempura my wife ordered the rock and roll . the protein was packed with a trio of salmon,tuna,tilapia which impressed me because not only did the roll look and taste good the fish was nice and cold .the white fish tempura was awsome and the rock n roll is a STEAL !!! First time on yelp but well worth it. I need to get this place know ran in to this place yesterday after the movies what a great find. Let me start my saying they were very busy and orders for delivery were pretty intense in what I can see. The waitress was very nice super helpful on the menu for being my first time here, she recommended the combo and it was just amazing for starters we had the tuna tataki which just melted in our mouth and then the ending result which was the tempura ice cream was to die for. I love this sushi place is the only good one around this area. The rolls are excellent and the price is very reasonable too... also the fish taste fresh and the attention is great... if you order to go the staff prepare your order really fast!!! The menu is very complete and so far I have tried almost half of it... my favorites are spicy salmon roll, crunchy tuna, tekka roll and JB roll... the thai donuts are amazing, make sure to try them too. I would always tell people I hated sushi just from the sight of it .... However, my life changed a week ago when I tried it for the first time OMG what have I been missing truly after that I have gone several times.. I love it!!! I wanted to take the time to write a review on this fantastic restaurant., because is a hidden treasure, the location is a bit surprising for such great food. After eating sushi here I just make a point of going every time I'm in the area, I live in Pembroke Pines, so is a bit far, but I know I won't be disappointed. I came here on my lunch break from work and it was by far the best sushi experience I've had in a while. The cook was super nice and professional. And so was the server. I was a bit indecisive because of all their variety and they helped me out with some recommendations. I had the dragon roll and rock and roll. Both rolls for only $13.00!! Prices are great. Very quaint place, perfect for a post workout meal as it's located right next to a YouFit. The limited seating is worth the quality of the food; as the Yellowtail and Octopus sashimi are delicious. Where do I start? I never thought I'd compare my experience in a Miami sushi place to the five star restaurants of Tokyo, Japan, but Masaharu Morimoto would cry beautiful Japanese tears at this restaurant. To be honest, I didn't expect a whole lot out of this restaurant, but my server Ryan made this an experience to die for. The sushi was phenomenal. I was honestly very surprised by how quick the delivery was. Took only 25-30 mins when my order estimation on Yelp was 55-75 mins. The Angel roll is DELICIOUS and better than it's Sushi Sake counterpart (and trust me, my girlfriend and I love sushi sake). However it looks like we have a brand new go to spot. This was my first time here with my boyfriend and we will definitely be returning. The service was great (ask for Emily) she had great recommendations and was very friendly.
