Restaurant was loud: with all the ambient noise, the weird rave music soundtrack wasn't necessary. Food was standard: not terrible, not great. Asked if I could substitute noodles for rice; waitress said yes, nothing else. When the bill came, I realized that I had been upcharged 2.50 for that substitution. Had I realized I would be charged, I would not have opted for the noodles; they seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of what "substitution" means. When I pointed out the fact that she did not tell me there would be an upcharge, the waitress apologized, but did nothing to make things right. I won't go back to this location. read more

My boyfriend introduced me to this place a couple of years about and now it's my go to chinese/Japanese place to order food. I am in love with there bento boxes they have and there all you can eat is the best thing ever if your not sure really how much you want or if you want a verity of sushi.The owner/ manger, I don't know which one she is, is the sweetest person, and will always make sure your being cared for and if not she makes sure she understands what the problem was and if she can fix it in a way that both sodes feel herd. When its busy and you get seated but not served walk up and mention to her.. she will personally take your order and be in charge of your table. She we have never had the same problem more then once here and i really do think its because they nip problems in the bud and work hard to prevent it from reaccouring. I feel like I'm eating at my friends place with just how calm and welcoming sushi ai is. The workers are soft spoken at times but it just makes you feel settled in and they aren't in a rush to get you in and out. Lastly, IF YOU EAT SUSHI OR CHINESE ALOT. GET THE VIP CARD. I use it so much it was worth the 35 dollars. I got my return invest on it within the next 2 months and its a LIFETIME CARD. read more

Place is amazing! Clean and so good. Only thing I didn't like is I walked threw the door at 305 and lunch ended at 3 and they Wouldn't give it to me. I guess rules are rules. Other then that I'll just try and get here faster. This will be my go 2 sushi place. Better then going into the city for very expensive sushi. read more

Very good food! Kind of pricey for what you get. I had the chicken fried rice and the Boston roll for lunch and with tip the bill was $19. Very good selection of rolls. They have an all you can eat option for $12.99 but they charge you for food you don't eat even if you don't like it. read more

This is the best sushi place I've ever been to and I don't even really like sushi the customer service is amazing the food is great and the fact that they have all you can eat sushi leaves me wondering what will I be ordering next. This place definitely deserves attention for all the right reasons. I ordered to go on 9/19/18. This was my first time at this establishment, so I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised! The front and inside is very clean and decorated well. All the employees were dressed nicely and were very attentive and focused on their respective tasks. I was waited on by a very friendly young lady, who took my order promptly and stayed to offer suggestions and answer questions. After I made my order, she offered me a water while I waited. Though I declined, it was refreshing to have her make the offer. She told me it would only be about 5-7 minutes, and I told her that I would be back in as I preferred to wait in my car. After 5 minutes, I began to exit my car to get my order only to see the same young lady coming outside with my order! She offered to take my card inside and run it for me. This was great service! Now for the food itself. I ordered a dine out special they had for myself and my wife. $19.99 for an appetizer, 4 pieces of sushi, and any 3 rolls on the card (which was most available)!! Great deal! The meal was fantastic, everything tasted great, and I can't wait to go back! This is now our go-to place for sushi and Japanese food! read more
