Sushi was so good I came back twice during my short visit in New York! The first day I ordered a salmon avocado roll and a siu Mai. The dumplings came out hot and even had a side of edamame. The roll was filling and fresh. The second day I picked up a pre made roll. They have a different concept where some sushi has black rice. I had another salmon avocado roll and black rice tempura roll. Honestly didn't taste any different than white rice but it's unique as you don't see that at most places. The to go is great and even comes with a soy sauce container. I would definitely be back.

This is my second time going to Sushi and Co. and it really is delicious! The presentation is lovely, the service is fast and friendly. I have gotten take out both times but the tray still feels like a high brow dining experience. Would definitely recommend and will continue to return.

Holly shit. Worst restaurant ever We waited in line for so long, understood it gets busy, sure. Once we get in the restaurant they tell us they do not have sushi. After talking with the manager he said we have to wait 25 min for them to start to make the sushi because they had too many online orders. Why they don't close the online store if they don't have enough capacity. This is not the worst, we saw the menu outside and when we got in the prices were different they charged for everything Save your time and go somewhere else.

When you just need sushi or ramen, this hits the spot. I don't rank this high on quality, but it does fulfill the need. The service was good. It's worth a try. I won't frequent it, but I would visit again.

Had the udon to-go which was pretty good for a fast casual place. The California roll and dumplings were okay. I would come back for the udon if i were looking for a quick meal.

Had a good experience at Sushi & Co. Fast casual dining, right quarters but the staff seemed to be very good at directing people through to tables that fit their party. We got the Nigiri box and the teriyaki / sushi combo box to share. We got to customize everything that went into our boxes. All the nigiri (you get 8 pieces) was really fresh and tasty. The eel was by far our favorite. We were a little disappointed that the gold tuna (which was an extra $1 so not that expensive) was literally just the same tuna with a piece of edible gold on it. We would have used that selection for more eel! But it tasted just fine. We got the edamame as our "salad option (included) and the salt on it was just right. We also got the teriyaki / sushi combo box. We picked teriyaki chicken, which was hot and delicious and a size-able portion, served over rice. We also got the yellowtail roll and the spicy tuna roll. The spicy tuna roll in particular was so tasty, and we enjoyed the yellowtail as well. For our included side, we chose the miso soup, which was hot and just what we needed. They also have a drink selection in coolers, we got two Sapporo's. Great easy spot, would be a good quick lunch / to-go stop too.

The spot is special (literally, you head below street level to get in), which somehow makes it feel even more like a NYC secret you're in on. Small, cozy, dimly lit in the best way, and staffed by people who are genuinely warm. We started with the tempura sweet potato fries and dumplings, both of which disappeared off the table fast. I went with the shio truffle ramen homemade chicken broth, homemade chicken chashu, half ajitama, bean sprouts, menma, shiso, truffle paste, and nori and it was easily one of the best bowls I've had in the city. The truffle paste takes it from "great ramen" to "why haven't I been here sooner," and the homemade chashu is so tender it practically melts before you even chew. Five bowls at the table, five very happy campers. Bonus: it's a quick stroll from Central Park, so pair a bowl here with an afternoon in the park for a genuinely great NYC day. If you're hunting for an authentic ramen bar that nails both the food and the vibe, stop scrolling , this is it.

The interior is decorated nicely with Japanese and anime-inspired elements, which adds to the experience. Upon arrival, you're greeted by the staff in a unique and energetic way. They have a wide variety of menu options, ranging from ramen to rice bowls. I always opt for the curry ramen, and it's one of my favorite dishes here. The cutlet is crispy, and the curry broth is rich, flavorful, and delicious. The service is also great. The servers are always attentive, ready to answer questions, and quick to refill waters whenever they notice your glass getting low. Food comes out quickly as well. Overall, Kin Ramen is a spot I find myself coming back to again and again whenever I'm craving a good bowl of ramen.

The tables, floors, and bathrooms were all very clean. This will be short and sweet. I ordered the Shrimp Bao. It was very good. This consisted of pork and chicken broth, spicy ground chicken, spinach, bean sprouts, cabbage, and nori. I ordered it spicy, but I should have gotten it hot instead. I was NOT a fan of their mushroom friend rice. It was a plain white rice with sauteed mushrooms and corn. That's it. I expected a bit more and fresh ingredients especially for the price. I thought the rice would be at least been fried? I asked for some soy sauce and spice just to add a bit more flavor to it. However, our service was great and I cannot say enough kind words to the staff. The rest of our company enjoyed their food. My partner ordered a ramen which he enjoyed and wished there was more ramen options available for being a ramen (advertised) restaurant. Overall it was a good experience to try!

No complaints, except that I guess I prefer Tonkostu (pork bone) over Paitan (chicken bone). I appreciated sitting at the bar to watch the lone ramen monger stir around the next batches of broth, hand-torching some chashu; boiling, whip-drying, and gently nestling my noodles, then manually laying out the toppings. The dish feels real, personal.

This spot delivers the kind of authentic paitan that reminds you why people used to line up on cold sidewalks just for a bowl. I ordered the Paitan Ramen Deluxe, and it genuinely lives up to the name. The broth is silky, rich, and comforting without being overly salty which is exactly what a proper paitan should be. The bowl comes loaded: tender shredded chicken, seared chashu, marinated soft-boiled eggs, fresh scallions, bamboo shoots, and a sheet of nori that ties everything together. Every topping tastes intentional, not just filler. The texture balance is what really stands out fatty chashu that melts, shredded chicken with real flavor, and noodles that hold up beautifully in the broth. You can taste the care in the soup base; it has depth, not just heat or salt. If you loved Totto Ramen back in the day, this feels like its modern successor same spirit, new precision. Toribro isn't trying to reinvent ramen which they're just doing it right. And in NYC, that alone makes it worth a visit.
