The VIP sushi is hands down the best. The service is great and quick Sushi is always fresh Quail egg shooters are top tier. Line em up, I usually knock back 6-8. The only issue is the hot sake brand was changed, I don't care for this one's taste. They have a good old school playlist as well. Seats are comfortable

We're new to the area and were really hoping to find our go-to sushi spot, especially since we eat sushi often and typically spend around $150 a week. We placed a large order today for 8 people the same order we get everywhere and specifically asked for eel sauce and spicy mayo. When we got home, we realized the sauces weren't included (only enough for maybe two people). My husband called, and at first we were told our order doesn't come with spicy mayo. Then shortly after, they called back and said the person who took the order didn't hear us. While we appreciate the follow up apology, this was a pretty big miss for a large order. Sauces are a basic part of the experience, especially when they're requested. Unfortunately, this kind of mistake makes it hard to come back. We were really hoping this would be our regular spot, but this experience was disappointing.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The salmon completely melts in your mouth, and both the rolls and appetizers are incredibly fresh. My absolute favorite is the Lemon Paradise, but the Cherry Blossom is also super good and the Orange Blossom was absolutely delicious! On top of the amazing food, the restaurant has a relaxing, super welcoming atmosphere. The staff Lisa is highly attentive, constantly checking in to refill drinks and ensure we have everything we need. Highly recommend!

Officially done, we thought we'd try one more time. The same young girl who is working there needs to be retrained or fired. She sat us down, and yes I have a service animal, just like every other time we come. Angie had. No problem before. So after she comes to our table several times asking what we want to drink and order we finally put in our order and a large Sapporo. Then you come back and say we don't allow dogs in here. Her vest was completely displaying Service Animal. I told you that and your response was well. I said you should have asked in the beginning if you had a problem before you sit us down and waste our time by letting us put in an order. Don't recommend at all, lack of customer service.

I love to try out new sushi restaurants and this one was grand. We were welcomed warmly, explained how their AYCE goes, and we were attended to fairly quickly with our meals and having our empty plates removed. We were even given this melona sake slush drink which was really tasty and really kind to be given to. The place was clean and really nice to be in with booths. The portions were also huge and fresh. Definitely looking forward to be coming back again!!

The food here is very delicious, but I will say there is one young lady who has a terrible attitude. My sister called her out on her attitude, and she handled it in a very unprofessional way, which led to us leaving the restaurant a couple months back, we attempted to go in again today and the same young lady happened to be in there, we tried to address the situation in a respectful way and ask her why she was throwing the menus on the table and being disrespectful and not serving us properly and then she started her disrespectful attitude all over again. It's unfortunate because we absolutely love the owners there, and they serve very fresh food. read more

I have been coming to this place for years & the food is always great! Sunny was our server and she had a very positive attitude, she was very nice, I recommend trying the shrimp boats for the appetizer, it's sooo good! The food here is really good. Unfortunately the service is not the greatest, some of the waitresses are rude or don't check in to see if you need anything. If it's just you and one other person your best experience will be at the bar. The chefs are super nice, you get to see how your food is made and your food is delivered promptly. read more

The food was decent but the service was horrible! My partner and I ordered all AYCE sushi and was constantly surveyed by the waitress After, being told I would need to finish all all my food, or be charged, our waitress SARAH, told us we would have to pay for all left over unless all the rice was eaten, before we even started eating! I understand that for most parties, they need AYCE to finish all the rice, which I had NO problem doing, but Sarah spoke to us in such a demeaning way, laughed at us with the sushi makers, and made my party feel unwelcome, AND uncomfortable to say the least. Not for food, but for service, we will not be returning here. "Sushi Kingdom", hire waitresses and staff with tact that treat customers with respect. You might be a little busier on a weekend night. I will be passing this information on to my friends and posting online. Sushi Kingdom needs customer service training to the younger (and older) staff if they hope to have repeat customers. read more

I called to place a to go order. There were not pictures online so I tried asking the person on phone to explain rolls to me, she kept insisting on the website after I told her there's no pictures. After she took my order I asked her for specific condiments which were not put in my bag. I ordered a baked salmon roll with spicy edamame. The edamame was not flavorful or spicy & the baked salmon roll was not good either. Very disappointing service. I spent almost $40 for terrible food& service. I do not recommend this sushi spot. read more

There's an older woman who works as a waitress here. Imagine waiting ONE HOUR for takeout. This middle aged lady serving has three parties at separate tables - one is on the AYCE and she took their orders for the 2nd round of food before checking on me. Another party who was seated after my order was submitted had their food served before mine was packaged, even after the cooks had finished preparing it. Several other dirty tables had food lying around even after patrons had left a long time ago. The worst part was she's not even working at times. She's on the phone socializing and taking personal calls when people could be served. I said "thank you" when I received my food and she just smirks at me, not even apologizing for the wait. I was on my feet waiting at the reception desk for ONE HOUR, was not even seated out of courtesy to get out of the entryway while people walked past. Another party who ordered online had their food given to them and she asked them courteous questions such as "do you want wasabi with your order?" Never even glanced at me as she tossed my bag to me. To add insult to the already bad service, she asked me to verify my order when I already gave her my name when I walked in to pick up. I ordered warm food and by the time everything was packaged, it got cold. Most horrible service I've ever encountered at a restaurant, and that's saying something as I used to be a server myself. Fire this dingbat as she is ruining your establishment. read more

Miso soup is bland, barely any tofu in it. Served with a plastic spoon. Ginger was old and stale. House salad saturated with creamy dressing. Ordered shrimp tempura roll, was the only one in the restaurant. It took 15 minutes for them to make it. They were busy taking care of their phone orders instead of the one customer in their store. Tempura roll was nothing special, tasted like store bought roll. Hot green tea was good. Service was okay, not great. Never got checked on again after food arrived. I definitely don't recommend this place, they are so unprofessional, the owner is the chef , hostess is his daughter and server is the wife, I went with my boyfriend for our anniversary, the wife started talking about problems with Lisa the other waitress, she told us Lisa's personal problems , the daughter had an attitude aggressively. Today was my last try the restaurant there were only two customers in the restaurant, I had to wait to be seated, I told the waitress I was going to eat at the bar for a faster service, she kept cleaning, the chef went inside, the wife was on the phone setting on other table , and I was completely ignored.They rather clean tables or do other stuff in the back instead of taking care of customers. Honestly they are too comfortable knowing is their restaurant. That's how businesses start going down. read more

The waiter who took our order was nice, but I noticed upon entering the restaurant that he was eating with his hands and didn't wash them before he came to take our order. He also stepped out of the restaurant to smoke and still didn't wash his hands when he came back. It would have been a great dining experience if the restaurant had been more cautious about personal hygiene. About 15m later other diners joined us but our chef meant business! Our drinks, app's, and sides came out right on time. Drinks: If ordering their teas or house lemonade it doesn't seem like refills are included. They are provided to customers boba style with the lid you pearce your straw in. (Note: if we were drinking alcohol decent sizes beers, didn't look at price. For your birthday, free saki bottle!) Bill: Less than $120 without tip. Proportions: I don't know how the guests sitting next to us finished everything but we had leftovers from ordering dinner, from a 1 protein and 2 protein combo. Literally, 2 full lunches & even a little snack later. We are both conscious eaters, and understand there's a lot of salt 'n butter up in here. On a budget? Share a 2 protein combo and, sushi. You'll have plenty of food. Atmosphere: They do a really great job of esthetics. It feels like you step somewhere else between outside the restaurant and stepping inside. A few mins pass by and a man by the name of Brian calls at 12:10. He mentions that he's the owner of the business and was updating me on the status of the order. Paraphrasing here but said, "We are a little backed up right now, your order will be ready in 20-30 mins. Also we're out of shrimp, so what protein would you like instead?" Y'all took forever on my order AND you ran out of shrimp?? Wow. Gave him my replacements and told him that I had been waiting here already. He was friendly and gave his apologies but seriously, how do you run out of shrimp at a Poke place? Lol I waited another 10-15 mins and at this point, I was regretting placing an order in the first place. Unfortunately, I had clocked out for lunch so I was late back for that too. I go up to the register and ask for my order. They handed it to me bagged already. The employees had finished the order but they didn't call my name out or anything. To top it off, they forgot the utensils. Even after I asked for them in the order AND for "regular" size bowls, they looked pretty void of ingredients. All in all, my order was ready and in my hands at 12:30. It's unfortunate because I've never had any bad experience here, but today left a bad taste in my mouth. I probably won't be coming here again.

Let me give you the back story. Our son was in a school performance and we decided to give him a gift card (that we created) to a free sushi roll from his preferred place. Well, when his preferred place was closed he was upset and searched for a place that was open. We came across The Parlor and we're so glad we did. They played along with the gift card and even gave him a sticker to put on it sort of like it was "redeemed". He chose the Geisha and it was delicious, at least from the small bite he let me try. Needless to say, he loved it. We're definitely coming back!

My experience wasn't marred by busy crowds, in fact, I walked in just after the Cravings food court opened and was the sole customer at this restaurant. Sure, the beer bar was happening behind me, but I was especially glad to finally eat here before shopping next door at 99 Ranch Market and Costco. The menu has lots of little ways to expand and explore, but their fixed price handroll meals are really good. Either 5 or 6 rolls ($25/30 respectively) are already excellent values for the variety, far better than the typical 'chef's choice' at most sushi restaurants. I overlooked the best deal, however, which has the same variety as the 6pc meal, with the addition of miso soup and seaweed salad. Miso soup and la carte is only $2.50, but that punctuates why I should have read deeper into the remarkably compact menu. Nonetheless, my chef was Udi, who was very nice and careful with the assembly of all 6 rolls. My first two were the salmon and toro, the latter melts in the mouth, and the former illustrated the texture of the fish and special nori sheets they select for a unique experience. Other rolls came out including scallops, yellowtail, blue crab, and lobster with its light mayonnaise sauce. Absolutely delicious! The miso soup is also particularly good, fresh and expertly prepared. I'm looking forward to another round, plus maybe a couple add-ons.

The fish always tastes fresh, the poke is made to order, and the portions are generous. Every bowl I've had has been consistently good, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The ingredients taste fresh, everything is prepared well, and I've never noticed any fishy smell, which is always a good sign at a poke restaurant. The customer service is another standout. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the owner/manager has always been very nice whenever I've interacted with him. They also have a loyalty card program where you earn stamps toward free drinks and free poke bowls, which is a nice bonus for regular customers. The restaurant itself isn't trying to be a fancy dining experience, but it's clean, comfortable, and exactly what you'd want for a casual poke spot. The focus is clearly on serving quality food at a fair price, and they do that very well. I can't really comment on the rest of the menu because I always order the poke, but based on that alone, I highly recommend this place. Consistently fresh fish, good portions, friendly service, and a great rewards program. I'll definitely keep coming back.
