She handed me a menu of salon services and boy do they have a lot of luxurious pedicure add on. I tried the orange jelly soak. It was so relaxing and smelled so good too. Left my feet baby soft. It was my first time here today & I left feeling so spoiled & pampered! I got an appointment very quickly just a few days before Valentine's Day which was surprising & I'm so glad I choose to come here. I got a gel x set with French tip for $75 by Heidi and she did an amazing job! She listened to all of my concerns and wasn't afraid to remove a nail if I was unsatisfied. I also got a deluxe gel pedicure for $73 (gel included) with all of the fancy add ons which was amazing. They soak your feet in a jelly bath which I've never experienced at any other salon and it made my feet so smooth. I even decided to get a full leg & underarm wax while I was here because they were so nice & my results came out amazing. I left the salon feeling like a princess just in time for Valentine's Day! I came here two weeks ago. I asked for a new set of gel x and they convinced me to do a fill on my existing gel x. I really wanted a new set but they were clearly too lazy to do that. I don't even think you can actually "fill" gel x. It seems like they use acrylic powder. Idk They have hurt and chipped and cracked instantly. Honestly, this is the worst full set. I think I've ever had in my entire life. I just wanted acrylic almond shaped. I asked for a design that I saw and I pulled off their website. She told me the lady wasn't there that does that design. and I think they can only do regular French. That was fine. Only they could not do regular French tip after about a consultation of four nail tech. I just said paint one color before she paint. I told her they were so thick my hand shapes look different and it was lumpy The manager offered me 10% off of the service and offered me to come back a different day because I was already in the chair for almost 2 hours just for me not to like my service. The second time I went, I had my nails buffed, and they charged me an additional $10. Really? Last time I went, I got a basic mani/pedi. No extras. I paid $58. I came in not knowing what I wanted. I typically get neutral colors but I have an event tomorrow and wanted something a little different. The colors I wanted they didn't have so I chose Cajun shrimp bc I have that color at home and I can touch up. I asked if she could do alternating two colors, alternate hands. I was told "no" I learned that is because not every tech can do all services. So, I was passed onto the owner who reassured me it was fine despite me telling her I could just stick to one color. Another customer got ombré and I loved it so the owner said she could do that for me. However, it was with another stylist. They turned out nice, a little messy, but nice. Nothing I can't clean up at home. Also I think there may be too many coats of polish bc they look thick. I think two would have been sufficient. Moral of the story is make make sure you have a good idea of what you want when you get in so that you know if a stylist who specializes in either ombre or designs is available. Mimi did my ombré but she doesn't do acrylic. The owner does designs but not ombré. Just a heads up. read more

On top of it, I guess the place was just newly remodeled, and there is a PARKING LOT. They didn't add extra charges, and I left happy. I caught a quick drink at the Drawing Room next door. I came here because I wanted my acrylics off. She seemed she knew what she was doing but she left acrylic still on my nail. Despite telling her multiple times she simply asked me just color or full manicure. Of course I said, "FULL MANICURE" but she never went back to remove particles from the acrylic. My cuticles were untouched, my nails were not shaped at all. She tried to hide the acrylic with multiple coats of polish. I'm disappointed. I paid $57 for horrible job.
