I got an iced coffee for the road (mocha because I wanted a treat coffee) and a balsamic strawberry spinach chicken wrap (yum!) and brownie cookies (they do all kinds of baked goods). Highly recommended for a quick lunch or baked goods stop! Cute merchandise as well especially if you love dogs like I do. Right now they are also doing high sanitation and social distancing (no indoor dining) and they have a hand washing station before you come in and everyone is requested to wear a mask. Got a mint chocolate cake slice and pecan pie slice. Pecan pie was really good, the filling is a just a little runny and crust just needs more salt, but aside from that, it's perfect! The chocolate cake slice was really dry though, I didn't really end up eating it. Maybe simple syrup would help? Upon opening it, it had MUSTARD and spinach....making it completely inedible for my kid. My husband ordered a chicken wrap. It was basically a SPINACH wrap. Packed with spinach and the tiniest amount of chicken. My sandwich was the delicate arch....completely nasty. Tomatoes were so pale and old tasting...turkey was grey, there was no seasoning. We went to Sweet Cravings for lunch today and overall it was a good experience. We both got the strawberry chicken salad and a scone. The salads were very good and quite large so that was good. The scones were virtually flavorless. We got cranberry and blueberry and they both just tasted like bread. This was really disappointing because they seemed known for their baked goods? Hmmm... We came here after an exhausting and hot morning hike in Arches NP. The reviews were great, so we wanted to give it a shot. There are a few vegetarian options, so I asked for the employee's suggestion: The Spicy Thai Wrap, without chicken, add avocado. I chose coleslaw as my side. I asked for a few different treats, but they were out of everything it seemed that I asked for. Oh well, saved me some money. The space is very mom-and-pop with local odds and ends to purchase. The interior does the job but doesn't do much more than that. The food came out rather quickly and we were given a complimentary dessert which was very nice. The wrap was just "meh" in my opinion as was the coleslaw. The dessert was the best part. Lol The service was friendly, but the prices were just a tad much for what we got, in my opinion. I believe that this place is much better for a grab-n-go crowd, especially those that eat meat. Vegetarians/vegans - I'd look elsewhere. read more

Not really recommended, however, my experience stems from breakfast only. Perhaps, lunch is better? We had a French toast, an egg/avocado panini (Pipe Dream), and Hot Ham and Cheddar. All were unimpressive. The toast had some burnt areas that were not well-received by the child, who only ate half of the portion (usually French toast is pretty popular with her). The Hot Ham and Cheddar was just it, Ham and cheddar that is hot, nothing memorable. The Pipe Dream was very lacking in any kind of flavor. I ended up asking for Hot sauce and was given two packets of cholula, which significantly improved the flavor (I used 1.5 packet). It was okay. Enough to carry us over on an 8-mile hike. Small town bakery and sandwich shop with friendly service! My husband raves about this bakery form his first visit to Moab and wanted to take me there when we visited a few months later. I want to preface that I'm not a sweets person--I like chocolate desserts on occasion but sickly sweet aren't my thing. So my review talks about why they didn't work for me but hit the spot for my husband. I was surprised by the options they had when we arrived. I had expected a little more variety in types of desserts. Don't get me wrong--they had plenty of cake and pie, but none of it sounded like something I'd enjoy. I finally settled on a brownie and a toffee crunch sort of bar. My husband got the chocolate cake. And I finished my order with a mocha because we were walking around in December. My first bite of the brownie was too sweet, that sort of crystallized sugar sweet that doesn't work for me. My husband happily took it for me as I moved on to the toffee bar. It, too, however was too sweet. All good flavor but simply too much for me. So in the end, my husband took all three desserts, finishing his massive slice of cake with a smile and saving the other two for later without complaint! Now the mocha, on the other hand, was very good! The beans were not over-roasted, and the balance was just right for an afternoon wake up on a cold day! I gave them five stars because my husband (the sweets lover) enjoyed everything he had there, as did a few other customers. So it simply wasn't my sort of dessert place.
