YUM, imagine good food being that much better after hiking. We went twice on our short trip to Moab. Breakfast sandwiches were so satisfying. I had the spinach salad for lunch. I went in around 1 pm and it was not too busy. The salad included cranberries, onion, some green seeds, and good blue cheese crumbles. The dressing was light which is what I like. It also comes with a large scone. I had the blueberry scone the last time I was here so I ordered the white chocolate this time. I find the scones dry and will see if I can make a substitution next time. A small mini-dessert also comes with the salad. It was a great sweet treat to finish the meal off. Ok... looks super appealing visually when you walk in the door, however , the baked goods , specifically the scone and cookie given with my boxed salad for the park reminded me of having to eat kosher baked goods which means like particle board for those unfamiliar. My husband got a hoagie type sandwich boxed lunch and I the strawberry chicken salad. The salad was huge and took two days to eat it but they were expensive, $25 for a sandwich and salad seems a little steep. However, when in Rome in moab. You are better off by going to the city market supermarket down the street. Much more hot and cold selection and less expensive with more overall choices. I do want to give the staff their credit that's due , they were super friendly and attentive and the veteran at the register had THE best attitude and personality!
