I love this candy store! Chris is the man! They have a great selection of pick and mix candies and packaged candy a from around the world. You'll see stuff you thought was discontinued and lot of English candy (my favorite). They charge the pick and mix by weight so it can add up pretty quickly. You have to spend $5 to use a card but I usually have no problem :) If you want something specific, Chris will do his best to get it in for you! They recently started getting sodas too from around the country and around the world! You'll probably have to park I a nearby lot as street parking downtown Burbank can suck :/ But this place is a regular stop for me. read more

This is a cute place with an amazing selection of candies, and the owners are really nice and modest Chinese people. I came here for jelly bellies and got a whole bagful, in addition to a chocolate piece. I love stores that let me choose what I want, so it's worth paying $2.50 per quarter pound. Really great store! Small little candy shop. The owner/worker was really nice. I'm not too sure what the pricing was for anything because I wasn't really paying attention. I just got my usual sour candies and 2 jolly rancher bars and the price came out to around $3 something. It's also nice that there's a check on offer. They have a nice variety of candy for such a small place. There's also stuffed animals and cards. This place was convenient because I wanted to take some candy into the movie theatre without paying like 10 times more. Hahaha read more

I don't always get sweets, but when I do.. I come here. They have over 500 different types of candy, my favorite are the sour strawberry belts. They also carry brand candy AND some Mexican candies. They also happen to carry Mike and Ike's ZOURS which are my all time favorite candy. Most store don't carry this product for whatever dumb reason, but Sweety's Candies does and praise the lawd... This place has great novelty candy including mary janes and even those awful cigarette bubble gum candies. it's another expensive candy store but it's amazing to find these candies that i haven't seen in FOREVER. the owner is a super cute older woman. :) The store has cards, and other cute gifts like stuffed animals. great place for unique gifts read more

The only candy place around this area now. I always stop here before seeing a movie! Sometimes the candy here isn't so fresh. I hate when I fill my bag up with sour patches and they aren't even sour....Kinda hit or miss but some days they are fine. What a great place right next to the movie theater! I love this place. I noticed this place while walking towards AMC to catch a movie. I stopped on in and was surprised to find such a neat little place like this. They have some old school candies that I haven't seen since childhood and a great selection of new stuff as well. I love that they also carry Ty toys, I picked one up for my daughter to keep her entertained till the movie started. I was also very pleased with the service and the gentleman working there. Cant help but to fall more and more in love with this place! After dinner I was craving cherry gummy's but we got there too late and they were already turning off the lights. The gentleman inside saw us and came to the door he was so sweet and let us in to pick out our candies. ( That were so deliciously yummy, and fresh! We stop by to buy a bag of goodies for our nephew and they have a wide variety of sweets. Gummy, chewy, chocolate, sugar free, suckers and etc. My nephew loves the really long snake gummy thingy. The guy behind the counter has always been really nice to us and we plan on visiting every-time we are around the area. Sweety's Candies set up an awesome candy bar for my wedding. Guests loved it! The prices were reasonable and we worked with the owner to get what we wanted within our budget. It's been a while since I've been back here but love all the new stuff they brought in. The old school candy and lot more dolls and toys. I love coming to this store and I never leave without getting all my favorite old school and new school candy. It's always great cause I never have to buy a lot and I get to pick whatever I want. These days I love going there and getting me some "twin bing". It's a great combo of cherry chocolate nutty flavor bar. I took one bite and now I'm hooked. Love love love. It's way pricey, but we still love it. This is the perfect end to an evening in Burbank. Their candy selection is pretty good and the couple who run it are super nice. I have to tell my husband and son to limit filling their bags, because we can easily spend $20 without even trying, just getting some of our favorites, yes we can probably get more for our money going to the grocery store, but this place is YUM! read more

Yes the candy is overpriced but the selection is great. I know other reviewers complained that the candy wasn't fresh but I didn't notice. The candy was yummy to me. I chose mostly the chewy candies.
