What a great find. So happy that Swish is close to my office. Stopped by for lunch. They offer AYCE and Ala Carte with lunch specials. There are no large tables for groups. It's like bar seating with your own individual pot. I ordered the Swish Special Broth, Pork Loin with Vegetables and Udon. The broth was delicious. Next time Ill try the Miso. Cook your meat for a couple minutes and Swish Swish your vegetables. I wish it had more noodles. Overall, great spot amd and the food was delicious. I'll definitely return.

Who doesn't love hot pot?!? We came here to Swish and I would recommend the AYCE $32 hot pot. You do get 2 appetizers, rice if you like, and all the brisket, ribeye, or NY you can eat! A good joint, as it was clean and on a Monday afternoon pretty empty. Service was good no complaints!

Since the new management things got better.. Employees are really nice and helpful! All the Filipino crews are the best server! My favorite appetizer is the salmon with cream cheese. I always get the Brisket (hungry) with my swish sauce it's spicy and sweet at the same time... Meat portion is good... The bento boxes are good as well..

I just had dinner at this place and Danielle was so welcoming and knowledgeable on the vegetarian options she went above and beyond to check all the items i ordered were within diet and also was just overall extremely polite and will come back again often

This place is tops! Only Seats 27 so time your visit! We went for lunch and it's healthy, yummy, personal and AYCE or a La carte. Choose what you want. AYCE includes dessert as well. We loved our personal hot pot and good service we got! Go grab a bite! You won't be disappointed!

They normally take reservations. I imagine they would for Valentines Day.

Yes I had two people joining me, but I wasn't sure of it and they still allowed me to sit to eat. Let me start by saying that there was one gentleman in the entire restaurant who could understand what we were asking at any given moment. They only checked on us while my friends sat down so that they could give them bowls, and one other time the two hours we were there. They asked if we wanted more soup, but then took incredibly long to bring the soup. I had to ask for them to replenish things on their salad bar. And when I was trying to grab food from the salad bar for my hot pot, there was a woman cleaning the window for God knows how long and made me go around her each time I wanted something. I finally just asked if she could stop Cleaning for a second so I could finish grabbing my items and go and eat. They did last call at 12:22 and the hours of operation say 2 AM. I've had three different hotpot places in the last three days on this one by Far goes to the bottom of the list. My friend had to spit the sushi out. And none of the appetizers were very good at all. Good music though

The only downside was the long wait. Even with a reservation, we still had to wait about 40 minutes. It was very crowded, but the service was still great. I understand there may be policies or something else, but the way it was communicated felt a bit abrupt and not very welcoming. A customer service tone matters a lot. At first, I tried to let it go because I thought maybe she was pregnant and might have been having a stressful day, so I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. However, as someone who also works in the restaurant industry and I always tips well usually more than 20% I felt it was unfair to be spoken to in that manner over something so minor. I asked another staff member who the manager was because I wanted to address the situation, and the staff was told that the person who spoke to me was actually the manager. She explained that it might have been a misunderstanding in communication and that she simply didn't want us to take items ourselves because it could make table setup more complicated. It' not because of her being pregnant. I understand that reasoning, but people can sense attitude. If the goal was to avoid inconvenience, a simple smile and a kind explanation like, "No worries, I'll take care of that for you," would have made a big difference. Customer service is not just about rules it's about how you make guests feel.

(Served with warm white rice). This broth is incredibly hearty and flavorful without being overly spicy, which I really appreciate. I personally like mine a bit saltier with more heat, so I always customize it with the condiments at the table and turn it up to my liking! Every time, it comes out absolutely delicious and feels like the perfect comfort meal, especially if you are dealing with a hangover or feeling a bit sick! I have been here at least 25 times, and it consistently hits the spot every single visit. I love how the interior has the coolest lego sets & the establishment has so much personality & character! But majority of the time, I do prefer to do take out. The vermicelli noodles soak up all that rich broth, making each bite extra satisfying and comforting. They are also very generous with the toppings, so you never feel like you're still hungry. I honestly never finish my hotpot here. It's great to share with a friend! One thing I love is the variety on the menu. Beyond hot pot, they offer items like fried giant squid which is super tasty, dumplings, orange chicken, udon, fried rice, and even desserts. There is something for everyone. If you are not in the mood for soup, they also have dry hot pot, which is just as flavorful. Another great touch is the ability to customize your meal even further by adding extra toppings like quail eggs or konjac noodles. They really lets you tailor everything exactly how you'd want it (just no subbing a topping out for another!). Overall, this place never disappoints. The quality, flavor, and consistency keep me coming back again and again! The best hot pot Las Vegas has to offer in my opinion!

However, this can be very misleading because we had just arrived and our reviews did not align with our actual experience at all. Because it was not accurate, we deleted our reviews and I am adjusting mine. After we were seated and placed our first order, we were pretty much forgotten about the rest of our dining experience. We were very patient but it took forever to get our server's attention, and the restaurant was genuinely not busy at all. Once we placed orders, we did not receive much of what we had ordered and we had to re-order, which took even more time. We asked for water refills multiple times and did not receive it until another server, who wasn't originally ours, helped us out. After receiving his reviews by name, it was clear our first server got what he wanted and then was actively avoiding us or frankly did not care to help anymore. Our next server was great and the food was delicious, hence the 2 stars. Otherwise, it would have been lower. Had the second server not stepped in to help, there would be absolutely no chance of us considering returning again. Unfortunately by the time he did, we had several requests we understand may have been overwhelming, only because we were not promptly helped before. However, our second server, did a great job keeping up with that. A few things to also mention, our broth was so low that my pot was burning and smoking. Many of our requests went ignored or forgotten. It was an extremely hot day and we went without water refills for a while. Also, when it was time to pay the bill-- this is the ONLY time our server was attentive to us as he wanted to check us out, which we can only assume is because he wanted the tips. Unfortunately for us, the gratuity was automatically added on which we did pay. I went out of my way to give a cash tip to our second server, since he deserved it.
