We called the week before to book our vehicle and since we have never booked before we had a lot of questions. They answered them all and gave us advice as to how many hours we should book. They were nice enough, and professional through the rental process - but the car was old, not what I requested, and had mechanical issues and was very noisy. FYI, I never hired this company to drive us. I simply placed a call to their individual answering the phones. I want to make sure that everyone does look beyond the 5 star reviews to make sure you place everything in your contract. He asked me the normal questions of time, where the pickups are, and how many people in the car. However, when I informed him that after dinner we wanted to cruise around the city but I wasn't sure how much time, he told me that it the policy of their company that they don't "cruise" around without a specific location. Now once again, he was not rude to me, just informed me that they don't cruse around. So if you want to just go from point A to point B this probably would be a good company, but if your like me and you want to drive around the city this probably would not be the right company for you. read more

I was really disappointed. This is one of the first reviews I have written on Yelp. To be fair, I spoke with Gabriel and he is a really nice person...very informative and helpful. So, I put a reservation on hold to be booked at a later date. Got 2 email confirmations (one with the incorrect, but the 2nd got it right). Everything looked great, so I emailed back and asked to confirm the reservation and asked for a call back. No answer. Ok, I phoned and left a message....no call back....Hmmm, ok. Called again, finally got Gabriel on the phone and he didn't remember the date, the reservation, my name...nothing. It makes me sad, b/c I was really looking forward to working with them. if there was a negative star count I would chose it -1st of all RUDE ass & unprofessional driver -over charged me $40 for doing one pit stop that was on the way to our destination -kept suddenly braking as if it was his 1st time driving causing one of my guest to go flying across the limo; causing her to hit a cup with her heel & cutting her ankle & yet I still had to pay $40 for the ONE cheap ass glass that was clearly no more than $2 at Walmart that we "broke" so who's gonna pay my guests' hospital bill for the 2 stitches she had to get???? -the driver felt it was inconvenient to HIM to pick us up in front of our venue because of "traffic" so he made us walk 2 blocks to where we still had to wait 45 minutes for him to get to us. ofcourse because I forgot that when I paid for a car service I was the one who has to cater to the driver?!?!? -oh and do not try to have a good time in the limo that you paid for because if you higher the volume on their 1990 sound system the driver gets bothered & tells at you as if again, we the clients are their to serve him -horrible service. over rated. over priced. read more

I booked them for my BDay Night out on the town with my friends last weekend June 21st. Our destination started in the Valley and throughout Hollywood. They were amazing! I first spoke to Lou the owner/ manager and he gave me the lowest rates! He gave me a birthday special and added extra alcohol in our limo! Arthur was my limo driver and he was very nice and professional! He arrived to pick us up on time even though some of my friends were not. He was very prompt when picking us up from one destination to the next as well! And even when my friends got a bit loud and started asking him questions... He stay professional! Kudos for dealing with drunk girls! And I even got a follow up call from Arthur a few days later... Asking how I like the service and apologizing for needing to be professional with my friends! This review is long overdue. Last year I proposed to my fiance. The plan was to send her on a scavenger hunt throughout LA - starting in Silver Lake and venturing to several different spots around town - from the Hollywood Bowl to LACMA to Malibu, with several stops in between. At each location she would find friends holding clues to the next place, which had significance for us. She would find a limo waiting for her when she came to meet me for "brunch," and the hunt would commence from there. Great, so the plan was ready, but I needed someone to help me execute. I spent hours researching limo companies... and I could not have found one that was more perfect. Dennis, my assigned driver, called me late the night before the big day (after finishing up with other customers) to run through the plan with me. I gave him the details and he soaked 'em up - taking time out of his night to make sure he understood how everything would go down. He executed flawlessly. Not only is Dennis super cool, he played along from the moment my fiance got in the limo - pretending like he had no clue where the next stop was until she (having to figure it out) told him. It was perfect. These guys could easily charge way more for the service they provide - from what I remember they've got some of the best prices around - but they could certainly command more and it would be worth it. Reserved a party bus for a work event. Driver showed up and was rude right off the bat. Got us lost on the way to the location, which we didn't hold against him, we're all human. On the way back, despite our advice and reminders, he kept us in traffic 3 exits past where we needed to go. Because of his inability to follow directions we got back 30 minutes late. For that we were charged nearly $100 extra. Now the company does not return our calls or respond to our inquiries. I hope anyone looking for a good time avoids these bums at all costs. read more

BEST LIMO SERVICE EVER! My wedding was coming up, so I needed to look for a limo for the whole crew. I looked online and found many places but none were as low priced as Synergy. I began to question myself thinking you get what you pay for. Surprisingly, that was not true in this case. For the price that I paid, the limo driver was actually on time and very courteous and friendly. I had to decorate the car with flowers and other stuff, and he didn't object or anything. He even offered to help decorate and remove it as well. Because of traffic, the groomsmen took a while to get there, and every time I went out to the limo, the driver, Ruben, would politely wait outside in the hot sun with me until I left. Once we got into the limo, it was fully stocked with sodas and water, and if you like to drink, they had alcohol inside as well, free of charge! If you are planning on getting a limo, ask for Ruben, he will definitely make your experience great. These guys are local and made everything a smooth process. The whole thing was done online and by credit card. I never had to take a day off of work to come in and sign any papers, everything was done by email. I booked Synergy Limousine for my bachelor party on 7-10-14. I first spoke with Lou to inquire about pricing and found them to be the most affordable out of all the places that I called. I then called back and spoke with a female (did not remember her name) to finalize my reservation. Our reservation was booked for 9:30pm - 3:00am. Lou called me at about 6pm that night to confirm our reservation and pickup times. He also advised me that he would actually be our driver. Lou called me at about 9:10pm to advise me that he was already outside of my house. Our first stop was to pick up one of my groomsmen in downtown long beach. Afterwards , we were headed to downtown LA. The lines everywhere in downtown were long so Lou recommended another place for us to go. Mind you, there were 5 grown ass alcoholics in the limo, yet, Lou was cool about everything. Our last stop ended up being in the City of Industry that did not allow alcohol. I asked if Lou could park nearby so the guys and I could stop by the limo every few minutes to have a drink. He parked right next door and was waiting for us. I could not have been more pleased with Synergy Limousine. They were the most affordable, very accomodating and very professional. If I ever need a limo or any type of car service again, I will be sure to give them a call first. read more

I called to rent a stretch hummer for my daughters sweet 16. Lou the manager picked up. I can not say enough about his honesty and professionalism. We used Synergy to pick us up and take us to Long Beach to the cruise ports. They were right on time and helpful with anything we needed. They started our trip off great! The same driver picked us up at the end of our cruise, and made the ride home from vacation (which is usually depressing lol) fun also. He made sure the beverages we left in the limo on our way there, were ready for us on our drive back home. That wasn't necessary or required, but we very much appreciated it. Rented a bus for 30 people this last weekend and I had absolutely NO complaints about this company. Lou was extremely helpful and always got back to me when he said he would. Gave me an INCREDIBLE deal for that bus. Bus driver was super sweet and most importantly she was on time! The bus was extremely spacious and clean. Lou was the WORST driver do not use this company. He doesn't know how to drive. He jams on the accelerator and then lets it off on and on and on. jams the brakes while driving on the freeway. I was looking for a limo service for my wedding in Jan. I'm from VA so all I had to go on were the yelp reviews of others. I narrowed it down to two options. I'm pretty happy with my choice. I agree with one of the previous Yelpers that the booking could have been a bit more organized. It was a lot of phone tag. They are super friendly which I liked. Aside from that, they delivered what was promised. They said they even upgraded to the nicer limo but I had no basis of comparison so I took it at face value. From what I remember, the guy on the initial phone call said it is a bit newer and the interior was nicer. It all looked the same to me and with a $5/hr price difference (not charged) I didn't care. I'm a dude, I don't do details. The limo we had was stocked with juice and liquor which I was nice and the driver called twice before hand to make sure of the address. He was cool about following our photographer to various stops along the way to the reception for quick photo ops. Can't say anything bad except the booking. Overall very satisfied. Booze in the limo. On time. Friendly. Priced fair. Only thing that sucked was, everyone in the wedding party could not fit in the limo. It only holds 7 people comfortably. Granted my wife's dress was long, the quote said 9 can ride. My wedding party had 10 so I had to caravan the rest. read more
