The worst service!! Not only do they demand the tip in advance but they will hold u hostage. We had to pull the emergency exit in order to exit the bus after demanding an extra $120 because the driver caught traffic and went over an extra 15 minutes!! Not only was the driver very rude but so was the dispatcher.. We booked the party bus for a birthday for 5 hours, Bobby was very nice, professional & even offered to go on a bottle run for us while we were busy at the destination. Bluetooth worked great, speakers were loud, ac was cold, seats were comfy, ice chest came full of ice & water bottles! I am super impressed with Synergy Limousine! In March I started looking for a limo for my daughter's senior prom, for her and her friends. I reached out to 4 companies. Not only did I hear from Lou with Synergy first, he was the most helpful and the best price I got! I booked his service before I had heard back from the others! Super easy and so friendly. For Prom the limo driver was right on time! The limo was beautiful and clean. Our driver was super awesome and so accommodating to the kids/teens. He showed them how things worked, where they could charge their phones and even how to play their own music! They all had a blast and said that he was very nice! Not only was it super easy to book, but everything went so well from start to finish, I can think of nothing that needs to be improved. After calling multiple companies and comparing prices, photos, and deposit requirements, I went with Synergy. My daughter did the majority of communicating with Lou at Synergy. He was friendly, honest, and professional with both my daughter and I. We booked their well-equipped party bus that included beverage and ice containers, cool lights, a flashy interior, iPod connectors, glasses, and an unusual pole in the middle. Not sure what that was for. The adventure included transportation to a club and back. The party bus arrived on time, and the driver was very friendly. After I inspected the interior for damage, the driver collected the remaining deposit and conducted a person count. The driver explained the rules to the group and ensured me he would drive safe. The prices are not transparent. I asked for an hourly quote and was told it was $65 per hour for a standard limo. When I booked I was told it's actually $87.50 per hour to include taxes and tip. Since when do you tip BEFORE your service and why wasn't this disclosed when I asked for pricing? Additionally, I was told to make a $100 deposit before the service and then as I'm getting in the limo I'm stopped and told I need to pay the remaining balance immediately. First of all the trip hasn't even been complete how do I know you'll pick me up? This wasn't disclosed and I was told by the driver "I'm Pretty sure he told you" no he did not. Then.. he doesn't even allow me to get in the limo and begin driving to my destination while I'm competing the electronic transaction he cuts in to my time and makes me stand there outside the limo at my pick up spot and waits for me to complete the payment BEFORE the trip even started! Poor communication and not transparent. Two stars because of punctuality and they actually showed up when they said they would. Also the driver allowed flexibility with pickup time and communicated via text. Additionally, I would have tipped more than 20% however I think TOTAL price should be disclosed when asking for a quote and tip should be based upon service. A tip has never been someone's wage that's what hourly wages are for. Responding to the manager.. no where did I say I was left stranded. You gave me a $2 per hour discount after I asked because I was angry that you withheld information. That is still over $80 per hour. The issue is that you lied when I asked for a price quote. You said it was $65 per hour and then you send a contact at $87.50 per hour. The prices are not transparent. That's the issue! Even if you have a valid reason for charging tip up front then you need to disclose that when someone asks for an hourly rate UP FRONT. I quit calling comparable companies because your quote was the cheapest. Then at the last minute I found out you lied. The other companies quoted around $85 per hour UP FRONT. read more
