All I knew is that there was going to be food and wine for duration of an hour and a half and so I was super excited about that! Once our group of girls got seated in the trolley our host for the night explained what our tour was going to entail. We were going to visit ten local restaurants around old town Orange and enjoy different kinds of wines along the way. We each got our wine sippy cup and we were off! As we drove around Old town Orange I really enjoyed learning about the history of the city as well as learning about some of the historic sites. I actually live in Orange and I never knew that the center park was actually called the Plaza and not the circle. When we were ready to stop at the first place I was actually surprised that we didn't have to hop off but actually the restaurants brought the food to us in the Trolley! Each place gave us a small introduction of their food and business and gave us some small bites of some of their popular dishes. By the end of the tour I was pretty stuffed. Our group had such a great time and I only wished the tour lasted all night long..Haha!

Lunch at Miramonte was a huge highlight--so good and exactly what we needed to keep us going. Plus, the bus was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and our driver was awesome--professional, easygoing, and made sure we were always on time without ever feeling rushed. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. If you're looking to plan a fun, stress-free wine tour, I can't recommend Uncorked & Toasted enough. Booked them for a Temecula Winery Tour and worked with Joseph planning how I wanted the day to look…read morelike. They have 3 wineries included in the tour which includes tastings at all of them. Our 1st stop was at Danza del Sol because they're the earliest that opens in the valley at 10:30am. Known for their whites, the Estate Sauvignon Blanc was my favorite there. They gave us a production tour before heading off to the next winery. Oak Mountain was everyone's least favorite. Sure, the cave tour was interesting, their charcuterie board was pleasant to the eyes and palate, though sadly, their wines were horrible. Lunch is not included in the package so I was able to choose where to go - Bolero at Europa Village. Reservations were made in advance, thanks, Joseph and he dropped us off there giving us about 1.5 hours before picking us up to continue with our tour next door. Our last stop for the day turned out to be my number one out of all the 3 wineries. Callaway has beautiful grounds, they have a more high end vibe, and the wines were better in quality relatively speaking. I enjoyed their 2019 Winemaker's Reserve Chardonnay, 2018 Wild Yeast Viognier, 2018 Wild Yeast Petite Sirah, and 2018 Wild Yeast Cab Sauv. I only wish we stayed outdoors to soak in the weather and scenery but the tasting was indoors so we hung out at the bar inside. We spent about an hour at each winery and by 3:30pm, we were ready to head back to OC. Joseph was a great guide all in all. While driving, he would tell us bits of interesting information about the wineries, stables, etc. we'd see along the way - very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Everyone had a grand time!

They served a buffet meal which was quite delicious and generous! Our server at Lorimar made herself available for anything we needed. Eddie, our driver even fetched our sweaters when we needed them. This was event first class, fun, and no hassle. We all had a great time! The only challenge, which is typical at public events, long bathroom line for the women at Lorimar. I could not have asked for a better team to spend my wine tour with. Liz was funny, out-going, and always available to take a picture for you. We went to three wineries and each one had something special to offer. The lunch we had was exquisite. The brownie pairing with wine was amazing!!! My group had the turkey wraps, roast beef sandwiches, and the Cesar salad! Food kept us going as we sipped many great wines. Most recently I hired Want Limo again to celebrate my 39th birthday with girlfriends while thrift store hopping. (10/10 would recommend this activity!) From the initial contact with Chris through drop-off, I have ZERO complaints. Chris is EXTREMELY quick to respond to all of my questions and follow-ups and set clear expectations and communication. I admittedly did my due diligence to compare cost and spoke with several other companies, but no one could beat the value and all-inclusive pricing from Want Limo. The price he quoted me was all-inclusive of the price, taxes, and gratuities. What he quoted was exactly what I paid and there was ZERO pressure to provide additional gratuity. Because of the affordability, I was even able to upgrade last minute to the larger bus for more room for my passengers. The bus itself was pristine and beautiful. It was clean and appeared to be brand new. It was stocked as promised with waters and ice and we were able to bring our own snacks and drinks along. Our driver Nelly was probably the best part of the experience. She reached out via text message the day prior to confirm the route and arrived before the scheduled time at pick-up. She was kind and always helped each of the guests step in and out of the bus. She was always there when we wanted to move to the next location and drove extremely safe (which was one of my anxieties). The quote, contract, invoice, and payment process is extremely easy and clear-cut and updates are made and provided immediately upon discussion. As someone who is always extremely cautious and skeptic, I appreciated this level of detail. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Want Limo and will always use them moving forward. He was also not only on time but was early too. The bounce house that I rented had an area that was a ball pit and the owner and his employee were very helpful in figuring out what to do concerning a safety issue. They were very professional and calm concerning my concerns with children possibly getting hurt with how the ball pit section wasn't cushioned. After a long and extensive search amongst the companies found on yelp, I finally decided to pull the trigger and book Synergy Limousine as my Party Bus Provider. I must say, there are many companies out there that attempt to offer premium exclussive services, and a lot of companies are talk, however, Synergy Limousine definitely lived up to the premier standard I requested. From the get go, their Sales Representative, Lou, was a tremendous help. He handled my booking with extreme care and detail. From the start, the experience with Synergy was great and I couldn't have asked for more. Lou would check in to ensure that all questions were asked and arranged the best possible deal. The experience, priceless. I had requested a 22 person Party Bus. Although I only had 19 guests, the 22 person Party Bus was spacious and definitely had more room than expected to sustain a night of comfortable yet memorable partying. The sound system was a definite plus and we were able to operate our own media devices and synced them with the bus' audio system to ensure our night had the perfect soundtrack. The ambiance was great and even the stripper pole in the bus added quite the fun and show. The seats are very comfortable and the bus itself is definitely plush. The lights inside the bus give it a definite party look and will ensure the ambiance is perfect. There are plenty of places to store your drinks, with ice chests and coolers laid out perfectly around the bus built into the seats. From the get go, the Driver was very professional and curteous. There were no troubles and even made a pit stop while we were en route to our destination. He quickly and smoothly made a pit stop for us so more than half the group could use the restroom. The bus came supplied with plenty of water and soda to ensure we were properly hydrated throughout the night. The driver dropped us off to the closest point of entrance at the concert we attended and was the closest limousine service parked near the exit. Our bus was lined up first and was even parked closer than any other limousine service to ensure we were treated like royalty. The trip home was smooth and this definitely made one come to a realization that booking with Synergy Limousine is a definite must. I would highly reccomend their services due to their professionalism, price (very negotiable), and extreme care with their clients. I've been meaning to post this review sooner. A couple of weeks ago I rented the party bus through synergy, and i recommend synergy 100%. Let me tell why at first I was hesitant on making a reservation with any party bus services. Last yr I had a bad experience with another party bus services. Past Experience with another company: On the night of the pick up the bus driver didnt call to confirm he was on his way, in fact he didn't even show up. they said it was a mix up with the calendar dates blah blah blah. They didn't even refund my deposit. So as you can tell I was scared to hire any party bus services. So a week before 02/08/14 I called Synergy and I spoke with Brianna, she was very profession and up beat. I told her about my past experience and she reassured that will not happen with synergy. She even went over the procedures that the drivers have to follow with every client. So I was sold, not only because of the amazing price she gave me. Because of the great customer service I was getting. On the day of I got the call 30 min before my reservation from the driver confirming everything. Then another call 15 Min later saying he will be arriving soon. Then five later the bus arrived. The driver was dressed very sharp and bus was amazing, the lights, and the interior was out of this world. It was an amazing experience I had in party bus. All my buddies had a blast, we were popping bottles and dancing on the way to the club and back. On Monday I got a call from Lou (really nice guy by the way) checking to see how our services went and thanking me for choosing Synergy. I will most definitely will be using synergy again. read more

Beyond my expectations!! I was a little skeptical when I got in contact with Synergy, I thought the price is too good to be true. I thought "what kind of limo can we get at that great price?" But as soon as Dennis pulled up I was so happy!! We booked it to surprise my 9 year old niece for her birthday. She had never been in a Limo so I knew it would mean allot to her. Well Dennis was great. He was a little early and pulled the Limo right up front of my home. When she came out she said "oh cool the neighbors got a Limo" I let her know it was for her, her eyes lit up with joy and a huge smile and said "really Tia?" She ran towards the Limo and Denis opened the door for her!! He was so nice and polite to my parents and was kind enough to show us how to use everything! The Limo was spotless and it was stocked up with great drinks for all to enjoy! I will definitely be using them again and again!! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!! We booked Synergy for a girls wine trip to Malibu!!! First time ever and everyone loved it in large part to our limo experience. From the get go, the limo was stocked with alcohol (so was not expecting it but super excited about it!), he also gave me an AUX port to connect to his sound system for music (so wasn't even thinking i would need one but glad he had one!), and the limo was super clean and ready to hop into! Our driver, Lou, was well prepared with our itinerary and knew the best routes to take! He was also super patient with us as we all know that 8 girls getting together for drinks can get a little crazy! Even though we booked for a certain amount of hours, it was still not enough time and he was so accommodating in giving us an extended time period! I was very pleased from the services from this past weekend. First of all I was really stressed trying to find Party Bus that can reserve last minute for my friends birthday. I called all around, either they were booked or they were over charging because it was so last minute. Finally I called Synergy and Lou answered. he was very professional and accommodating to what I was asking for. He gave me an amazing deal for Saturday and didnt over charge me because it was last minute. Then he let me know that his assistant Brieanna will be giving me a call to go over the final details. She called me with in 10 minutes. She was very sweet and had such a positive attitude, above all things very professional. On the day of the driver called me 30 minutes before my reservation and called when he arrived. The driver was very kind and i felt kind of sorry for him dealing with a brunch crazy party girls. I am extremely satisfied booking my limo rental with Synergy Limousines. I went online to Yelp this past weekend to look for a company with good service. I saw all the great reviews they had and decided to give them a call. They answered all my questions and were able to accommodate the limousine request I had which was somewhat last minute. We rented their stretch limo and when it arrived it was the sweetest ride. The limo included some drinks for us and we were told we could also bring our own as well. The driver was very helpful and patient with our big group. At the end of the night we got home safe and owe it all to our driver. What impressed me the most was their ability in making me feel secure about the whole process. I was sent a confirmation via email once we booked and the driver even called me the day of the reservation to introduce himself. I booked a limo with Synergy Limousines and I am so happy I did. I had a night planned out for weeks this past weekend and wanted to rent a limo so I wouldnt have to worry about drinking and driving. So I called them up and they were so helpful over the phone. The limo I booked was a Lincoln Stretch and I was answered all my questions and I had a lot of them since i've only booked one other time for my prom. The limo was clean and the driver arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He even called me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. I booked a limo service with Synergy Limousines this past weekend and I'm so glad I went with them. Dennis our driver was very attentitive with our party and very punctual. He even had a gps with him so we had no problem getting to our stops in time. We booked the Lincoln Stretch and it came with drinks and were having a ball listening to the jams on the way to our dinner. What did it for me was that they always answered their phone and were able to answer the gagillion questions I had before I booked. I booked a limo rental with Synergy Limousines this past weekend and two thumbs up. I was kind of worried since I knew Grammy's were this weekend and did not know if there would be any availability. They had some good reviews so I call them. They were very willing to work with my plans to get me to and from my dinner party. I'm glad it worked out because I dont regularly book limo service and when i do believe me it is a big deal. You want to ask for Gabriel, he was very nice and answered all my questions. We rented a limo last week for our Los Angeles outing and it was the best. From the moment we called to the moment we were dropped off. I believe it was Gabriel that helped us out and he answered all my questions and I had many since this was my first time booking a limousine. We booked with Synergy Limo for a concert and had a great overall experience. The limo arrived right on time and was very clean and comfortable. The specific bus we requested with a pole wasn't available, but the replacement vehicle was still really nice, with a great sound system and fun lighting that kept the energy up. Used Synergy for a family dinner/birthday outing with three pick ups on the way to the restaurant. Reuben was extremely calm, polite, professional and gracious. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the party bus especially since I had booked the limo well in advance and she assured me it was just an option as she likes to have backup options. On my wedding day after our grand exit, there was no limo, so we awkwardly had to walk back and try to figure out what to do. I was thinking maybe they didn't have the limo, but I didn't see a party bus either. We looked around for a bit and didn't see anything so we went back inside the venue to wait and to clean up. We found out later the party bus was behind the executive shuttle, so we didn't get to board the party bus until 20 minutes after the end of our wedding so we were late to our own after party. We asked our guests and they also didn't see a party bus (I think it was too far from the venue entrance and didn't have any lights) We did not receive any notification that the limousine was officially cancelled, and the party bus was the replacement. We provided uber vouchers for our guests, so had we known in advance that the limo was replaced with the party bus, we would have been able to appropriately direct our guests. A courtesy phone call even the day of my wedding to let me know that the limo was cancelled would have been appreciated. The embarrassment from having no transportation to our after party after our grand exit was traumatizing and ruined our wedding.

Once inside, the AC wasn't working and it was hot (it was working when I checked it out a few weeks prior), the sound system sounded horrible, almost as if a speaker was blown out/super staticky, and the driver didn't even open the door for us to get in. I had to open the door for my wife and I as the driver just stood by watching. During our reception, I received a few calls from the owner asking me why I didn't tip his driver. I explained to him that the AC wasn't working, the sound system was busted, and the driver didn't even open our door to get in. The owner ignored my explanation, totally negated what I just told him, and kept on insisting I give him an answer as to why I didn't tip his driver. I told the owner if he was so concerned about the driver's tip, that he should tip him using the extra hour I paid for (which we didn't even use). In my opinion, there are better limo companies out there. Seems like this business just wants your money for subpar services.
