This is now the second time my billing has been incorrect. Fortunately, I called customer service and the representative was able to correct the issue. Originally, my bill was going to increase to $350, but after the correction it only went up by about $20. While I appreciate the representative fixing the problem, it's unacceptable that these billing errors keep happening. I should not have to call in every time to make sure my bill is accurate. Please review my account and ensure the billing is correct going forward so this does not happen again. read more

I would like to share my experience with T-Mobile. Unfortunately, I had a negative encounter with their service. I believe they engage in deceptive practices and caused issues with my account. Even after closing my account, I received an unexpected bill. Their customer service was unhelpful, and I felt that they were more focused on charging extra fees rather than resolving issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend T-Mobile and instead suggest considering AT&T for better customer service and reliability. also, if you have a contract with a T-Mobile Atnt will pay for your contract if you switch to them for free so they will pay you $1000 each line if you switch to Atnt and this is what I recommended if anyone have problem with T-Mobile. read more

Update 7/8/2025 . I broke my Samsung Galaxy phone in last October. I clearly stated I liked that brand but I was never offered anything except this Google Pixel 8 phone and 2 phone lines so the phone was 'Free" . I only have this one phone so what good is the second line? This Google phone is $200 less on Amazon I'm stuck in a 3 year contract. I didn't have a yelp before this experience. I came in to get my screen protector replaced, I was not welcomed in, they didn't even acknowledge me until I was right In front of the guys face, I told him what I needed and then he just walked away from me, I didn't know if I was supposed to have a seat or follow him so I stayed at the desk, then after a few minutes I sat down, I thought he was looking for it and doing like a price check thing, then he comes back up to me and tells me they are out of stock BUT he can get me an APPLE WATCH for "free" . The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous. The young woman was VERY rude and unwilling to explain the company policy. They were refusing to honor a trade-in and kept insisting I pay full price. Never should you EVER be snippy with customers, and you certainly should not aggressively place an iPad in front of a customer to "see it for themselves". I've never encountered such experience in my 14 years of service with T-Mobile. I will not be returning and I urge anyone else to take their business to an actual CORPORATE T-Mobile store. read more

do not come to any authorized dealer for phone stuff first of all. NEVER. especially this location. they could care less if they screw you over just to get you signed up. workers here don't even know what colors the new iPhones come in. I had been coming back to this awful place for weeks to try and repair the damage they did just to make a quick sale. Signing my account up with 3 separate lines to have more sales on the books it seems like instead of the deal we talked about. having workers miss informed about deals that can and cannot be combined and after you sign up they don't explain any stipulations till after they get you in. Kinda sad that these people actually screw people over and use the policy to cover there asses. they will mislead you so just make sure you read fine print because they are to stupid to be trained on how to sell these phones and the rules associated with there own damn job. A kid that works here just totally scammed me. I went in to purchase a new phone, before checking out I inquired about the Apple Watches. He realized there was an ongoing promotion for a "Free Apple Watch". Trust me, I know nothing is free but I had heard Apple Watches weren't selling and genuinely believed this young man when he told me the watch was free. I asked repeatedly whether there would be some sort of fee or any payment whatsoever and he assured me there would be none. I get home later and look at the contract and see that things aren't adding up, so I go back into the store before they close and he reassures me again that I will never pay out of pocket. He tells me that t mobile is going to credit me every month for the balance. Okay cool. I get my phone bill this month and it turns out that T-Mobile is only crediting me $8.38 a month while I'm playing $15 a month for 24 months. But that's not it, it also turns out that there's a new line added to my bill for the watch, and when I call T-Mobile customer service they tell me that I am required to pay the line for the full 24 months in order to get the $8.38 credits. Do the math, I'm paying $800 for 24 months for a $279 watch that I can get at target. What kind of scamming is this, you think I'm never going to see my bill???? read more

Got a pretty good deal on two phones but now whenever I call it rings busy or it just rings and rings and rings so the other night I was at Starbucks which is right next-door and I noticed there were three people working at the T-Mobile and one customer inside being helped so I called them instead outside bottom and the two that were sitting there never answered the phone. After buying my new iPhone 12 Pro Max, I called customer service regarding my trade-in, which has been a FIASCO! It's just RIDICULOUS that I have to ship my phone myself rather than just give it to the store where I bought my iPhone 12 Pro Max! I spent over $1,200 (or maybe $1,500 with accessories?) and they treat you like you spent $20. It's insulting. The present issue is that since the paperwork says my iPhone X was worth $198, I wanted to just pay the $198 and keep the phone as a backup in my junk drawer. Corporate Customer Service rep's response was that I would be billed more than $800 if I didn't return the old phone, which INFURIATED me to no end!!! What? $800+ for an old used phone we all agree is worth $198 per the very paperwork they gave me to be included with the phone I had to mail back. I am PISSED they would abuse a customer that just spent $1,500, charging more than FOUR TIMES the FMV of the phone! I am ANGRY at even the suggestion! Obviously, I'm not doing that. But that they thought it was anywhere near reasonable ticks me off so bad! (You can't tell, huh?) First, I should be able to give the old phone to the store. Second, I should be able to pay the FMV at the most! Even less if you compared shipping and labor costs. BUT FOUR TIMES?!?!?!! I used to tell everyone what a great deal we got with T-Mobile! They lost my loyalty now... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR BUY ANOTHER PHONE FROM T-MOBILE.... EVER! Using abusive provisions in a contract is just BAD BUSINESS. I DO NOT TRUST THEM NOW. They abused my sense of reasonability and bargained-for commerce. The non-return fee is UNCONSCIONABLE and designed to abuse those that deserve their THANKS for $1,500, not brutal and unreasonable abuse paying four times the "fair" market value. Saturdays night on 1/9/21I gone into this tmobile location to get my boyfriends phone fixed since it has been having issues. we were actually stunning outside what's some other people they're waiting to go into the store there was one gentleman working at the counter helping another customer so I asked if there was another person that can help us since they were closing at 8 p.m. and it was about 7:20 p.m. when he told us to come in he said there was another gentleman working with him and which he went to go call him his name was preston. Preston look a little bothered that he got called out to come and help a customer, after my boyfriend explain the issues he was having with this phone he told them but he wasn't going to be able to help him because he was not a manager and was not able to change a SIM card from Sprint to T-Mobile and told us to come back Monday when his boss was there. So we happened to leave and knew he was lying and you can tell he was more bothered but he got called to come and help a customer so we drove down the street to another T-Mobile where there was only one employee working and he was able to fix the SIM card without a manager. I've never had an issue before at T-Mobile with an employee until that day and was very upset with preston customer service that he gave us! maybe the employee at the other location down the street should probably train him on how to change the SIM cards and his people skills... read more

Made the switch from Sprint to T-Mobile last week and the customer service we encountered here at this location was phenomenal! Sean was our mobile expert and he was just that! A mobile expert! I wasn't sure what phone I wanted to purchase and he was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and he was very informative. We had our 4 year old son with us the evening we came in and Sean was very friendly and accommodating. For this being our first experience at/with T-Mobile we couldn't have left any happier. I've been a T-mobile customer for many years and have visited many locations, but the Antelope location stands head and shoulders above any other for efficient, helpful, and personalized service. Whenever I need help with my plan or my phone, I know that the team here will take care of me. Manager Nick is a miracle worker who can solve any problem and knows the meaning of good service. The whole crew is outstanding. One thing I also appreciate is that they don't try to upsell or pressure me to buy anything I don't need (yes, I am still happy with my 3-year-old Galaxy S6). Really glad I spent the extra minute to find these reviews on this specific T-Mobile Store location. My experience pretty much mimicked other reviewers in that it was the fastest and most pleasant new activation I've ever had. Neko was the service rep who helped me with setup, and he was not only efficient, but also really nice and helpful with additional plan inquiries I had. The manager, Nick, was present on site and appeared to have a very low key style which I felt reflected his confidence in his staff. I would suggest making an appointment and having exactly what the website recommends if you are porting your number (account info and passcode et al). I literally was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes during my lunch hour and even confirmed calling capabilities and texting before I walked out the store front. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family if they're thinking of making a carrier switch. read more

Staff at Walerga and Elverta not professionally knowledge with products. I came to purchase watch for wife then after seeing YouTube we discover that the Samsung Watch could be used with an I-phone. Returning to store to order I found out they were out of the large 44 men's size and I'd need to call in a few days. I call then told to return to store to order. I really didn't want to return but I did a week later! Only to discover when I returned home the T mobile service representative ordered the Wrong size. Also claiming it would arrive a month later being in high demand. I couldn't cancel order! I had to wait for it to arrive then return it . Worst part after 7 calls and trying to return to store they couldn't accept it. All I needed was a self addressed paid mailing slip they could not provide. A very disturbing event! I wouldn't take the watch if they gave it to me! I'm letting everyone know they really dropped the ball with no positive outcome in any way to make this better! Poor customer service! We went to this store and had the best experience ever! The whole team helped us find new phones and plans that would work best for us.
