Today I went to pay my bill using my card because they are not accepting cash due to COVID-19. The system was down, so the rep suggested I pay online using my phone. He started raising his voice when I had difficulty with the transaction. I tried to ignore it because I assumed it was due to the stress of the pandemic. He continued to raise his voice. After I made the payment on my phone and headed for the door, he did not even acknowledge that I stopped by. I will continue to use this store because some reps are polite and courteous. I have been treated kindly by other reps at this store. It's a clean store and most reps are helpful. read more

If there was an option to not give stars at all, I would! This T-Mobile store's customer service is horrible! They have employees whom are very inadequate and give attitude! They are super lazy and you can tell that they just want to get complaining customers out the door. They may be fine giving service when wanting to sell products and all but that's as far as their customer service will go. Do not expect to be able to come here with T-Mobile issues though! They do not have answers nor will they make an effort to find out. They will just tell you to call the T-Mobile Network. Unacceptable! The only time this T-Mobile store actually helped me was one time when Wendell was an employee. He was awesome! Very helpful, confident, and intelligible. I heard through one of the current employees today that Wendell has left and transferred to a Long Beach T-Mobile location by choice. I'm sure it's because Wendell is trying to further his opportunities and climb up the career ladder but knew that it wouldn't be possible with a HORRIBLE T-Mobile store which is this location! Corporate needs to do something about this and at the least, re-train these UNHELPFUL, LAZY employees. Now, they call the guy who came in after me. What kind of customer service is that?!???!? Granted it is a stupid holiday, called valentines day, but damn. Been with T-mobile for nearly 10 years and have gone to different stores and have not been happy with the service until now. I was given attention as needed and what I asked for. I've gone to other t-mobile stores and it's always a hit and miss with who you get. Often I have gone and found out if I'm not buying anything they aren't helpful. I believe in giving my business to those who deserve it. Yolanda at this location took care of me a few days before, although I did not buy anything, but I came back a few days later and got what I needed from her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I love carson tmobile I went in today to get my screen protector put on after leaving the tmobile at the lakewood mall where the sales associates were very rude. I came across Gabby at the carson location and she was extremely nice and took her time putting my screen protector on. oh yea and the lakewood location put the screen protector on twice and fucked them both up and had an attitude when I pointed both mistakes out. first mistake was applying it and it had air bubbles that never went away even after a few days and then impatiently putting the second one on which ended up being crooked because they were trying to rush me out. This review is for the associate Ruben G. He was so sweet and patient. We went in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was PACKED! We almost didn't stay. We actually only waited for about 5 minutes and we were helped. It took us FOREVER to finally decide to switch from Sprint. I opened a new acct with them and they said at the end of the deal that i will get a free cellphone case,that i can just choose what i want with no cost at all.. After a month,I checked my bill because it was so high and found out that they charged me $120 for the case that they gave me! Terrible service I got! Walked in today the first associate was really nice answered my question with a smile and everything but then... When I got up to the cashier person to pay my bill she was really rude! Couldn't get her name because her hair was covering her name tag. She had this attitude look on her face like she didn't wanna be there and was answering my questions as if she wanted me out as fast as possible. BEST T-MOBILE STORE I'VE EVER STEPPED FOOT INTO. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented it's almost scary. It's as if the store is owned by each member of the staff and they treat it as such, super clean, organized, open store. I never once felt like there was an underlying agenda with these highly motivated individuals. I've made a three hour drive on two occasions just to come to this location. She was very patient with us and overall just had the best customer service we have received in years. Daysha was happy to answer all of our questions and helped us to get the best deals we could with our phone upgrades and phone accessories. She has such a great welcoming personality that makes you really feel comfortable to be there. She truly deserves a raise or some kind of recognition for her outstanding customer service. So I came in and spoke to manager Chris about why they switched my phone my son brought which was a Verizon phone number to a T mobile number. I asked if anyone can come with a stolen phone and they will turn on for anyone and he said yes! I called my carrier which is Verizon and they said my phone is on the bad list so no carrier can turn it on. How and why did they do this without my consent? So beware parents your son/daughter can come with the phone you bought and this carrier TMOBILE WILL TURN ON THE PHONE FOR THEM WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. This carrier even told my son to text him my access code to switch over the number and they would pay the early disconnection fee. I'm the only one on the account and this is my phone! We came in on a Saturday afternoon when it was fairly busy and she helped us with the switch from another carrier. We had numerous lines and the process took quite some time, but the entire time, she was patient and made sure to explain everything in great detail. This is the only tmobile store I will go to! I've been with them for 4 years, and I have 6 lines on my account. I go in there pretty often to upgrade my phone, or add a line, or even when I have a problem with my bill. They are ALWAYS extremely nice and helpful. I've dealt with about 15 different representatives and have only had a complaint about 1 rep (who is no longer working there). My only complaint is that they try really hard to upsale here, but it's their job so I can't complain. They are never pushy, but they do make the pros and cons very clear. read more

Ordered a phone through them since I didn't want to order it online and mess it up. The chick that I ordered the phone from messed up my order and ordered me the wrong phone. When I went into the store pissed, the associate was giving me attitude. They sent me on my way to fix the problem myself instead of trying to fix a problem they created. Have been with T-Mobile for 8 years and this store always manages to mess something up. Working in retail myself I know when you mess something up you fix the situation worse thing you can do is send the customer to fix something you messed up. I was told this is a corporate store according to a T-Mobile rep I spoke with at customer service. If I can give a negative star I would. When I first came here the lady wasn't friendly at all she acted like "what do you want?". I went there to return my old iPhone 6+ in exchange with my new iPhone 6+s that I got in the mail and exchange my screen protector. When I sat down the lady had to even ask her co worker if what I came in for was possible. I gave her my number and my name and as soon as she saw my husbands name (who lives in another state at the moment) her and her coworker told me they wouldn't be able to do anything until I was an authorized user. So I left and immediately called my husband and told him the situation. 20 mins later he told he added me and went back to the store. I was then helped by a guy and told him I wanted to return my old phone and exchange the screen protector. ( when I first got my phone in Arizona, they told us as soon as we get our new phones we just have to go to back to a T-Mobile store to get another screen protector placed on the phone and we didn't have to pay since it was just exchanging.) He then returned the phone gave me my receipt and moved onto the he screen protector he asked me if I wanted the same one or anti glare I asked if it was extra and he said no, thinking "extra" paying for the difference since I got a regular protector from my last phone. I got the anti glare and then all of sudden he gave a total and was caught off guard shocked because I didn't think I had to pay. Long story short we even had to get the manager involved because my husband was trying to explain how he didn't have to pay because he went to 2 corporate stores who told him the same things. He didn't pay for his new screen protector. I was so upset at their customer service and one girl who had to come up to the guy helming asking if everything was okay because she thought I was trying to pull a fast one. I honestly wouldn't go back here because of their lack of customer service and friendliness. Very disappointed with them. Good luck all who go here. Hope you have better service. read more

Went in on Dec 5, around 1:50-2 pm I'm putting the specifics so maybe they could find the chick who helped me out and tell her this ain't the way to do it. I went in because my phone was getting no service whatsoever, I bought the phone off Ebay three months ago. She looked it up and was like your phone is locked. And it looked like that was all she was going to do for me . I didn't even know what that meant for me or the phone, I didn't know the next steps to take! No idea what was wrong still. And I had to like pry info from her..! Ridiculous, are you just going to send me out back there with a non working phone and no solution? I was like what's my next step from here? And she was like people take it to get unlocked from other places for 50 or 60 bucks. Not once did she advice me to call t mobile help line to see if they could help me out which is what someone from another Tmobile advised and they totally helped me out and I was so thank full I'm not trying to hate on this place or this T-mobile store rep. Marcus Mondragon is a horrible employee. Avoid him at all costs. He will lie out of his ass to get you to join T-Mobile. My girlfriend and I went in on a Thursday night wanting to switch over from sprint. He ran our credit wanting to make us join told us we will be paying $170-175 per month for both lines including phones and insurance. We weren't able to do it that night because we couldn't get in contact with sprint but told us to come back in the next day and he'll get us squared away that he would be there to help us. We went in the next day the phones were reset and ready to go. Friday he wasn't there as he said he was. After some one else took over everything was set and done we were looking at paying over $200 monthly aside of paying cancellation fees out of pocket after he stated that we wouldn't worry about paying sprint off because they had us covered. Luckily Melissa the manager was able to explain everything straight forward. Although the deal wasn't as good as the one Mr Marcus made up. Her excellent customer service had us sold. read more

I came here on Saturday to pre-order the iPhone 7 plus jet black and sales rep Marla was the most unhelpful and useless customer service rep I've ever encountered. I asked her a couple of questions and to about 5 of them she answered "well I don't know" and I kept asking "well can you find out?" As a customer I don't want to hear what you can't do for me, I want to know what you can DO for me. The way she treated me was unprofessional, I know exactly what a customer should be treated like because I work for retail as a supervisor. Also, when I asked for the manager, so she could answer some of the questions she clearly couldn't, she brushed it off. AND to top it off, she has an integrity issue. I asked when I would receive my iPhone and she said by Friday 9/16/16. Once I accepted the offer through email it said I wouldn't receive the phone until November 1-30. When I called 611 to cancel my order, the rep told me there was a hold back or something like that on the Matt black and jet black which was effective as of Friday the 9th about 2-3 hrs after the phones were able to be pre-ordered. I understand phone sales rep want to make their commissions and meet their sales goals but it is not correct to do it out of lies. P.s cut your nails. Very unprofessional and distasteful. read more
