Need to keep track of the people that are next in line. I was waiting for 20 minutes and got skipped.

I would like to put no stas but that is not an option. I am writing because I have had the worst experience with T-Mobile and would not reccomend anyone this location or T-Mobile at all. As everyone has already mentioned when you arrive it takes the customer service a long time to get to you or even acknowledge your presence. Then when someone finally comes to you and you want to ask them a question they do not know how to answer your question, give you a response, or they don't even know what you want. They also try and trick you by buying services you do not need and tell you, you can cancel within 6 month if you do not want a service and when you go and call they tell you you have to pay the full service for the 6 months. Example I got a tablet with service and they told me that I could use it if I wanted to and to test it out even when said I did not want it and I went ahead and tried it and I saw I was not using the service but I still had to pay for the 6months they said I could try it out. Hey also try to bring you in with free services for x amount of months and cancel with a certain period if you do not want it but you still end up paying for the service and are hooked for a year instead and are not able to cancel it. I also went to to Mexico and was charged for incoming messages for a rate without knowing it was on my plan and ended up paying over $200 for a couple messages I received from,y family. When I went to cancel my service I made sure to tell them I did not want tmobile anymore anymore and I wanted to calces evry line I had on my contract and spent almost $1000 which I was in contract I know I had to pay but at the end of paying I wanted to make sure they. Anceled all my lines and I didn't want to see another bill and the lady said everything was canceled and I still got a bill the next month. Customer service does not what they are doing and I went back again and they said I did not cancel all my lines and I told them that I made sure with the person previously and they said that they did not do it so I still had to pay another $100 for a service I was not using because I thought it was cancelled. People do not know what they are doing here. read more

Wasn't acknowledged when I walked in and after waiting almost 30 minutes for assistance the employee was extremely rude and didn't even apologize for waiting such a long time. I remember when this location opened ,employees were friendly and now it seems like they get annoyed when customers walk in read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I took my son son in a the touch screen wasn't work and the guy found every issue he could find to not help us. After we had stood on line for over 30 minutes. Drive a little far and go to the Montebello one where customer service is a 5 star. Stay away from this place. read more

Store has came along way!! Give them a try if the reps can't help talk to the manager her is really friendly and will help!!! Remember every were u go you have to wait and there only human and like every one else they make mistakes but they are very helpful!!!happy to shop here ! read more

This store is getting worse! Really bad customer service. When they first opened I remember the people where actually helpful, but they where different employees. Now it's like you can feel everyone who is waiting just really irritated! People wait like 30 plus min to just pay their bill. It's ridiculous. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! BEWARE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! I went to this store interested in purchasing the galaxys s7 EDGE. I was told they had it in stock, so i decided to purchase and get two lines with them (one being with the edge i was planning on purchasing) by the time i had paid the 80$ security fee i was told they actually didnt have the edge after all, i told the young man , ok but when will i get my phone, he stated WENSDAY IT WAS SATURDAY. i asked if i was going to get charged on the line i didnt have the phone on he said NO! I left and called that following wensday expecting them to say YES the cell is right here come get it , but NO they told me that they hadnt received anything yet, i thought ok its still early (11:00am) they then told me to call after 4pm, so i did. Just to be told that they actually did receive 2 phones that day, BUT that WE had called too late they were sold!!! ( like really!) That next day Thursday i went to the store personally expecting my galaxy edge to be their, when they tell me they dont have anything. That theyve been out if stock for a while i told her everything that i was told, and that i had called, she then went to check the back to see if anything was in stock, when she had just told me they where out, she then returned and just sat down at her desk and left me standing their like an idiot, when another employee steped up and told her do you want me to check her account and the employee that sat down said Yes. They then proceeded to check my account and then told me my galaxy7 edge was never ordered! And that they dont know why the worker told me it was gunna be their wensday (it was back ordered, out of stock everywhere), they then said they could order it for me like Really?!? It was suppose to be ordered!!! I was paying for two lines in which one i didnt even have a phone!!,they then said theyd give me a call as soon as they receive a phone. I wanted the black one but at that point i told them i could careless what the color was, i just needed the phone. i ended up waiting till friday to receive a phone call from the store and nothing! I called to cancel my line and it turns out the employee that did my account lied and i was charged for both lines eventhought i was only using one! STAY AWAY! FROM THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE! ive been here a week ago horrible service i was waiting 45 minutes they keep making eye cantact but not a care in the world about how long ive been waiting i went back today thinking ok they are new ill try it again i walked in to pay my bill , NOPE still the worst service waited 40 min and when they finally called me tje person who helped me coildnt even make a simple payment dont come here worst service it's better to pay online or on yoir phone and be caregull they charged me extra and didnt even mentioned it read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! There were three girls in the front , two standing around talking and one with a guest. It took them almost 5 minutes to great me (I was the only customer aside from the one already being helped in the store) it was ridiculous. As I waited to be helped I watched the bigger light skinned girl with help her guest and she was very short, dull and unfriendly with him but I still gave her the benefit of the doubt. When she finaaallly helped me, she didn't listen. I was there for a SIM card and questions about my account and she simply said they'd provide me with a gift card for $15 then went back on her phone and asked another girl to help me. The second one was even worse. She had such a bad attitude, seemed VERY uninterested and was VERY unknowledgeable. I had to call customer care when I got home and they verified that the information given to me was incorrect. Horrible employees, I'll never go back to this place. read more

Worst Costumer service ever!! Came in today to fix my Screen protector that an employee at this location had applyed on friday, I Spoke to Susana, and another employee with blue hair. They told me they could not do anything about it they didnt even bother to be nice about the situation, They regected are costumer needed and also did not even bother to write anything for us.. This location needs better employee that know how to handle situations in a better manner and treat costumer like we matter. This by far has been the worst experience ever i dont recommend anyone coming at this current location..Be aware!! read more

I bought an iPhone for my grandson and I. They gave me a FREE cover and other accessories which added up to 50.00. They said it was free cause I had really good credit. When I received my bill they were charging me for them. When I confronted them they told me they don't give free stuff. I was pissed but I let it go. I find out they did it to my friends son. So don't take anything they say is free, have them put it on paper first. read more

If I can give a 0 I would first some back story! Went in to get a replacement iPhone 6s cause the charging port was not functioning properly a issue which is clearly covered in the insurance after one of the sales associate spent about 20 minutes cleaning the charger port her reasoning being that it was dirty so that was why it wasn't working. After she cleaned it she dismissed and told me to wait to see if it turned on when it didn't she said that I would have to call the insurance they would send me a replacement. The phone is payed off they called the insurance from the store and as I was on the phone the insurance lady said the store should be able to order me a replacement. I spoke to the manager and after back and forth for about another 30 he told me to go home disable my find my iPhone come back and they would order a new one I did this came back and ordered a new one and the associate told me come back in 3 days. NOW THIS IS WERE IT GETS REALLY BAD. When I go back to the store to pickup my phone the associate tells me they can't give me MY PHONE cause it didn't pass the inspection even though a MANAGER had previously okayed and ordered the phone himself I asked to speak to the manager and she said she couldn't give me the phone I told her at this point it isn't a matter of what you can do I was already told I was fine and my phone was already ordered she said she sent it to her ops manager and she said no I asked to speak to the ops manager and she refused and said she was busy I continued to tell her that the phone was ordered I was already give the okay by a manager not employee not someone over the phone a manager in person and she told me there's nothing I can do for you your not getting the phone and left me with no option but to leave. I have been a customer for 4 years payed insurance for 4 years had the phone for 3 and was completely dimissed and lied to. This place should be shut down for such poor customer service read more

The most helpful wireless store ever. I went in 10 minutes to closing with my wireless issues and experienced the best customer service from everyone. It started when I walked in and they all said hello. Paul helped me and was very patient. So when I said I had issues I meant it. The whole crew stayed after hours to help me get out of there.
