Awful service, my name was put on a list when I first walked in and I was told it will be 15 minute wait. 35 minutes later I'm still where I was on the list. 3 people ahead of me. They said they have full staff on the floor, which is 3 employees, who are still helping the same customers since I walked in. Not to say that the place is full of roudy kids running around, stuffy inside and no one seems to be in rush to pick up the paste and help the growing number of customers. I have been with T mobil for 8 years, but this really pushed me to the limit and made me think of changing the carrier. Where's the manager? Have more staff on weekends, have a time limit per customer. Apple store is always packed but you never wait 45 minutes for a return. They need to be efficient to succeed. I recently lost my phone, so stopped in there while my dog was at the vet (next door), They were able to hook me up with a new Samsung phone, helped me retrieve all of my contacts, and also helped me set up my new phone up with all the features that I needed...and had me out in time to pick my dog back up on time! read more

I've been a Tmobile customer visiting this store for nearly 10 years and I can't tell you the amount of times I've regretted going anywhere else just out of convenience at the time. I recently had an issue with a small Tmobile store on Imperial & La Palma in Anaheim who sold me a phone accessory of poor quality. I went back again and received zero support or assistance from the one guy working there. He even told me to return the next day to speak with the store manager since he didn't want to assist. I decide to visit my home store in Orange instead knowing it's much larger with a handful of staff and Danny was quick to help me rectify the issue and provide me with a top quality product. He replaced the item for me with no issue and was extremely kind and professional about it. Pro tip: If you go to smaller Tmobile stores, confirm whether they are Corporate or third party vendors. Huge difference! From personal experience, the way customers are treated is night and day. At my home store in Orange, Danny and his team were attentive and would go to great lengths for customer satisfaction. My entire family have been customers of this store for all of our i-phones and we've never had any issues. At the smaller vendor I visited, they have minimal stock in general and are looking to make a quick sell without any consideration of actual good service. I know that it's a hit or miss depending on where you go but if you truly want efficient service and excellent customer support, for all of your phone needs, please visit Danny and his team in Orange. The service here is amazing! Every time I need to visit a T-Mobile store, I come to this one. I am always in and out. Upgrading phones, changing providers and all that jazz can take hours. I feel like they always help me get in and out in the fastest time possible, all while providing me with ample information about the new upgrades to phones and accessories. I am finally writing them a review because I had exceptional service yesterday that needs to be appreciated. My husband and I were helped by Jose. He was so fantastic. I have never enjoyed and appreciated a phone store employee so much. He gave us a lot of information and personal experience with the latest model iPhones so we could make the decision picking ours. He was kind and personal, inviting us to come back to the store in a couple days when our new phone comes in the mail so he can help set it up and guide us in sending in the old phone. Went to this store to pick up a loaner phone while my replacement phone comes in the mail, took almost an hour just to be seen. Very slow service. I get my phone go to put my sim card in and it makes me need an adapter for it. I go back to the store and they sell me one which is pointless because ill never need it again. So he pulls the adapter off the shelf gives it to me and I leave. I find out there was nothing in the bag. So I drive all the way out again. What a joke this place is. I came here to test 3 phones: the Alcatel Onetouch Fierce 2, the LG Optimus L90 and the Samsung Galaxy Avant. Bottom line: I was unable to test ANY of them. Here's why: (1) the Alcatel Onetouch Fierce 2 was not even on display to test. (2) the LG Optimus L90 on display was dead. No power, even though a charger cable was attached to it. (3) Same thing for the Samsung Galaxy Avant on display. Dead. I had to *search out* a sales person (none would come up to me as I browsed the phones and struggled to make 2 of them work). The girl fumbled with the charger cables and concluded that the charging mechanisms for both phones weren't working. "Sorry" was all she could say. I walked out of there without accomplishing what I went in to do: test 3 phones. I will not return to this T-Mobile store again. Sloppy phone displays. Inattentive and indifferent staff. read more

Tmobile is the the worse service .... Not worth the time typing this review for T-mobile. Best advice is to stay away from this phone carrier. Reception is terrible, cancellation procedures are unscrupulous. After cancelling, they come back and charge for services not provided. read more

Specifically, I would like to praise Ms Perla Zavala. That young lady is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have dealt with in a long time. I originally just intended to stop by "to get an idea" what it would cost to upgrade my flip phone to a smart phone. (I am a devout Luddite; change does not come easily for me.) Perla greeted me and was genuinely interested in helping me. She patiently walked me through all of the options and explained the plans and options available. With her help, I was able to upgrade my family plan and by a very reasonably-priced smart phone at what I thought was a very affordable price. Although we joked about it, there was absolutely no pressure or brazen up-selling whatsoever; just a comfortable chat and a lot of help. The absolute pièce de résistance came when I bought a screen protector and back for my new phone (LG K7) and the young lady meticulously and fastidiously put the cover on the screen for me. I mean, we're talking cleaning, thoroughly delinting, and even using cello tape to remove dust particles before applying the screen. Anyone with one micron less patience could have just sold me the phone, the plan, and the accessories and shoved me out the door. That, it appears, is not Ms Zavala's style. As to the other less positive reviews here, I watched the surrounds as I was being dealt with and there were a lot of very happy, cheerful salespeople and some pretty happy customers at that store as well. So it would seem that this is part of the climate up as that location. (I compare this to the store near my home whose employees could not give a roasted rat turd for you except when they can squeeze some extra gelt out of your wallet. We went back to T-Mobile to activate my husband's phone and iPad. We had wonderful service from Vivian who took the time to be sure we understood everything she was explaining to us. I just want to throw this out there T-Mobile (phone company) is the WORSE carrier to be with, not only that there service is basic but there delivery in customer satisfaction is an embarrassment...As a so call "prestige phone carrier establishment" they are deceitful and appeal to many fallacious claims which is ridiculous and unsound. Do not be fooled by this bold statement for its deceiving and is the opposite of what the claim to be a "T-mobile Fact" ...I just want everyone to be aware; to do a lot of research before they do anything. Have been a loyal customer for years and always had the insurance on my phones, yet never needed them. Now that my phone stopped working I need a new one and the insurance is supposed to give you good phones right, wrong. Its Friday so they say there gonna ship me a new one by Monday but it doesn't come till Thursday night so I'm without a phone for a week, then it stops working in less the 3 weeks. So I take it in and the make an order on Friday again for a new one yet it doesn't come till next Wednesday night again, another week of paying for nothing. Then this so called new good working phone just stops working by Friday, just 2 days this time. At this rate the next one will last 2 hours. So I call and all I get is bad customers service that says we cant do anything about it and just upgrade and buy a brand new phone at full price again. I'm like ya cant wait for my contract to finish so I can get away for the worst service ever. read more

T Mobile is the worst. I've been with them for 9 years in this particular store exemplifies the problems with T Mobile. Long story short I have a no contract phone I purchased proximately 12 days ago. From the beginning this phone has had wiifi issues. Samsung Galaxy light it is well documented online that this phone goes in and out of WiFi coverage. I have missed many calls and texts and it is unacceptable. At home I must use wifi because T Mobile has a dead spot right where I live on the testing and Irvine border. I'm still as I speak within the 14 day return policy yet they insist on charging a restocking fee. And of course there isn't a similar unit to the one that I have now available so I'm out of luck. Don't go to T-Mobile. By the way they have no email address and the only way to get ahold of them is to call in which case they generally hang up on you I've been hung up on a minimum of 6 times in the last 3 days really horrible read more
