Cici did my manicure and my pedicure. She did such an amazing job! I needed a fill-in and couldn't pick out a color. The color she picked out was amazing! She took her time and my nails are perfect! I will NEVER go back here. I got my nails done here and the women doing my nails was in a rush and was doing other things in the middle of doing my nails like give those consumers a wax's, etc... I had a lot to do that day so I went home and the next day came back to the salon to see if they can touch my nails up since I wasn't 100% happy. I asked very politely if they could, and the owner totally blew up on me in front of the whole salon. She was saying I was "picky" and I would have to pay another $30 to get they touched up which I was not going to do. read more

I hate posting bad reviews & I have been a loyal customer at T-nails for about 6 years. My last time here was awful and then today I walked in at 6:20pm & at 7:45pm one of the nail techs comes up to me & proceeds to say that I need to come back tomorrow. My question is why did they allow me to wait over an hour when they knew they weren't going to be able to take care of me. I could've gone somewhere else. That is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! I love it here!! The sisters Linda & Amy are so wonderful I see either of them everytime, they'll make you feel right at home..offering snacks, beverages, anything you need! They do fabulous nails & pedicures..I get the solar nails, they take their time and really pay attention to detail, my nails always look great! My pedicures always last, and they really go the extra mile with a great leg & foot massage..they even do your shoulders too, a nice touch is they heat up the lotion before applying, plus spa pedicures are only $18 bucks wow! everything here is first class. I was visiting family in the area and didn't know where to get my nails done. Yelp came through! My mom was going to Mexico the next day and really needed a mani pedi. She had never gotten a gel manicure before but decided that since she was going to be away for a while she wanted something that was going to last. From mom: The technician neatly trimmed my nails so that they would look longer. I wear my nails relatively short and she did a great job of shipping them. I chose a hot pink color since I would be at a resort for the next week. When I get a regular pedicure go to the beach it doesn't last very long since the Sandwash is not the polish but I was pleasantly surprised at how durable the gel pedicure was. Manicurist was very precise and took a lot of time with my nails; I would definitely go back." Also, awesome massages that last a long time. I got my brows done as well. Ive been here several times with my friend, so I've given this place a chance. Ive gotten gel on my nails and toes. I have had different people do them each time. The first time the lady put the gel so uneven on each nail when she was done you could tell there were 2 cotes on some nails and 4 on others and it was bumpy. She painted like a child in kindergarten. There was a nail polish all over the sides of my finger that I had to remove once I got home. Another time with a different person I know polish chipped the following day and I had to go to a different salon to get them to repair it because I was out of town. Just passed pedicure the guy started cutting into the quick of my nails and now i am going to have Do you have someone big my toe whether it be my personal nail tech that I norm go to or go to an urgent care you have them fix it. It is now infected do to him heading there now in the quick and I guess it just needs to be evened out. It is so painful, it feels like I have an ingrown toenail. I will not get my nails done here again. I will only come to meet my friend while she gets hers done. Ps Don't talk about your customers in Vietnamese because you don't know to speak Vietnamese and he does not. Just sayin. read more

I have read the other reviews and the ones that were negative all go back to the customer service. I have more of an issue with whether or not they knew what they were doing. I had a mani/ pedi. I had let my nails grow out longer than I wanted them for the sole purpose of being able to cut and shape them all evenly while still maintaining some length. My nails were long!! Before I could stop her, she cut my pinky nail even with the end of my finger and then had the nerve to ask if it was ok...No, but it's too late now. Will never return, very upsetting now I have to wait for them to grow back so someone else can fix them. read more

so the girl who did my nails didnt fill in the sides of my acrylics and. there were empty triangle shapes on side , kinda mad nails were not worth my Christmas lottery money and I had some jewels on my ring finger took a shower and boom fell off please make your nails more secure and next Time I go I want to give a 5 star review. read more

Don't bother making an appointment. We wanted an appointment for 3 adults and 2 kids. They took the kids right away and they were done by the time they started on the adults and they did one at a time! We wanted the experience of sitting together with our girls and having a fun girls night out. They also didn't bother asking us what to do for the girls, instead they gave them one of the more expensive pedicures. They helped other people coming into the salon before helping us. When two of us were finally done, my friend started voicing how upset she was by the service (they even skipped her hand massage), three of them rushed over to try to finish quickly, they cut her finger and spilled oil on her dress ruining it! They also don't have prices posted anywhere. I had NO idea what total to expect. And when asked about a polish or design they would only say "that's $10 more" or whatever price. Don't recommend, won't ever go back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! read more

Very disappointing experience. Brought my boyfriend for a pedicure and I can tell you there are much better salons in Newnan, Ga. All T-Nails want is your money, the customer service is horrible! I've heard great reviews from friends on Waterscape Spa right up the street from T-Nails. Take my advice and spend your money somewhere else. read more

The work they do here is fine, but they do not honor appointments. Showed up for my appt on time and the girl who was to do my pedicure was in the middle of doing another client. I was moved to another person, but I believe if you take the time to make an appointment it should be honored. When it is not it tells you they value someone or something else more. This place is really nice!! I walked in and was taken by Tina right away. She was so sweet and inquisitive (unlike most nail salon ladies). She did a beautiful pedicure and noticed I was rubbing my shoulders so much (I was too stressed) she even offered a shoulder/back massage! She did an awesome job! Only thing I didn't like was that they wouldn't do my gel full set because I arrived "too late" and they were closing soon. I arrived at 7:20pm, they close at 8pm. So just make sure you arrive early. I have went here for years but will not be back.....I always take myself and my daughter we both get pedicures I get a full set of SNS nails, she gets her nails painted, and most of the time I do my eyebrows......well 1st off the price is never the same anytime we go and they always ask my daughter and not me if she can have a design this time I will say I told her yes she could on her feet....so this past week I went in and my bill was $172....I was in shock but paid because they were closing for the night and like I said I have been going there for years and but if just wasn't sitting right with me so I went back in 2 days later and was like can you please explain to me your prices and break my bill down for me the owner was really nice and was trying but the one of the workers came over and took over trying to explain and was SUPER RUDE to me the whole time .....so she proceeded to tell me that my daughter's who she actually did and who's is always $25-$30 was $65 because she got a pedicure and a mani with design her pedicure is always $20 for some reason this time it was $25 which was fine I thought it was because they added a scrub to her foot but they proceeded to tell me no the scrub was a additional $10 on top of the $25 so that's $35 right there then told me her "manicure" which I ALWAYS tell them no manicure only paint them was $20 plus $10 for a design I did not approve or agree to her having and I watched them only paint her nails....then my pedicure was normal $45 like always LOVE jenni who does my toes.....and my SNS was the rest of the money because that's what SNS cost which was "$62" but the funny thing is I got my eyebrows done also which is $7.....so really if you break down the prices means my SNS would of been $55 so that right there tells you think just make up whatever price works for them that's day I'm totally fine with my prices for myself but $65 for a kids who you didn't even do all the services you charged me for nor asked if you could do a design on her hand. Come on now you SHOULD treat loyal customers better and not try to rip them off!!!! and on top of that 1 nails has already fallen off and 2 are already coming up after having them done for 3 days because they put coat/layer them to thick So like I stated above I will no longer be using this salon and would advise other people to not use them as well which I hate because Jenni and CiCi are AMAZING!! read more

We were probably the third and fourth customers of the day. We were sat immediately after choosing our colors. My mom and I both received spa pedicures. I had a basic manicure and she had dip powder color put on her nails. Our total time spent was about an hour but like I said, the other two people in the store were finishing up. Horrible! This salon is dirty and the workers are rude! I have gotten my nails (acrylic with regular polish) done here a few times. Every time I go the service gets worse. The owner is completely disrespectful and she is the worse at doing nails out of all of the girls. The two very light skin tones ladies in the back do a great job but as for the rest... They suck. I waited 30 minutes for the owner to finish eating while she had THREE different girls do parts of my nails. They turned out alright in the end but half way through the girl tried to put a different color on and claimed " it looks the same." Looked all over town and surrounding area researching and asking friends that work in high end salons what nail salon I should go to. They all said "T Nails." And it is about 1/4 a mile from my house, couldn't be any more convenient. As a first time customer I called a couple days in advance and made an 11am appt. When I arrived EVERY seat in manicure and pedicure area was full, they were jammin'. (12-15 customers) I took my time picking out my color and as soon as I was done, the put me in a Pedi Chair. I soaked for about 10 min, then picked out the #2, which is $23 and includes a salt scrub and lotion massage, etc. (Basic is $18) Worth it. They were all SUPER nice and I was very pleased. Walk-ins were coming in steady and some were told to please call and come back later in the day. I would make an appt by calling ahead for sure and even them be patient. A lot of people are doing mani/pedi combos are expect to go from one service immediately to the next, but it doesn't appear to happen immediately because all the pedi chairs may be full, etc. You would think 10-11am on a week day it would be slow but no. Especially in the summer. I tried to make another appt and they told me to take a business card and give them a call. Looking forward to my next visit ! read more

Been coming to this establishment for months to get my eyebrows done. Yesterday was the worst experience I've had with them. My sister originally just wanted a pedicure so one lady sits her down in the chair and begins my sister pedicure. After 30-35 mins she's still not done she goes to tell my sister that she has a "ingrown toenail" (which she obviously didn't have) she begins to pick at it causing my sister toe to bleed and cause pain. My sister was upset and told her to leave that toe alone and only polish the other toes. The nail tech continues to polish my sister toes which were white. After saying they were complete the white polish is still on my sister skin around the nail line and dripping down the side of her toe. She asked the nail tech to clean it up a little her response was "it's white polish it's supposed to look like that" So my sister gets out of the chair and ask for the manager, the manager tells my sister "oh it's a little cut you'll be okay after shower it'll wash off" my sister brushed it off and says okay can i get my eyebrows done. The manager "Linda" is the eyebrow tech so because my sister complained about the nail service she took it out on her eyebrows snatching the wax off and not fully arching her eyebrows. When asked could she clean it up under the brow a little more she refused and said "it look fine you always complaining it looks good" My sister leaves the eyebrow room and goes to the counter to pay. Everyone that works there started running and locking the doors recording and taking pictures of her and her tag. Linda calls the police to say my sister was leaving the nail salon refusing to pay but clearly was still in the salon. She only went to her car when she saw an employee taking pictures of her car. I can't wait for this establishment to be shutdown. The manager and her employees are rude. read more
