    Thai Milk Tea
    Melissa M.

This is a nice quaint Boba place on university Avenue that has a lot of variety and flavor. I really appreciate how many options they have that are caffeine free. The Thai tea is my absolute favorite flavor and is one of the best I've had. The service is usually fast and you can order right on the iPad. It's a little small inside and I definitely wish that they had a bathroom considering that it's a place that serves large quantity of liquid liquids.

A little expensive, but the milk tea is not a thing special. Lots of flavors to choose from though.

Not the best but can try one time and easy to pick and go. Ordering is easy as well through the Ipad screens. Don't add the ice here if you willing to enjoy the taste of the tea or boba. Chose the right milk to get your taste and add white boba, they are really good.

    Roasted Oolong Milk Tea

Honestly not that bad. Expected worse from the reviews. Tea is present and boba is chewy. I'm a boba fiend so clearly there's bias, but I've had lots of mediocre spots in my life where T4 is a slight step above (maybe a 3.5 rounded up). Location near the Caltrain is a bonus, snagging a drink or sitting down a bit while waiting for the awful schedule is a deal too. Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with Boba - boba is chewy though there's some inconsistency as some are amazing and others are almost slightly undercooked so this averages out to be like average 3/5 boba. As for the milk tea, I tried it after biking home so the ice melted and watered down the drink, even then the tea was very much present as well as the milkiness. Half sugar was fairly accurate as there's a slight sweetness but not a lot. Liquid gets a 4/5.

Rose Milk Tea with Mochi, Passionfruit Royal Tea, Ballet Chocolate Milk, Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

4.5 stars rounding up for customer service **OPEN UNTIL 11PM on FRIDAY** - telephone may be working but no one picked up when I called about 9:30pm - menu is also smaller than other locations - price is a wee higher (palo alto area) Several chairs and tables available for indoor seating (15~20 persons) , and a couple tables and chairs for outdoor seating We ordered: - Ballet Chocolate Milk, friend's order and he liked it - Passion Fruit Royal Tea, friend's order and he liked it, wishing there were passion fruit seeds though - Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie (ordered this without lemonade so it was strawberry blended with royal green tea), uncle's order and he liked it - Rose Milk Tea with Mochi, rose milk tea is my typical go-to from T4 but I tried out their new drinkable mochi topping, similar to UME tea where it's a gooey sticky consistency so I'd say skip and just go back to their boba for topping Customer Service-- Wow!! Staff was really patient in answering and accommodating my request for the Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie (wanted a blended Strawberry beverage but it's not offered on the menu so had to improvise) Thanks for being awesome!! Highly recommend to visit for your milk tea cravings.. and they open late too!

Earl Grey Milk Tea with Pearls 50% sweet Less ice

Earl grey milk tea with pearls. 50% sweet, less ice. I don't drink a lot of Boba but I definitely love this one!

I was chillin' in Palo Alto waiting for my onigiris to be made and wanted some boba. I was Yelping then decided to turn around and looked up then BAM there it was, T4 Tea right across the street! Whenever I try new boba tea places I have certain go-to teas I choose. At this place I didn't see other teas that were too intriguing to me, so I chose wintermelon tea. I asked one of the staff and they said wintermelon tea tends to run pretty sweet, so I ordered less sweet, less ice, and boba. It was so refreshing! Perfect amount of sweetness. Some other places usually are still too sweet or a bit more on the barely sweet side when I order "less sweet". This place hit the nail right on the head. The boba wasn't over-the-top chewy nor was it too rigid to chew, it had good consistency. Bottom line: Will be back to try other teas whenever I'm in the area!

    Taro Milk Tea
    Catalina L.

Ordered taro boba milk tea, 30% sugar and light ice. I recommend getting light ice in general to avoid watering down your drink as the ice melts. Very pleased with the tapioca pearls. Nice sweet flavor and consistency, not overly soft but a soft chew. Taro milk tea also had a creamy flavor. Not powdery tasting. I would order it again For the evening, the wait was a bit long. 5 people in front of me, plus there were some app orders. Probably waited 20-25 min from arrival to receiving my drink. Everyone tried their best to social distance but it felt a little cramped. There was a sign to limit to 5 people inside, but it was really 5 people waiting in line to order plus 3-5 people on side trying to hear their name called for pick up.

Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba
    Franco F.

My least favorite boba place in the area. Boba is never cooked quite right and drinks run super sweet. If you are in a rush it's not bad but I recommend the other local places.

    Strawberry Milkshake
    Jono B.

I had a strawberry milkshake from here (really good!) and an Oreo Milkshake (pretty decent). I would frequent this place a lot if I lived here. Has plenty of flavor options too.

    Bryan L.

My wife and I went there last night. My bubble milk tea had no tea favor. The taro milk had little taro favor and it's watery. I saw they put lots of ice when making the drink even though we ordered less ice. I will never go to this place again.

Now, I'm usually not a coffee drinker, but a friend of mine out here is slowly getting me into it... or maybe she's just using me to feed her caffeine habit lol. Either way, I'm starting to enjoy it more. I grabbed a vanilla latte and a raspberry charlotte and man, both hit the mark and the spot before I headed out. The store is always so classy, beautifully decorated, and the pastry presentation is next-level. It's the kind of display that makes you want to order one of everything just because it looks that good. The seating area inside is small, so if you don't lock a seat you'll either be outside at the front tables or grabbing it to go. The hospitality here is always amazing -- super attentive, courteous, and genuinely kind. Only thing to note is the parking. It's street parking, so keep your head on a swivel when pulling in or out. All in all, this place continues to deliver.

I have already been to Covour a handful of times, mostly on weekdays, where I'm usually planted there for a few hours to do some work or study. The space itself has a good number of tables to work or study from, along with great lighting. I really appreciate the selection of drinks they have, ranging from fun flavored lattes like tiramisu and burnt brown sugar to matchas, hojichas, and classic cafe staples like americanos and flat whites. Everything I've had here has been delicious and always hits the spot. They also have a range of food and toasts you can order. I recently got the ricotta and honey toast, which was delicious and light! Heads up, though, as expected, they do run low on stock later in the day. I came around 2 PM, and there were maybe four baked goods left. Overall, it's a great choice, and if you're in the area, definitely check them out.
