These people do not clean their tools properly. My mother went to get a pedicure and due to their lack of clean tools, my mothers toes got infected. I will definitely be reporting them so they can get regulated. The pictures that are being posted are the day after the pedicure.

Man the wait here is always the same . Need to change my nail spot ASAP .

They take so so long always . You try walk in or appointment and both are really bad . Will change this nail spot . I went from nails and pedi to just pedi and not even like that can they go fast . I only come here because they are close to my daytime location. Horrible the wait . That kills the whole experience. If you do mani and pedi they do it separate not at the same time after you waited to be attended already. Not recommended. They have signs with the Mgr number to let them know any problem and I've spoke to Kim many times they take too long . If they don't care that means customer service is not given and they don't care for their customers. So at the end of the day they lost a customer. Ridiculous waits are more than 45 to an hr wait . Even if you make an appointment.

Second time coming here....... So yesterday me and my best friend decided to come here. for the second time the reason why was because the first time I it was really good. But this time I had a horrible experience. So me and my best friend walked in and we like one of the employees nails, she had almond nails and it was glittery. So me and my soul my best friend I asked her how much it will be? And she said it was going to be 45 and and I asked her how much would it be just for gel nails and she told me 25. So when she was doing my nails I asked her I would like the 25 one gel ones. Then she tells me is going to be 35 I told her you told me was gonna be 25 like that but in gel nails. So then I was upset because employee tells me one thing and then another employee tells me another thing. So we discussed about it and then I decided to do just a different color of gel color. Then both of the employees started talking about the situation and their language and I knew they were talking about me because we just of course just finished discussing about it and I was so upset and I didn't want to do my feet. But my friend was still doing her nails so I decided to do my feet. And then when Diana started doing my feet she decided to do a side comment about the situation of the color in jail and she was laughing with the other employee about it. So that's the last time I am ever going and if I do go back I'm going back Kim. Such yesterday such a bad experience and I know you're lucky I gave her a half a nice tip because I could've been a bitch and not give you shit.

Okay so let me start with the good then the bad. Good: this salon has amazing nail techs, they are good and nice they are attentive. They have a variety of color selections, there are also many of them there everyday so waiting is not too long (unless you go Saturday's, Sunday's or right before they close) this is my go to nail place I go every month. The bad: there are also bad nail techs, there are a couple of them who I dislike, one cute my cuticle and I started bleeding (never has this happened to me before only with her) and there is another lady who gets frustrated with me because my hand is too stiff (which I try not being stiff, I don't do it on purpose) you can see it all over her face that she's frustrated and she does great nails but she's rude. UPDATE I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE, AS ANOTHER REVIEW STATED THEIR IS NO USE IN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT THEY TAKE OTHER CUSTOMERS AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT BUT I CAN DEAL WITH THAT. What I can't deal with is this nail tech texting and on the phone the ENTIRE time she is doing my nails. (See picture) Super unproffesional, rude and aNnoying. Also this same nail tech cleans the edges of my nails with her thumbnail and her thumbnails are sharp and it hurts! She's done this every single time I get her as a nail tech. The other nail techs clean you off with a brush and acetone. She also stares at my face every time and asks if I want eyebrows too, like if I wanted eyebrows I would ask. She's rude.

Had dip gel done about a week ago. The nail broke, it's supposed to be stronger than regular gel...anyway, I made an appointment with Cindy at 6pm today. It is now 6:25pm, I don't know what the point of scheduling an appointment when they go ahead and see another client. Really annoyed. Update**Cindy apologized for the wait and did not charge me to fix the nail. For this alone will add an extra star

I absolutely loved my nails & my experience at this salon ! I came in on Friday, right before Labor Day & I was sat for a pedi right away without an apptmnt. They were extremely busy & still worked quickly but also very diligently. I love that the lady who did my pedi really took her time with my ingrown nails. Simultaneously May started on my acrylics and she did such a great job. I've struggled to find the right location for acrylics and this is it! They have good service and also moderate pricing, I will definitely be coming back.

If it was possible I wouldn't even give them a star the mail techs are so rude I told the tech she cut my nails wrong and she laughed like it was so funny I didn't want to be disrespectful because I had my daughter with me . They act like I'm not paying for there service they were not free I hope the manager reads this and does something about he's employee I seen her nails and they look great .so why wouldn't she do the same for the customers this is the first and last time I come here . Don't Recomend this place to anyone Don't waste your money here .

One of the very few places open on 4th of July! Michelle (the owner) did a great job and was very patient when taking off my gel extensions from a different nail salon. I showed Michelle a picture of what I wanted and I was very pleased with her work. My gel mani came out exactly like the design I shared with her. read more

Update: Today I went in for a full set and pedicure as I do about every two weeks. I never ask for anyone specifically but that is definitely going to change. Kim was taking care of my pedicure and Tim did my full set. I usually get coffin nails but today I decided to try something new and I went with almond shaped nails. Tim did not disappoint, the shape came out amazing. And Kim had my pedicure on point making sure it was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I now know who I want to see next time I go back! read more

OMG Why I came here!!! Their service was terrible. Her name Kim? I spent 168 for me and my daughter. I got most expensive pedicure $42 But she didn't do 15m massage Also she was very careless. I came here the first week nail salons opened in la county and my thoughts are this nail salon shouldn't be open until they are prepared to abide by CDC guidelines for customer and staff safety. They done have any guides for social distancing or safety measures for customers or staff other than all staff and customers wear a mask. They don't honor appointments; I made one for 5:00 and waited 20min before I left. I think getting customers in and out instead of waiting around would be best considering the current conditions. I was waiting along with 3 other customers in their pre Covid-19 waiting area with chairs side by side and thought to myself this can't be right. All customers are handling the same color swatches that staff members are handling with gloves on going from client to client. There is no designated spacing between service chairs or plexiglass in between service areas like I've seen at other salons who only offer appointments only. I know it must be difficult to come up with a safetly plan for this type of business but at the very least honor your appointments to get clients in an out to avoid over crowding and maybe offer "wait in your car service" I didn't feel comfortable considering, so I decided to leave. Sorry I couldn't review their end results. I was very much looking forward to it. read more

There is nothing special about this place. It is very simple, but the service both my sister and myself received was excellent! A friend at work recommended that I try this salon and I am glad I did! I got my gel nails filled and new color with a ring finger design and my sister got a manicure and gel nail polish! Very please with the service and cost! Came in about an hour before closing today and they did a FANTASTIC job on my nails. They took their time and wasn't rushing me to pick my colors nor them doing their job. A major plus is the fact that I finally, finally, finally found the nude color that I've been looking for, for my skin tone. Service was great and the ladies were friendly and pleasant. The store is clean as well as their work stations and equipment. I'm a nurse, so I freak out at any sign of cross contamination or infection control issues and here I definitely can tell they have no problems with that. I will be coming back for future services and likely recommend them to others. Bonus: PRICE is affordable!!!And they have a card where they stamp each time you come in for service. read more

I had come here off and on since March, but have been trying other places recently out of convenience. The last place I went to did a horrible job on my nails. I decided to go back to TA and I'm so glad I did! They did an amazing job and were so nice and friendly! My nails look great, they are even and smooth. I definitely learned my lesson! read more

So this is gonna be a short & simple review because I could honestly keep going on & on about this place. I found this place not too long ago on Yelp since I was in the area. I decided to give it a try. I've been here 3x & all three times I always got serviced by Tommy. Great patient guy who would go the extra mile to make sure the nail shape is just the way you want. I went to him after some lady a whack of a job on my nails & messed up my nail bed. He shaped & perfected my nails the way I showed him in the picture. I even tried something different & got my boyfriend's initial on my ring finger & he did it just like the picture. I'm obsessed with my nails & I dont mind the drive going to the place because Tommy is the best nail technician I've ever been helped by! Thank you Tommy!!! ‍ read more

Im not the type to complain about a price , especially with my nails because i like good service . But i think It's ridiculous one that they tell you you can come in and when you get there they tell you they can't take you anymore to come another day and then I came and I got a fill which should be not that much but Tom started then tells me that it's $30 which I find ridiculous because a new full set that he usually does it cost 38$ including Gel . They have horrible customer service and give you an attitude when you ask a question , last time I come here I do not recommend this place! read more

One star for Anne who did my nails great and took her time. Other than that, I got a CHEMICAL BURN on my foot from the callus remover. I said "ouch" and told the woman doing my pedicure that it was starting f to burn and she just said "sorry" but kept it on. She didn't tell me at all that she could see that it was burning. The attached picture is what I noticed after getting home that day. Smh! Never again. read more

This was my first time coming here and i am so glad I did! The reviews were correct this place is awesome! Tommy was so gentle,didn't cut me like other places and he took his time unlike other places I've gone to. He kept making sure everything was perfect. I went with a almond shape and the color I chose was dark scarlet. He did the perfect length and the color is absolutely stunning! Thank you Tommy! I will be coming back! read more

I have to start by saying I this place. I started coming here after trying out different locations for months I have to add I'm a really picky person. I had Kim do my pedicure omg did she do an amazing job I suffered from ingrown toenail in no other place had they took it out completely but SHE DID IT. This rating is soley for my pedicure.... I am happy with my full set...however I decided to give this place a try for a pedicure with hopes of loving it. I usually go to two shops one for my nails and one for my toes...the lady was really nice however she was doing to much and rough....not only did she cut the side if my toe which by the way 3 days later is still bothering me.....the paint job was not good I will post a pic....it's just not as neat as what I'm use to. ... I like the pedicure and manicure personally itself. The ladies were very detailed. However, I purchase a deluxe pedicure that comes with a 8 minutes massage. I know for a fact the lady who did my hand told the last who did my feet to massage me cause I paid for deluxe. Well she didn't. I waited to see if she would massage after polished but instead she gave me my total. I was disappointed so I didn't say anything cause it was already mention to her my her co worker and she still wouldn't do it. I always upgrade and purchase a combo pedicure and every place I go to always set a timer when they start your massage. Well she massage me less than 2 minutes. She could of told me she didn't want to massage me and I would understand. I usually tip 20-30%. Manicure was $20 I have the lady $5 tip. Pedicure was $38. I gave her $3 tip. I didn't want to not tip her cause she did a great job minus the massage. I know she probably wouldn't know the different cause most people tip less 10% when they do their nails. read more

Super cute gel nails done by Nancy. It was my first time being here and was definitely impressed. I showed her a picture I found online and she was able to do it. I've been to fancier nail salons but they don't do a good job. This place is small and clean and gets it done right. Prices are great I only paid 29$ . No complaints from me so far. will defined be returning!! read more

I love coming here to get my nails done. Everyone is nice and welcoming and it's easy to book an appointment. Tracy is amazing and I always love the way my manicures and pedicures come out. They also have a stamp card to reward loyal customers. The owner Michelle even does eyelashes and eyebrows. read more

Have been going to this shop for awhile. Ever since they changed management. Michelle is such a wonderful and caring person. Holly is my go to, both her and Michelle do lovely acrylics. Nancy does a wonderful gel manicure and pedicure. Beware of the high demand to get nails done after the nail salons open up. It's understandable and you must be patient when going in because appointments are necessary. I am a patient person, but if you are not, understand that appointment times may lag and you may have to wait. I love this place! read more

Lady filed my skin off all around my nails and cut me and started bleeding and put a chemical that burned my skin so bad and still respected her and treated her nice and asked for just a discount and straight up ignored me and did not care. This is my first time at this nail salon and I love it! The service is amazing, friendly and most important they take their time. I previously yelped this place before coming here and I read that Michelle did a great job and so I requested for her to do my nails and I couldn't be happier. The previous place I went too (tip toe nails) are so overly busy and rushing to getting the nails done. I'm happy with the quality of nails that Michelle did and I will be coming back. I got the gel manicure. Next time will be pedi amd mani along with a facial. Can't wait! read more

Came here for the first time, since where I originally wanted to go was way to full. When I got there I was attended right away buy a man. I wanted a full set so he began working in my nails. He didn't seem like the most friendly guy but hey, I was there to do my nails and not to make friends I guess. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and wasn't all that happy with the finished product. I had also chosen a color and he did the wrong one. I already wanted to leave and so I just left it as is. I may come again but not with him. I read in some reviews about Michelle so iight just ask for her if I return. read more

This place is disgusting, starting from sanitation to the workers. They never answer their phones, they don't keep appt times! I've waited for over an hour and no one has helped. Super rude. Never returning. The phone keeps ringing and they just don't pick up. Why make an appt if they don't value your time. So update, my toes look horrid, uneven, and the lady who did it was rude. Lately I had been feeling very discouraged with getting my nails done and jumping around from one nail shop to the other and when I would find someone who I loved their work, is come back and they had quit. I will never come back to this nail salon again. I called on Monday to make an appointment with Kim and was informed to come in Wednesday morning. Come back first thing Wednesday morning and was informed that Kim doesn't show up on time due to the fact that she is on salary. At that point I went ahead and make an appointment at 3:30. Show up at my appointment at 2:28 and see Kim working on another customer at that point I informed them that I had a 330 appointment and they tell me that my appointment was at 3:00. Which is SB. I love Michelle ! But Everyone on her team is awesome She's always so attentive I've known her for 6 years now and never found anyone like her she's a perfectionist therefore she goes above and beyond for her clients and is always looking for new styles I met her at TJ nails and have been following her everywhere she goes, I've always told her that she should open her own nail salon and I am very happy and proud of her because she finally did I completely recommend the nail salon everyone that works there is good at what they do! follow the nails shop on ig! My nails have lasted a month and a half even after going to the beach, being active, and doing things with my hands that could easily cause lifting or damage. The fact that they stay looking amazing for that long says so much about the quality of his work. What truly makes Anthony different from other nail techs is his patience and the way he treats his clients. He actually listens to what you want and wants you to leave completely happy with your nails. If you don't like something, he will take the time to fix it, change the design, reshape it, or even start over without making you feel like you're bothering him. I have never experienced a nail tech who is so willing to make sure the final result is exactly what you wanted. He is also genuinely kind, professional, and makes every appointment a good experience. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his clients. Anthony wasn't available for my appointment today, so I tried another nail tech, and it honestly made me realize how much I appreciate him. The experience was completely different, the other tech was not patient, did not make me feel comfortable, and when I expressed that I no longer wanted to continue with the service, I felt pressured instead of heard. They were unwilling to simply remove what had been done without charging me, and the whole situation left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. After that experience, I will absolutely be waiting for Anthony's availability from now on. A talented nail tech is great, but finding someone who is patient, respectful, and genuinely cares about their clients is rare. I've been a customer of Downey Nails and Lashes for nearly two years, and the nail technicians have…read morebeen phenomenal. Their work is consistently excellent, which is why I've often recommended them to friends and family. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the salon's management and front desk staff. Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. The salon routinely overbooks technicians and assigns walk-in clients to technicians who already have upcoming appointments. Despite making appointments every time I've visited, I've regularly been forced to wait 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, even though I make a point of arriving early as a courtesy. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled both a lash lift and an acrylic fill. When I called, the receptionist told me my lash appointment would be at 5:00 PM and my nail appointment at 6:00 PM. However, the text confirmation I received only listed a 6:00 PM appointment. On previous visits, I had been told by the front desk that appointments are not considered booked without a text confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the salon had adjusted my schedule and moved the lash appointment. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, the receptionist informed me that the text confirmation was incorrect, my lash appointment had actually been at 5:00 PM, and I had missed it. No apology was offered, nor did anyone attempt to rebook the service. I then asked if I could still proceed with my 6:00 PM nail appointment, only to be told that my nail technician would not be available for another hour. The receptionist blamed the delay on my technician's timing, which was both inappropriate and inaccurate. I've worked with the same technician for two years, and she has always been professional, efficient, and respectful of her appointment schedule. It was clear that the salon had double-booked over my appointment. Their only solution was for me to return at 7:00 PM, which was not possible given my schedule. This experience was incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love the work of the nail technicians. However, I can no longer tolerate the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. As a result, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. The business needs to get control of its scheduling and customer volume before more loyal customers have similar experiences.

But I was given the same tech to fix it each time. I have been getting builder gel for a few years now at a studio I love but wanted to try something closer to home so I went to Noble. I am not unfamiliar with builder gel. I have never had a nail lift so quickly like this... I felt that maybe the free edge was not sealed properly each time. The first time, it lifted the next day but I worked all weekend and couldn't make it back in for a few days... I paid $10 for a fix. Fair enough I suppose, as I couldn't come in immediately. Now a day later, after I came in for that fix, I could tell it was lifting again and called immediately. This time they fixed it for free. But it's been 6 days and the same nail is once again lifting. Thankfully the rest of the nails have not lifted early but the shapes are pretty different. I understand builder gel is more difficult compared to other nail services but this was a frustrating experience, and I really wanted to like this studio. Maybe other manicure services are better. And like other reviewers mentioned, be aware of all the little fees. I am not used to all these extra charges so I didn't do my due diligence. But they will charge to cut your nails shorter, and like I said it was $10 for a fix without additional service (even though I had my nails done there).

Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.
