I think their fresh mozzarella/margherita slice is simply the best in the city. Better than Pizza Suprema or any of the other usual suspects. It's crunchy, sweet with just enough basil and olive oil to balance it out. I could just keep eating them! Add pepperoni or sausage for some delicious variety. Bonus tip: Floyd, which is a great bar with old school vibes and bocci ball is BYOF so grab a pie and head next door for a great night. read more

Pretty good NY brick oven pizza if I say so myself. Me and some friends just ran up on this place on our way out of BB Park! Nice outdoor seating and just chill vibes for all. Located in a good neighborhood near a busy street but that's NY for ya! They have wine as well so you can pair a nice red or white with your slice. It was COVID and only outdoor dining was allowed but inside was nice and restroom's clean. If your in BK check these folks out! read more

This BK based pizzeria is our go-to spot for pandemic driven indulgent eats. We've enjoyed their signature margheritai pie: plain; topped with mushrooms; with choice of hot or sweet sopressata; and loaded with their delicious house made sausage. Some would say that would make us experts on all things pizza. I did grow up on Long Island, after all. ...and as an expert on all things good for you (soul, not body folks), Table-87 is the most underrated pizza spot in all of NYC and hands down our favorite place to grab pizza. There, I said it. Whew. Perhaps the pizza gods that be frown upon their growing DTC and CPG businesses. It doesn't change the fact that these guys deliver a damn good slice and aren't dainty around the toppings like some of their competitors. If there is a bit of criticism to be had, it's this: ask for your crust well-done, as some people find their pizza to be a bit too soggy upon delivery. read more

This place was okay for me. We had the watermelon salad- the watermelon wasn't that fresh or juicy in my opinion. It also wasn't exactly the greatest, most mind blowing dish, as it was literally just watermelon with cheese and balsamic vinegar on top which you can easily make at home. I had the personal Margherita pizza which wasn't bad. The cheese and sauce were tasty but the crust was kind of bland and plain. I only ate the parts with the sauce and cheese and tossed the crust because of this. Not the worst place nor the best. Prices are decent for pizza. read more

Their frozen pizzas have 2" of crust around the perimeter and is so thin that when you cook it for the 7 minutes needed to heat the pizza, the crust becomes too crisp and useless. How about spreading the sauce and cheese out to the outer permittee of the pizza so you don't Throw 20% or more of the pizza away?! Don't waste your money read more

Table 87 delivers deliciousness and consistency every time! While we have never actually dined at Table 87, our takeout orders are always perfect. The pizza is hot and the cheese is melty. The margherita and mushroom truffle pizzas are our go to's, though we like to add sausage and arugula to the mushroom truffle pizza to make it even more deluxe. If you're eyeing the pastas, GET IT. Highly recommend the penne alla vodka with prosciutto and peas. The sauce is creamy and sweet without being too heavy. It's no Lucali's, which I think should be in a category of its own, but for Brooklyn-style pizza, Table 87 has your back! read more

I love Table 87 and will go whenever I get the chance, I hadn't been to this location previously and I'm so glad I went. The customer service is STELLAR! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The food came out quickly, fresh and hot. The bathroom is small but clean. When sat next to a group of loud noisy young women they offered to move us to a more private seating area which we immediately took. The fact they cared so much about our comfort says a lot, our waters where always filled. I highly recommend this establishment! read more

This is the best pizza in New York. Like no question. I don't review anything ever but I had to give a shout-out to my favorite slice. Its the perfect balance of juicy San Marzano tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese. I will go out of my way for this pizza. Highly recommend that you do too! read more

Pizza is still good at the counter but their delivery pizza has gotten really bad. The last couple times I've ordered it arrived cold -- not even lukewarm -- and even when I reheated it, the crust was chewy, the sauce seemed like cheap canned ... not good at all. And expensive to boot. read more

OK, take this one with a grain of salt. We had delivery and some pizzas just don't deliver well. We think this one probably falls into that category. Don't get me wrong- it was still good. We have been clients for the past 15 years. Lately, every time we order, the service has been getting worse and worse. Today, we ordered over the phone, and they said the food would be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes, but that was not the case. After 40 minutes, we called the restaurant and were informed that they hadn't even started making our food yet. This isn't the first time this has happened. this is probably my favorite pizza place in town. their margherita pizza is my go-to order, but they also do an amazing job with everything else. i've ordered their clam pizza with white sauce while it was on special one time and that was also delicious. their red sauce is some of the best pizza sauce i've ever tasted, and the ratio of sauce, to cheese, to crust is just perfect in my opinion. their ingredients are always so fresh and the staff is so friendly. whenever i have friends come visit me in new york i always make them try this pizza- and no one has said anything but good things :) i would recommend table 87 to anyone, especially anyone looking for a tasty margherita pizza. if you dine in, they also have these amazing sides of pickled hot peppers and garlic that pair so well with the pizza. you MUST give table 87 a try if you haven't already! read more

I've been this restaurant numerous amounts of times with my family and enjoyed going here for a few slices while my family had entrees, but today they denied me on eating in the back with my family cause they stated to me you can't bring slices to the tables in the back. So unfortunately I had to leave due to this and take my family somewhere else to eat. I don't understand the reasoning of not being able to eat a slice or two at the back table while my family eats their entrees. Also wasn't nice when I called and the hostess laughed at me when I asked to order two slices to stay and two entrees. Very disappointed since I'm a local. read more

I now eat Table 87's proper thin-crust, coal-oven pies on a near weekly basis, and I can now report that this amazing pizza does in fact lose a little something when you get it delivered. It is best consumed in-house, or directly next door at Roebling Inn, immediately after you've embarrassed yourself on the Pier 5 soccer fields. Other things I can report: 1. Rose is my girl. She's always there on Thursday nights, and she's got jokes. 2. The calzones are money, but make sure you grab some red sauce for dipping. 3. Other food is quality as well. Salads, calamari, pastas...all good. 4. The kitchen closes too early for me to get that other food. 5. You should definitely get some pickled peppers and roasted garlic out of the jars on the counter. If you must get Table 87's pizza delivered and you live a little too far away (which means the pies will steam in their box and end up a bit soggy), I highly recommend heating the huge, delicious slices up in a pan with a bit of olive oil to crisp up the crust. You're quite welcome. read more

This place is a mess, I have made an order they have told me to come and pick it up in 10-15 min, I came after 15 min and they told me to come back in 10 min, I came back after 10 min and they told me to wait another 10 min I was waiting, After total of 45 min I have noticed they didn't even start working on my order. Asked for a refund and left . Will never come back again. read more

Actually going to create an addendum to my reviews with a more recent order. I live in the neighborhood and was surprised at how fast they got my pizza delivered. It was still hot! Super impressive at how efficient they have been with the online orders. Pizza was great as usual, the sauce is so delicious and the ratios are perfect. The crust is thin but able to support the filling. This time we had the burrata margherita with pepperoni and the mushroom truffle pizza. Really enjoyed both, I think Table 87 is my favorite pizza spot in the area lately read more

Decent pizza, good cheese on their Margherita, a 3-cheese blend of fresh mozzarella, low moisture and hard cheese. The sauce wasn't too great, a bit silky and perhaps tomato pasty, with no pulp or natural tomato sweetness. The big letdown was the crust. It didn't feel like a sourdough, and it wasn't charred like most coal pizzas in New Haven or NYC. The pizza seemed more toasted rather than roasted. read more

My new favorite ...I'be been thinking about pizza all the time since this photo was taken about two weeks ago. When my kid was young I would get together with other families for play dates and we would order pizza that cost a ton that I felt wasn't really worth it. Like why didn't we order Domino's for these chillrins??? This is not that!! Everything is suburb. I watched the kitchen slice prosciutto meticulously while we waited for our order (he must have noticed) and upon my departure he handed me a generous portion (Oh Lord Thank You! in my Tab voice) that too was heavenly. The pizza was hot and melted in the center, and the crust was very crisp, but still had some chew. Wow. This was the best frozen pizza I have had. Bar none. New York, you spoiled me when it came to pizza. Now I can get a taste of New York at home. Great job! I may or may not eat the last 3 pieces currently sitting in the fridge before bed.

The atmosphere leans old-school Italian, which adds to the charm and character. Service was fine--nothing remarkable, but no major issues either. That said, my overall rating takes a big hit solely for the restaurants ridiculous tipping policy choices rather than the food itself. The automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill was frustrating. The menu does indicate that 18%, will automatically apply, or will be 20% for parties of six or more. We were only three people, so it felt inconsistent and unnecessary. On top of that, the added cost for credit card usage didn't help. I don't mind tipping for good service! In fact, I tip well--but I prefer having the choice and I'm old school so it's the principle of the matter. Being forced into it, takes away from an otherwise enjoyable meal. Bottom line: the food is strong and worth trying, but the billing practices leave a bad taste. If those were adjusted, this could easily be a higher-rated experience.

The flavor of the sesame stirato was excellent but the bread itself was a tad too chewy for the filling we got with it (tuna salad), so that style probably works better with the jambon beurre. Will definitely be on the rotation whenever I'm in the city -- would love to try some of their seasonal/limited edition items one day, though not sure if I have it in me to brave the lines that can form on the weekends, lol! We'll see :)

There are two private rooms downstairs that fit about 6-7 people each. The rooms are adjoining and good for large groups. Seating downstairs is the Japanese-style tables where you put your legs into a pit under the table. Decor and ambiance is very nice, and seating is comfortable. I went all in on the Salmon Lovers set, and it was an absolute dream.
