Great location, never messed up my order once , super friendly staff members, will be coming back again

I am very disappointed with the service i've witnessed today. As a regular at this fast food chain, I am appalled by how I hear verbal conflict and some sort of drama where my food is being made. This has been happening every single time I walk into the restaurant. As a person with severe intolerances, I am quite disappointed with the online ordering process. I ordered a burrito with specifically no cheese and other toppings and I received those. Furthermore, when the staff handed my food over to me they unprofessionally questioned my name I used for the order. I would also like to point out that the bathrooms are always close to immaculate whenever I need to use them, and are a redeeming quality. As a whole, I'm disappointed with the service and staff of this taco bell cantina. I wish they would be a lot more professional and would address intolerances more seriously in the future. With these taken action, I will give a much higher yelp review and attend this taco bell much more frequently in the future. P.S.- The manager is nice of what I see. read more

taco bell cantinas are always a great time. ive been to the one in san francisco and pacifica. this location in danville has got to be the best location. you walk in and see the normal menu but after that there is nothing normal about it. it looks loungy with half circle sofa like chairs, hot sauce pillows, tvs, a bar, and a patio outside. the patio is the best part. it has 2 fire pits and lights connecting from the trees. its like the perfect back yard set up for a party. and theres a window where you can walk to the bar without having to go inside. amazing. strong drinks and taco bell is a winning combo. i had a long island ice tea and a peach margarita. both very strong and worth it. paired well with the quesalupa and crunchwrap supreme hahahah read more

Wow! This place is great. Good service, cool concept, indoor/outdoor design and bar!! Ordering was easy, classic Taco Bell menu, same prices. Great customer service by Logan (twice now). Love the outdoor seating courtyard. It's clean and comfortable with large TVs and great music. Also, access to the bar from outside. They bring your food to you and offer beverage refills too. Most importantly, the staff checks with each patron to make sure they have everything they need. The bar is very high tech! Cool beer dispenser with collectable magnets. The adult freezes are delicious! I asked for a layered sangria and margarita freeze with vodka. It was pretty pricey but delicious. It felt like vacation, lol! What a fun, family friendly and affordable option for Danville. Close enough to walk or ride down on iron horse trail or plenty of parking in their private lot. Has Taco Bell changed its recipes? The flavors are so bland, and textures are like baby food. Mexican Pizza was terrible- mushy, lacking meat, not crispy. We waited forever for a bar manager to come over. Why have a bar if you have to hunt down the bartender? Frustrating that there are no prices! PLEASE POST YOUR PRICES. Finally, they were out of the wine I wanted and the bartender "could not go to the back room to restock." Why not? There's no reason to go to the Cantina if the bartender is not present and you cannot order your beverage of choice at a posted price. read more

Went to order food today and while I waited in the lobby for my food, I watched the guy making the food touch his hat at least a few times, wipe sweat off with forearm and opened refrigerator doors with the same gloves. I was so excited about a drive thru Taco Bell in Danville. The food WAS great. The service WAS great. My order WAS correct. I've been going now and my order IS NOT correct (at all). Food is not fresh and is pretty stale. Service is still okay. Go to the old location because the drive thru prices are higher than the old location. Walked by the cantina with a friend on Saturday. Decided to go in and check it out. Two managers there one from Manteca. Ordered a double decker taco. Had it explained to me that the item was no longer on the menu but they could whip it up for an extra charge. Of course they can, they have all the ingredients. No problem paying more. Talked to the Manteca manager. Ordered a cocktail and went across the street to eat. Lovely experience. Next experience, drove through to get my favorite a double decker taco. Can't do it I'm told. Why not? I ask. They did it on Saturday and just charged me more. Can't do it, they replied. So disappointing. They have all the ingredients, I'm fine with being charged more. It truly is just a Taco Bell with alcohol but all other Taco Bell's still make double deckers for an extra charge. read more

I want to start this review with this was my favorite Taco Bell I had ever been to because they were the first taco bell I had ever seen with a full bar. The bar tenders were amazing and super friendly and the vibe inside was just always amazing. Then tonight I had the worst Taco Bell experience I've had in my life. It started with a rude worker at the drive thru window taking my order. I order a crunch wrap and a chicken quesadilla and the worker asks if I wanted a bean or beef crunch wrap. That was weird because I've never been asked do I want beans instead of the meat that it normally should come with. I tell the worker beef then go to the next window and receive my order. I make the mistake of not checking my order and get home and I open the bag and it's three bean and cheese burritos and a crunch wrap. I don't get too mad because I thought at-least I can enjoy my crunch wrap. Start eating my crunch wrap, instead of meat it's full of black beans. I love all foods but beans are the one thing I hate and all the food taco bell gave me was mainly just beans. Then to top it off I also ordered a Baja blast freeze. I get home ready to enjoy it and there's no straw. If this was just a common order mix up I wouldn't be here writing this review but the workers were rude gave me the exact opposite of what I ordered. Customer Service for this place is horrible these days. Manager doesn't care what customer is complaining about. They don't have any Quality Check of the food before handing over to the customer. It is so frustrating to find wrong ingredients within the food. I order burrito specifically without Beef and asked them to substitute with black beans but they gave me burrito with beef. This was not the first time it happened (my fourth incident with same order). I understand that the mistake happens but they should find a way to stop that mistake again and again. Only thing they do is handing free taco coupon for the next time. I am sure this happened with other customers as well. With such a practice they will never correct their mistakes. They badly needs a new Manager and a good quality check before handing over food to customer. I have decided not to order my food from this place. read more

This was my second experience at a Taco Bell Cantina (Vegas being the first one) and this one was 10x better. From the attentive service to the clean tables to the aesthetic fire pit and full service bar, I just loved it all. Didn't know that the food would cost a bit more (I.e the $5 box was $8) but it was worth every penny. I also enjoyed my berry twisted freeze w/ vodka, although I couldn't taste the alcohol past all the sugar haha! Would totally come back! read more

An unexpected treat in Danville! The food is exactly the same as is offered in a regular Taco Bell, but with a separate bar offering beer, wine and cocktails. That alone is remarkable, but what really makes this place stand out is the outdoor patio area, which includes comfortable sofas and chairs, space heaters, a fire pit and good music piped through outdoor speakers. Eat on the cheap, spend your savings on a couple of nice drinks and enjoy the outdoor seating. Even the restrooms are a cut above the normal TB restrooms; spacious and clean. read more

I would like to leave a zero star review but that's not an Option lol. I ordered on the app for pickup, I arrived 20 minutes later and the kid at the register said , "uggh we just got the order ", that was a lie, then he said the simple order might take 10-20 minutes, I was in a hurry and said forget it, cancel the order. He said I could cancel the order on the app, which I can't. I was ripped off and charged for the order which I couldn't pick up. I tried to email Taco Bell about 20 times, to get a refund, with no response ever. The corporate customer service is about as non existent as it it is in their stores.. read more

This is one of the most unacceptable acts of misbehavior I have ever witnessed at any food establishment. I walked into Taco Bell with my girlfriend, waiting in line to order food at the electronic tablet kiosk only to see a group of young men being yelled at by the management and other staff at this Taco Bell. I did not understand why as these gentleman were literally only ordering food and had done nothing else to provoke anyone. They walked in, went straight to the kiosk, and while ordering food, one of the female employees at this location, blonde, make-up smeared and looking like she had eaten some bad Taco Bell meat had started yelling at the gentlemen ordering food. For absolutely no reason at all. I do wish I had caught the name of the female individual, but one of the managing staff at this Taco Bell had said the name and I believe it was Gracy or something close to that. Well this female employee began screaming and cussing at these young men who did absolutely nothing wrong. Still waiting to order, I watched as these young men were kicked out of the restaurant by the manager and they politely left, wanting to have no trouble ensue. This is an absolutely disgusting act that occurred, as the you gentlemen did nothing wrong to be kicked out of the restaurant. The managing staff should take a good look at their own problems and staff and truly rethink who they should be hiring, and decide who is next to be fired. Completely unacceptable. read more
