Setting up decorations for the party!
Amanda G.

I held my 40th birthday party here in November and it was a hit! Pedro was very easy to work with, communicated regularly and made sure everything was just perfect. All of the guests showed up expecting a regular Taco Bell and were pleasantly surprised with the outdoor area. We had half of the indoor area as well, where the DJ and buffet were set up. I was allowed to bring in decorations and a cake. Pedro made sure it remained stocked all night and let guests make requests. He even made sure my gluten free guest had something to eat. Having a full bar was a great touch as well. It was the perfect location for a party! Thank you to Pedro and his team for making the night everything I had hoped it would be.

Happy hour

Happy hour at Taco Bell .. why not.. I been to a cantina in Arizona but this location was nice.. a full bar set up. This location has self service kiosk. I was having a problem with my Apple Pay someone came from to take my order.. .the dirnks were perfect the full bar was a great experience this location had more to offer then what I had to Arizona. Which was perfect I'd love to try the Baja blast with a whiskey or Hennessy ..they also have a cute patio

We rented the patio out for the Super Bowl. It was nice! We had ~30 friends show and everyone paid their own tab. It was a fun concept. The staff were excellent and so kind to the group! I was a bit disappointed that there weren't more food options. They didn't have cinnamon or strawberry twists and some other key items. The beer on tap (~$8) was a fan favorite + the specialty drinks ($12-14).

There's beans when I asked for meat!

I mainly order the nacho grande with MEAT, Cheese, & chips. Yet as of June 8th, I got beans instead of meat. Very disappointed.

Steak Power Bowl

Relativity new place in downtown Danville with the same offerings as regular taco bell locations, but only difference is that alcohol is served on site. Food: Steak power bowl {$5.69,4/5 stars} - large bowl with black beans, cheese, lettuce, steak, rice, tomatoes, and guacamole. Average, but satisfying if in the mood for fast Mexican food. *bonus: This cantina has a large outdoor dining patio with flat screen tvs, awesome fire pits, and many tables. Perfect place to hang out with friends. Added plus is this location gives larger portions than surrounding Taco bells.

Chicken chalupas (4.99) yummy

Tacos Bell Cantina appears open for in door dining. Cantina refers to their sale of beers. Taco Bell doesn't sell real Mexican eats, menu items are an imitation and they all involve some frying. eats: chicken chalupa (4.99) -wrapper is a wrap around piece of fried chicken. the fillings are chopped lettuce and tomato bits. chicken isn't overfried. -tastes better than most chicken sandwiches take outs: -parking lot nearby isn't theirs. -didn't look to see where drive thru or parking lot was. street parking in front.

The place is really cool! Unfortunately the food still tastes like Taco Bell. Outdoor seating and games! Fun family place!

Hair in my food

Sickening! Last night, I found a long blond hair in the very first bite of my chalupa. I had to actually pull it out of my mouth. Unbelievably, this happened again in a second food item I bought. See for yourself in the photos.

Here we go again....great food that is exceeded by GREAT SERVICE! Had the best cheese quesadilla while hubby had his share of tacos and a burrito. Oh so good. The addition of being a cantina really enhances the offerings. Mauricio once again was the best. I love collecting the rewards and getting more treats!

Newly Opened Taco Bell Cantina! Since yesterday 01/03 until 01/06 they will have special promos going on. I went today right at noon and there were only a few cars ahead of us. We were in and out of line in less than 5 minutes! The promo today 01/04 is free combo meals for whoever is present in the car. My brother-in-law got the #6 combo with chicken quesadilla and I got the #5 combo with two beef chalupas. We got about $20 worth of food for free!! I want to go back again tonight and tomorrow haha The restaurant officially opens 01/06 and they will only sell alcoholic beverages inside the store and won't offer it in their drive-thru for obvious reasons. I can't wait to order an alcoholic slushie once they start taking orders inside!

We decided to share and started with a Cadillac Margarita and chicken taquitos. Both excellent. Our chicken fajita arrived properly timed - thank you Karla! However, even though there were enough chicken and fillings, there were only three tortillas - and they knew that we were sharing. A thoughtful restaurant would have added a fourth or at least asked. I don't mind paying more for great food, but $13 for two taquitos split in half feels like a lot to me. The food itself was... fine. Not bad, but nothing special. Drink we're ok, a lot of ice and not even fill to the top when delivered. Service was friendly enough, and the atmosphere is nice -- I'll give them that. However plenty of better, more authentic (and more reasonably priced) Mexican spots around in my opinion.

The food is worth the hour drive we had. It's so refreshing that they offer dishes beyond the status quo. I enjoyed the Camarones Asados--grilled shrimp with quinoa and seasonal veggies. FINALLY veggies at a Mexican restaurant besides the usual grilled onion and bell peppers. It tasted d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s. We celebrated a birthday and the presentation was spectacular with a sparkler of sorts. With it, churros and two sauces: chocolate and caramel. The churros stood out because they were soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. And NOT greasy. Truly a favorite now. I rarely drink alcohol, but the rave reviews for the Grand Margaritas enticed me to order one. OK - so now I have my favorite margarita EVER. Not too sweet and no hint of "mix" anywhere. Delectable. We learned that people drive from afar to dine at Cielito Cocina--San Francisco, East Bay, .... I wholeheartedly agree that the service (thank you Yareli) and the food is completely worth it!

They have a salsa bar with tortilla chips and something unique, Duritos. (Circle Wheat chips with an X in the middle). We ordered a California burrito, Al pastor taco, and horchata. The horchata was "home made" and definitely tasted different the branded horchata I'm used to. California burrito:. Has carne asada, fries, sour cream, guacamole, Monterey cheese, and pico. The burrito was hot and everything felt incorporated versus some taco shops just put cold ingredients together. Burrito was split between the wife and I and it was very filling. Melty cheese pull was a nice touch to know they didn't skimp on ingredients. My only criticism is that the fries are soggy. If they deep fry it to a super crispy texture would make this SO MUCH better. Al pastor taco: was good. They offered a handmade tortilla which was a little extra. The Al pastor wasn't carved off of a "spit" or doesn't appear to be since the cuts appear more clumpy. Otherwise flavor was there and solid. Service was prompt and they also bus your table after your done. Overall worth the stop, will come back since there's a few things on the menu I'd like to come back and try.
