Got Taco Bell through door dash. Spent 100$ and received all of the food but gave all three of us food poisoning beside one because he thrown it away. If you eat here come in the morning or afternoon don't risk your health eating here after 12am o'clock. I would have rather been missing food than feel the way I feel right now. read more

We haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in forever. Road tripping brought us through here and honestly wished we went a bit longer for something else. The crunch wrap was okay. It was warm while eating, but between the intense amount of tomatoes and the stale hard taco pieces in between, it left a lot to be desired. After the folks at the nearest sub sandwich shop refused to come out and greet us, we ended up heading over to Taco Bell. They had some good "Meal Deals" and even a Happy Hours from 2-5 (I think) everyday. I was confused with so many new selections that I had the cashier looking at me crazy like, "Girl what do you want?". So I told her "I don't eat here often, so I need some patience because the menu has had an upgrade since my last visit.". A few minutes later I realized that she was probably hungry too, as she took a seat a table away from us to enjoy her burrito. I got a Big Box with two tacos and one chicken burrito and a some good Sweet Azz Sweet Tea for $5. My meal was good to me. I gave my BF the Firey Taco and I kept the Cool Ranch (Too salty) Taco for myself. He had some new Flatbread Triple Steak Stack thing that looked good, but wasn't all that tasty and it also didn't have that much meat in it. I'd suggest that you order a couple of taco's or some nachos to help with that scarce meal! Wait. The food was good but this was only half of the experience. The staff is overbearing and in some casese, rude! When I placed my order, and pulled around to pay; my cashier read my order back to me. I said, "no ma'am, I asked for sausage instead of bacon on my breakfast wrap." The girl (child) turned to the kitchen staff and stated, "he said bacon, I heard him say bacon." Uhm... no. I said sausage. On the other hand, or rather the same hand there is one lady who is WAYYYYY overbearing; to the point where I sort of dread going inside. One of my favorite places to go! rather it be after a football game at Callaway Stadium or if I'm just feeling a Taco Tuesday on any day of the week. Service is exceptional, food is delicious as always, very affordable especially considering that I'm a struggling college student. I've been going here for years and within my last few visits I've seen tremendous improvement in their food and customer service. I was hesitant when I heard they were going to start serving breakfast. I mean, what taco place serves breakfast? But I'm so glad I tried it, it is delicious!! My favorite is the Grande Scrambler with steak with a side of mini cinabunns and (iced) coffee. I'm not a coffee connoisseur but it doesn't taste the best. I can't tell if it's too strong or too bitter but when I got the iced coffee it tasted much better. Overall it's been a great experience lately, I hope they continue. read more

I go to Taco Bell occasionally. I went through the drive through today to pick up some lunch. I was barely able to get a word in edgewise to place my order as the employee wouldn't stop talking (although this seems to be the practice at a lot of drive throughs these days---it is hard to place your order for the employee going through their "spiel." ) However, I placed my order quickly, straightforward order, nothing special. I get to the window to pay and the employee got on to me for not smiling at her as she went through her little "shuck and jive" routine. I told her please just take my money and give me my food, but don't tell me to smile---not her job. She got crazy, told me off in a very offensive manner, calling me so mean for not being willing to smile and laugh for her. I did get my food but no sauce, etc. because she was too busy telling me off. She has no idea what may be going on in my life nor is it her business to practically cuss me out for not being cheerful and laughing and smiling at the fast food worker. I am reporting Ms. Jackie to her boss and corporate. I have some major issues going on and was trying to get some lunch. I should not be jumped on and chastised for not laughing and joking with the employee---just do your job, period! read more

I like the food although if you order anything fried, it's most likely not going to be fresh. Service, lately, has been very friendly although the speed seems to be hit or miss. Lobby is usually pretty clean but when they get busy it clearly takes a back seat. All in all, though, one of the better Taco Bells I have visited and it's my default for fast chow on a budget. read more
