Best TacoBell in the state. Everyday the food is fresh, wonderfully portioned, and EXTREMELY quick. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. The staff are incredibly friendly and put in a great deal of effort to build rapport. The other day I went through the drive thru and ordered 5-6 items. When I got to the window, they gave me a box and said that was all. Immediately after pulling out I checked the box and realized I was missing 4 of my items. I parked in front of the store to go inside, but the door was locked and it said drive thru only. I called the store while standing out front and told them I was already late to work and didn't have time to wait in the 20 minute line. I asked if they could run me my items to the front door or if they could just refund me because I was in a hurry. I decided to go to this location on my lunch break yesterday. I only have 30 minutes so I ordered ahead for in store pick up. I arrived and went to open the door but it was locked - at like 1pm in the afternoon. The drive through was wrapped around the parking lot and I didn't order my food for drive through pick up so I continued to knock until someone came to the door. He opened it and told me that they are drive through only. I asked him why the app let me order for in store pick up then? He told me they're too short staffed to have the doors opened and that I would have to wait for my meal in the drive through line. I couldn't wait, as I only had 30 minutes, and even though I could see that my order was done on my app, he wouldn't give it to me. Very frustrating. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to 45 minutes for a very short drive through line. I just don't understand it. Insane. On one of those occasions I had to park and go inside. There was no line. I really don't understand why people complain about this Taco Bell. I've been here a few times lately and it's always hot, fresh and the teenagers who work here are super nice. Do they sometimes mess up yeah, but coming from someone who's old Taco Bell location was dirty and they always forgot your food and didn't care to remedy it. I appreciate this Taco Bell. It's one of the better ones and I've never been so satisfied by the hot quesadillas and the cheese pulls at this location. I would rather wait ten minutes for fresh food than food that's cold. This place is a huge miss lately, and if you're wondering just avoid it. Always understaffed, my last venture there had me waiting 40 minutes before I just cancelled my order which took 10 minutes to do. When you do get food, it's underwhelming, even for Taco Bell standards. Don't bother ordering extra anything because they'll charge you for it and then not do it. This is a surprisingly nice Taco Bell. While it's no secret that I love Taco Bell, this one outshines the others. They have the same menu of course, and sadly limited seating indoors, but their outdoor seating is nice. Secluded away from the inside noise and usually empty, it is where you should sit if it's warm enough outside. The food is the same. Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Burrito Surpemes, Doritos Locos Tacos, all the regulars. It's really all about the same six or seven ingredients in different packaging. You either like it or you don't, this one won't change that, but at least it's nice, clean and modern. read more

I went here thru the drive thru last week around 3pm and ordered a naked chicken chalupa. I waited in line for over 25 minutes! If there wasn't anybody in front or behind me I would've drove off but I was stuck. When I got to the window the girl took my card and I waited an additional 10 minutes. This is the second time I've been here and honestly out of all of the fast food drive thru they're the absolute slowest with no way to pull away if you're stuck in line. The service was good: the employees were patient with our indecision and our food came out as ordered. I didn't check out the restrooms, so I can't comment on those. I used the drive thru at this location. If you go from 2-5pm it's happy hour and drinks are 1$. After you order the computer screen displays your order to you with any substitutions you make. The total price is also displayed and the Taco Bell attendant will ask if everything is correct. This is such a great idea and pretty much ensures that you get exactly what you order. They are very generous with napkins and hot sauce too. And lastly, my food was ready quite fast and the service was friendly. read more

I was very upset with the service I was given. I will admit we did have a big order however the way we were treated was uncalled for. We forgot to add one thing to our order, so at the window we asked to add an item and the person dealing with money was more than willing to but another employee - a lead I assume - said that they couldn't because the line was too long, there was no line and the attitude we were given was insane. She told us we had to go back around and order or go inside. We love Taco Bell and were extremely upset. We figured it's a fast food place so it should be fairly quick and everything should be smooth. WRONG We could have literally gone to a sit-down restaurant and received our food before we would have ever gotten it here. I think it took at least 40 minutes to get through the drive-thru and that was with maybe 3 cars ahead of us. There was no big line when we arrived so I have no idea why it was going so slow. Part of our order was for some loaded grillers and for some reason they folded them incorrectly so that they were the size of something like a pig in a blanket. This location has had issues since it opened. The wait is always horrendous. Then when you finally get your order, you have to double check or you will be super mad.
