This location has had issues since it opened. The wait is always horrendous. Then when you finally get your order, you have to double check or you will be super mad. Going through the drive thru at a lunch rush usually means a not so quick visit but I certainly did not expect such a poor experience. I was in that drive thru lane for 35 minutes total, waiting at the window for about 10 of them, where I could see employees just standing around through the window. For the employees who were working on making food, it looked like only one meal was being prepared at a time and not at a hurried pace. They seemed to be working at their own speed, taking their own time. While I was expecting a wait time and am usually patient and understanding of a lunch rush, I did not expect that long or that slow of employee performance. read more

So far, every visit here has been a good one. This store demonstrates that you *can* have a good experience at a Taco Bell, despite what nearly every other location puts you through. And while we always refer to Taco Bell as "stoner" food, this store goes one HUGE step further thanks to their psychedelic light wall behind the register--it's like getting a free acid trip with your meal. Sharing something amazing that happened for my family this week. Shout out a thousand times to Taco Bell (State Street)!! I cannot thank you enough, especially Betsy, for the unexpected kindness you showed my family! March 14th is TACO BELL DAY for my family, a day to celebrate my husband, Kerry's, birthday. The problem is that he passed away and losing him has been hard on my family. He died at 44 and this year he would have been 50. Taco Bell was his quick food choice, a Mexican Pizza and a Baja Mountain Dew Blast were his go to favorites. We started remembering him every March 14th by eating at Taco Bell and inviting all our friends to meet us for food or send us a picture enjoying Taco Bell Day! So when I stopped for a quick grilled burrito on the morning of the 14th, I wasn't expecting anything but some yummy food. Instead, Betsy caught wind of our birthday plans and decided to be extraordinary! Keep in mind, I don't know Betsy and have no connection at all with anyone at Taco Bell. I am incredibly touched by her kindness! She got us a birthday cake!! A big yummy one! She created an area for us to dine together and scheduled extra staff to cover the shift for the time we would back to eat in the evening! (Sorry amazing staff that you had to work extra but thank you!) Also she arranged for me and my kids to be "honorary" Taco Bell Crew for the evening with hats for us to wear for a cute picture! All of her efforts were so unexpected and just down right nice! Maybe I'm not used to such kindness but wow, what in incredible gift to me and my family on a hard day! read more

I'm highly impressed with the service I just received. It's 12:22am on a Saturday Night out with a group of friends. And we decided to stop at Taco Bell as soon as they closed. Which we didn't realize until after we ordered. The employees gave us everything food wise that we had order and weren't out of anything since they were closed. Which is nice because usually during closing things are thrown out early at other food establishments. And the employees packed our food orders with napkins that we didn't ask for and plenty of hot sauce. The employees didn't make us feel rushed and called us friends haha! Came here with family after playing disc golf at a nearby course. The line was short and we all ordered. We found some cool, wooden outdoor seating. And waited... and waited.. and waited. It was a long wait for fast food, granted we had 5 of us but still. When the food came out, I was happily surprised by how big the shredded chicken burritos were! That was the worst service and most disgusting Taco Bell I have ever been in. For starters, the place was a total mess. Food, paper, boxes and other foreign matter on the floors. the soda machine was caked with spilled beverages. I had to yell to the back to get someone to take my order and the three employees standing there just looked at me. When they finally decided to wait on me it took over twenty minutes to get my food while the employees continued to play games in the back. Totally unprofessional. Then I went to eat it the food was cold and they were Bean Burritos so I ended throwing them away. I will be contacting the Health Dept. To check it out. The facility is absolutely disgusting. This was a horrible taco Bell. Horrible service. Nacho cheese frys all over the bag. When we wEN back in to get it fixed they acted annoyed and pissed off and put out. In our bag was a greased up spork that was covered in a black tar. It was gross. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

I have never felt the need to leave a review on yelp, nonetheless a bad one. I usually try to be compassionate and understanding, but I cannot fathom the thought of leaving a good review after my service tonight. I waited in line for drive for over half an hour, even though I only ordered three things, a freeze, a soda, and one soft taco. The girl who was at drive was named Mariah, and she didn't even take my money until right before I left, and almost didn't give me my card until I had to tell her. The drive times were 10+ minutes, and she left to go lock the front door without giving me my order. It took her three bags to finally give me the right order. Not to mention the fact that she was telling me, a customer, about how she wanted to die. That isn't okay. This was by far the worst service I have ever received. read more

My hubby and I went here today and the food was great. I asked for two items off their $1.00 craving menu without spice and rice and my items were delicious. However the reason I am writing this review is because of the extremely helpful counter person who helped me. She was friendly, helpful and wanted to be there and do her job. She just wasn't there for the paycheck and we were there during the busy lunchtime rush. I feel terrible I didn't get her name but she had blue hair. Taco Bell should be happy they have her for an employee. I would love to steal her for where I work because she went out of her way for us. We didn't have much money on us and it was one of my first meals out since being seriously ill and she gave us free drinks. We live nearer another Taco Bell but we had a doctor's appointment and it was a long one so we missed breakfast but I will go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell for now on. They definitely have won me over with the kindness of their employee. This was a big plus one in customer service for me! read more

This is the brand new (2016) Taco Bell in Lehi next to The Swig. This is by far the best Taco Bell I've been too. They have hired and seem to be hiring more and more great employees. To be frank, the type of employees you don't see in other Taco Bells or in most fast food chains. The employees here seem to be well trained, seem like they want to provide good service (with a smile and politeness) and the food is made great each time we've been in (3 times now). The eating area is kept up on as far as cleanliness. The location is great and we will definitely be back. This is a poorly run Taco Bell. We walked in at about 10:25 for breakfast. All the chairs were still up on the tables and the barstools were up off the floor. No problem...no one is at the register and there is one person ordering food off the kiosk. The other kiosk wasn't working. We were waiting at the register to order but stood for 2-3 minutes until we decided to leave. There was one guy preparing food while a red headed older lady was standing at the to go register on her cell phone clearly texting someone. Apparently whoever she was texting was a lot more important than customers waiting at the in store register waiting to order food. There is a clear sign outside the restaurant saying they are hiring. Clearly they need more help and clearly someone needs to teach their employees to take chairs down in the morning to prepare the restaurant for service as well as teach them that personal cell phones are not as important as customers. read more
