Horrible atmosphere for paying customers they allow kids to loiter in there lobby while then are cussing and saying racial slurs toward Mexican and white people they threw papers at customers and the staff did not intervine or asked them to leave instead they gave them water cups so their can stay in longer. First off, if you are planning to dine in at this Taco Bell make sure you have plenty of time. There is never anyone at the register the staff is usually standing in the back talking and pretending that they are busy. Half of the staff speaks very little English so you have to wait for someone that does speak English to come and help you. Second, the Air conditioning is always full blast and it is beyond freezing in there. You always have to repeat your order. There's one Mexican lady that speaks ZERO English and completely ignores you, she will look right at you and still ignore you. She doesn't tell anyone that you're waiting at the front counter either. I loved Taco Bell on Lomita...after I received my order combined with the rudeness of the "manager", I can understand why on a Tuesday at lunch time there was nobody in line and nobody got in the line as I was leaving...I ordered two chicken rolled tacos both with guacamole and two small nacho fries....I was informed they did not have small fries so I ordered one large one....also said I want hot fries not lukewarm...when I went to pay I found out that I would be charged $1 for an extra nacho sauce for the fries even though it's the same size container for the small fries...then the "manager" came up and corrected that they do have small fries and I'd have a nacho sauce container for both...when he delivered the order I checked the fries, and at best, they were lukewarm...I commented and he said "they are what they are" we are not going to throw them out to give you hot fries...OMG...when I arrived at home I realized I was charged $1 for guacamole sauce....I guess two orders does not give you two containers??? I work a graveyard shift and was craving Taco Bell and my coworker had told me that this location opens early. I was very happy and excited to go pick up food after work at 8AM. I ordered my favorite cheesy Gordita crunch along with nachos and beefy burrito. As soon as I got home I started eating which is only 5 min away from my house. The Cheesy Gordita crunch barely had any meat in it and the nachos were soooo stale I couldn't even eat them! I lost my appetite and didn't bother eating the beefy burrito. I was very disappointed. Maybe cause it was early in the morning so they didn't have fresh ingredients? I don't know but it's not fair and they should not serve it at all if it's not good quality. Lesson learned! I like Taco Bell but the Tacos are bad (they only have 3 things in them)even though they have the word "Taco" in their name. If you want good tacos definitely go to Del Taco cause they have better tacos. The reason why I gave Taco Bell 4 stars is because of its Power Menu Bowl. The price is pretty low (compared to Del Taco) and it's very filling (compared to Del Taco). Also it tastes so good. If Taco Bell is near you, you should get the Power Menu Bowl. read more

I go to the drive thru at 8:40 & nobody's even here except for someone standing outside. I checked online & it says this location is open at 7. Why is nobody here then? Coming here can be a hit or miss as far as the service. Sometimes it's really great and other times it's just not worth the hassle. But I've only have had a few of those encounters and it seems to be due to being under staffed at times. They're running around like chickens with their heads cut off. So it's about 1am and I KNOW this is one of the few Taco Bells that's 24 hours. Here's the problem; I looked at their "first meal" menu online before texting my wife who was on her way home to bring me something. I asked for an "AM Crunchwrap" which is similar to the Crunchwrap supreme, but better and only served for breakfast. So she comes home and here I am with a CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME! WTF!?!? Ok, I know the kids that work at these places (and elderly in some cases) aren't the sharpest tacks in the toolbox, but they should at least know WTF is on the menu! My wife tells me they didn't know what she was talking about so being the sweet and concerned woman she is, she settles for something I didn't order instead of calling me to clear it up really quick. So I go there first thing in the morning and ORDER what I wanted in the first place and asked the idiot in the speaker box, "what time do you serve breakfast?" They said 8am; this is where it doesn't make any sense. If you're open 24 hours, like just about every other business that has an after hours drive thru, breakfast is served after midnight, apparently these idiots didn't get the memo yet; McDonald's does it as so does Jack in the Box (even before they promoted the 24/7 breakfast availability). Now their breakfast menu is WELL worth the wait, but make the effort to have the breakfast option AFTER 12AM if your franchise chooses to have a 24 hour drive-thru. I work a shitload of overtime; sometimes I have to head to work at 3-4AM and would prefer to have a filling breakfast Crunchwrap than a McDonald's McSkillet. Let's fix this shit ok?! read more

Normally I don't have complaints with this Taco Bell. However, last night really ticked me off. I went through the drive trough about 8pm, craving a pizza. There was two cars ahead of me. after waiting 10 minutes, I got to the speaker box, ordered a PH2. Then the guy started to stutter and said we are out of them. Now I was stuck in line. I asked them to make more and he said we sold the last one and we are out. So I could not back out and I had to wait another 10 minutes to get out. When I got to the window, I told him how mad that I had to wait 20 minutes for nothing. Then he said, we had to make more. I said why could you not tell me that when I ask you to make more back in line. He said sorry about that and it will take 2 minutes. I said you had 10 minutes. Two minutes later the pizza came and it was under baked. It tasted like dough. I could see if it was later in the evening, but 8:20pm! They did through some cinnamon twist in for free. Also, they allow these young boys to constantly skateboard near the drive in entrance at night.
