Pulled up to the drive thru with nobody in line. I ordered 1 chalupa cravings box. I was told to pull to the second window and pay. After paying, I'm immediately sent to a parking spot and told to wait on my food. I waited 26 minutes before getting annoyed and went inside to ask for a refund and was told that they were waiting on me to come in and grab it. Why would you send me to a parking spot and tell me that you will be bringing it right out out to my car? This place is ridiculous, never again!! read more

Taco Bell is my teen sons go to place when we are out. What is it about that taco bell taste? Today we tried Chicken Chips, because, I mean rally, what is a chicken chip......I had to know. So a chicken chip is pressed chicken in the shape of a dorito about 1/4" thick. The order comes with chees and reminded me of Tyson chicken patties. At this location, I can actually hear the speaker at the drive through. My orders are always right, the service quick and friendly, and generous with the sauce....but ya gotta ask. read more

At 10:19pm on a Tuesday... No one was answering the drive through cars were just leaving. The hours clearly state that they are open until 4am. There were employees inside. I pulled up to the window and they said they were closed for the night and told me to leave a bad review, again the employee told me to leave a bad review. This is not the first time, the last time I went through this location (2050 S Semoran) the employees were outside eating and not taking orders again. This is terrible management! Everytime I come here after work they say they are closed even though it says it's open until 3am daily but I get out before 1 am I am a restaurant manager and they rudeness is appalling!!!! The team is like a family here, you forget your at a fast food corporate establishment. I always eat inside, and I will continue to come here until the chalupa box exist no more. Anyhow, I always order from the Self order kiosk, so I take a seat after I email my receipt. I get to hear and see Interactions but the cashier knows almost everybody, or is very personable if he doesn't know you, always willing to accommodate the guest if they mess up behind the counter.. This is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell I've ever come across. We usually drive the extra mile or two to go to another one but I ordered delivery. Entire order was messed up. Constantly broken drink machine. One time on free taco day they locked all the doors during business hours and we couldn't even get food. Clearly, everything at Taco Bell is not 5 stars, but, I really feel like the crunchy ground beef tacos are 5 star, fast food tacos. I always get them Fresco Style so they skip all the dairy & pile them up with lettuce, tomato & onion in sort of a cilantro lime sauce. They're almost always hot, fresh and crispy. For less than $2 each, I 'd say that's worth 5 stars. I am sad that they have discontinued the Verde green salsa but my Fresco tacos come in a similar sauce anyway. I rarely eat fast food but when I do it's often crunchy Fresco tacos or the Doritos crunchy loco tacos. Try them you might be surprised! read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. It was around 10pm when we went here on a Sunday, we were starving and the line wasn't moving. When we finally got to the speaker we sat there for 10 mins saying "hello" before anyone came to the speaker. We wanted to leave but we were stuck between to cars so we couldn't. It was a mess. I ordered on their touch screen, and then I waited. (Keep in mind they had four people back there). 10 minutes gone by-- hadn't even received my drinks yet. 20 minutes gone by-- hadn't received my drinks yet. Almost 30 minutes gone by-- I finally received my drinks. It took them another five minutes to bring food out. What can I say - amidst all the rumors and allegations of meat additives, I still am hooked on this place. The Supreme Beef Chalupa is my favorite. I usually order it along with Cheesy Nachos and a free senior drink! The CrunchWrap supreme is good too! read more

I wanted a change-of-pace, so I stopped at Taco Bell for breakfast this morning. I was surprised by the weight of the bag when they handed it to me. The Grande Scrambler Combo was a lot of food, priced very reasonably. I'm not crazy about the Tropicana OJ, but the meal was quite satisfying and the service was immediate with hot/fresh food. The cashier seems to want to rush you even when you're the only one in line, food came out cold, taste unsatisfying. After I threw my food away, and headed to the restroom, I noticed the restroom was either occupied or the door was just locked. After waiting a few minutes, and noticing no one was using the restroom, I left knowing this taco bell/pizza hut did not care about the customer. Me and my friend went there to eat and it was absolutely terrible. The wait was a bit long for a "fast food" restaurant but the food tasted good. The staff were very rude and they were always yelling in the kitchen. The atmosphere was awkward because of that and it was very quiet. It was just very unprofessional. And I spoke to my friend quietly about it and one of them got offended and started talking about us. One would say, "We make there food and there being so ungrateful." They acted like they don't get paid for what they do, when they do. And the point was just that the staff were yelling things that shouldn't be yelled while people are eating. Me and my friend left with our food because we felt harassed by their comments. And as we left they started talking even louder.
