The newly-renovated taco bell got rid of most of its FOH service, minus a helpful teen who is there directing traffic to the kiosks. Most importantly, they also serve alcohol now- you can get some alcoholic slushies with your order. The food is the same- it's taco bell, but the inside is fancier now. Kind of hoping they stop with the super loud music, but whatever. It's also easier to customize your orders on the kiosks, though I wonder if they had to lay people off in order to cut costs. read more

I eat at this Taco Bell once in a while. Like any fast food restaurant, people seem to have greatly varied experiences each time they go there. However, there are a few things that seem pretty much constant at this location. Like most fast-food restaurants, they do have a tendency to make occasional mistakes, and it is always important to just take a quick look in your bag and make sure everything is present. It doesn't hurt and it is much less frustrating to resolve any issues before you make it home. Trust me, my family has never been to a Burger King again after they forgot an item once. When you walk in the doors you will notice the plethora of i-Pad-like kiosks. These are extremely nice, but only if you know to use them. They offer easy customization, without the hassle of having to confirm the countless modifications that you may want. However, I occasionally see older customers, or those with cash confused about where to order, and some people end up frustrated with the lack of an option to order with a real person. In terms of the service and speed of the food, mobile and delivery orders often seem to bog down the kitchen during random times of the day, and sometimes your order will come out in a couple of minutes, but other times, especially around meals, it can take around ten minutes or even a little more. The service however is pretty good, and the managers are often great at helping with things such as a missing item I may have had, or a mistake in my order. Some other things to note are that the hot sauces are free, but you now have to ask for them. They also have around six xboxs, which are now mostly working after being broken for a little while. I often see parents let their kids mess around with them while they wait for their food, letting the parents dodge that mess of impatience and hunger. Overall, this location offers about what you would expect from a Taco Bell Cantina. The food is of average quality, but they generally have fairly fast and friendly service. Things like the xboxs give it some unique aspects compared to other Taco Bells in the area, but really don't offer too much. I personally find that this location offers about everything I want and would expect from a slightly upscale Taco Bell, but it does have a few drawbacks such as the kiosk-only ordering and the occasional burst of mobile and delivery orders that seem to jump right in front of you in line, but these are mostly faults of the higher-level management. read more

Cool concept, poorly executed. First, the music was SO loud that you couldn't hear your name being called even though they're literally screaming it out. I also noticed orders kept coming back because a person would think they heard their name, but didn't. Please consider turning the music down a few notches, and maybe play something better than Drake... Second, there's no cashier taking your order which is totally fine for me, but I feel bad for people that may not understand how to use the ordering system. Third, a woman and I were talking (more like screaming because we couldn't hear each other) about the new spot and she informed me that this is the only Taco Bell that doesn't have senior drinks anymore (people over 65 get a free soda.) This Taco Bell is amazing! The service is great! The food comes out quickly and is delicious. I recommend coming to this Taco Bell because they are very friendly and nice! The restaurant itself is very upbeat and fun. Great music as well. We came in here on a busy Sunday night, but still every table was spotless and in order. When I walked in, I was greeted promptly and shown how to use the kiosk. Overall, this Taco Bell is great and is one of the best I have been to. read more

Seriously. How much more can you fuck up my order? I asked for a veggie supreme taco (on the computer screen) so I never talked to a human. I waited about five minutes, which is fine, because the Lakers - warriors game is on. About six-seven minutes later, my order is called, but it's completely wrong because it smells like beef and I'm a vegetarian. All this was ordered without contact, on the computer. How much more can you ruin the experience? I got my full veggie taco later, with such minimal sour cream.... But anyway, left such a sour taste in my mouth. I'm not even vegetarian or vegan, but you shouldn't hand beef over to a customer if that's not what they ordered. Smh. read more

Recent service has been lacking. My orders always need to be checked as my orders are missing items on a regular basis. When complaining to the store. they blame the mobile app for errors and tell me to complain to the corporate call line. They are not responsive to waiting customers and do not have a dedicated staff person to assist customers needing assistance. read more

It was an average taco Tuesday night and there were a decent amount of hungry customers. I took my friend to our local Taco Bell Cantina to find some good music to dance to. When we walked in the speakers were playing Snoop Dogg at just the right volume. Not too loud but loud enough to mask other customer conversations. Song after song there was a mix of early 2000s and 90's hip hop. We heard Super Bass by Nikki Minaj, Buttons by The Pussycat Dolls ft. Snoop Dogg, and How to Save a Life by The Fray. Also I think it was important to mention that the speakers in the bathroom were synced to the dining area. This allows you to continue dancing even if your friend hauls you to the bathroom. The workers there were smiling at us and giving us thumbs up and seemed happy that we were enjoying their music. On top of that the customers were nice clapping, smiling, and just nothing negative. My friend and I both ordered Baja Blast, which is a refreshing frozen Mountain Dew. The best part about the Baja Blast was it was light enough that we could still dance while drinking it and it wasn't cold enough to give you a brain freeze. We didn't order any actual food. But if you did choose to order I recommend letting yourself digest before dancing again. In conclusion, my experience of dancing at Taco Bell was great. I definitely recommend going if you want to try something spontaneous and like dancing. You should also take into consideration if you like 2000's/90's hip hop music. Upgraded Taco Bell. You order from a giant kiosk which allows for significant order customization; good for the customer and for TB, as it leads to a larger average purchase size. Music was WAY TO LOUD. I asked an employee to turn it down but was told they're not allowed to lower the volume. Ridiculous. This newly remodeled Taco Bell Cantina is buzzing! The place is super clean, the employees are friendly and the food is so good. Love the entertainment too. Xbox and a huge TV (plus delicious frozen cocktails) make you want to make this place a regular stop. This new concept in Taco Bell restaurants is a big hit! It's Father's Day and it's packed at 9:30pm. I wasn't sure how to use the kiosk and the employees were so helpful and friendly. The employee in the dining room area made sure the dining area was spotless and well stocked. I used to love this location before the cantina took over. The manager was VERY rude to me. I know what it's like to deal with rude and impatient customers myself, I work in the customer service industry. But even I keep my cool and try to be as nice as possible and this was the worst experience I've had yet. I just want an apology. Usually love this place but today all the kiosks were down. There was no indication of the restaurant being closed, and we actually had to knock on the door to figure out what was going on. They said to wait 30 minutes, and after calling them later, I was told that the kiosks broke again and they were closed. I asked one employee, who said his name was emaad (or eman, I couldn't hear him well) where the restroom was and he glared at me and said nothing. I thought it was rude but I wasn't going to let it ruin my day. When he handed me my bag, he snapped at me when I asked for some hot sauce. The staff is friendly and hard working. 4/5 times the food is fast and made as ordered. A couple times I've had missing items but didn't realize til I got home so just be sure to check your order before leaving if it's take-out. I notice that if you go during lunch rush they skimp on ingredients. I've never had a flatter Crunchwrap than the one I got on Saturday during rush. I paid for extra meat and extra cheese sauce but they didn't do so and they also left out the sour cream and lettuce? But I went back yesterday and ordered another Crunchwrap that came out good. Good amount of beef and all the toppings were included this time. Also the app is nice way to skip the line and avoid using the kiosks that everyone touches. I don't think the kiosks are a good idea with Covid and other germs . I have to be extra careful too as I'm going through chemotherapy now. So the app it is.
