Excellent service. Tasty food. The host was very welcoming into this food establishment. I came in wanting tacos, and the tacos did not disappoint. The shredded beef in the tacos was full of flavor. There was enough meat, lettuce, and cheese in the taco which made it yummy. The fajita burrito was great. The meat was very tender and there was a lot of it. The burrito was packed with flavor. The vodka soda cocktail was delicious. They hav e happy hour, and on a weekend which is awesome. The chips and salsa were also on point. I will definitely return. I want to try the other location. Quick service. The food was served quickly which is what I wanted.

When asked if we were ready to order, the waitress didn't even write it down and had to be told twice before jotting it down. Even afterward, when she "checked in" after our plates were served and we clarified what we actually ordered, she rudely insisted, "No, I double-checked." She also crouched with her hands on her knees, boasting she's been here 12 years, all while speaking in a condescending, belittling tone. The entire experience was uncomfortable. I know the response will be the usual "Sorry this was your experience," but there's really no point when basic courtesy and professionalism are missing. The beans and rice also taste like instant mixes.

Came to visit my grandma on Cinco de Mayo and decided to try Taco Hut. It's a hidden gem on the side of the shopping center that I have been wanting to try. Upon entering the venue was smaller than expected but the vibe was still on point. There was music playing on the speakers and they were busy but not packed. I wasn't able to stay and eat, I had to order to go but I hope to come back to be able to sit and enjoy a nice refreshing drink. The waitress was super nice as well. We ordered the mini chimi combo plate, chicken taquitos combo plate and chicken flautas combo plate. The meal included beans and rice and they were delicious. For the taquitos and flautas were packed with chicken. Now this is just our preference but the chicken seems like it was mashed up so much it was mush and we did not like that. I would prefer a more shredded chicken feel to it. Again, just our preference. The mini chimis were delicious. I got one chili verde and 1 chicken. The chili verde was so good and had more than enough spice to it. But again the chicken inside the chimi seemed mushy to me and I like shredded feel more. We also go a side or guacamole and sour cream and chili. I'd prefer not to have the guacamole and sour cream in the same side container because I felt like I was jipped on the amount. Next time I'll order them in separate containers. Overall I loved the place and will definitely return. I also must say that it is a little pricy. For the 3 plates it cost over $50, but I'm assuming everything is just up in price nowadays.

I gave this place another try, and the experience was completely different from the last. I noticed new staff and they were very friendly. I had the hard shell tacos and they were loaded and good! I also had the bbq pulled pork taco and fish taco. I'm glad I came back. Service was above and beyond.

My favorite Mexican Restaurant in the area! Wonderful customer service, yummy food with huge portions at the right price... Their salsa and chips are very tasty and even though they were pretty busy, we didn't have to wait that long to get our food... We always leave this place happy...

Very small place...I had to call the restaurant to find it but it's in a large shopping center with ample parking. My wife and I stopped by for lunch on recommendation from friends. The inside was dark and filled with colorful spray paint murals and Latin music. I appreciated the fact that the music was not blallary and loud...just loud enough for conversation. Our server, Jorge, quickly put us at ease with his jovial manner and helpful service. Very clean place and the menu was amazing with some interesting items like several novelty burritos like a 2-foot burrito. We ordered the sample plate of sliders, taquitos, quesadilla, nachos, etc. Large enough for 3 people with big appetites...good but not outstanding. We ordered the pozoles and it was great...well seasoned, lots of pork and hominy in a rich flavory broth. I highly recommend it! The service was excellent and overall it made for a wonderful dining experience. And the menu selection was great with lots of things i would order the next time around

First and last time coming to this place. I felt if you order alcoholic beverages they are more attentive. Second the food was not the best. My husband ordered cheese enchiladas and I ordered shrimp ceviche tostada the tostada had very little flavor. I needed salt and pepper but the waiter never came to ask us if we needed anything . My husbands rice was mushy and it had a weird flavor the enchiladas sauce taste like canned sauce. We were both disappointed read more

Not good. Beans are like water almost soup. Chile Relleno had the skin on still which made it bitter. The asada was gristly and everything is COVERED in big chunks of onion and pepper not sure why. I would not recommend this place much better Mexican food somewhere else. read more

Slouch city! I've been eating here since they opened around 2009. At that time and up until recent, it was an easy going restaurant you might bring your aunt to for lunch. Nowadays it's approaching strip-club environment. They've gone from upbeat, welcoming, friendly, down to earth young women to slouching, inattentive, sleepwalkers, heavy on the tattoos and eyeliner. They've got "Girls, girls, girls," neon signs on the wall and they play the kind of music you might hear at you guessed it, a strip club. They can't be bothered to hand you a menu. Instead they point you to a qr code you're supposed scan so you can squint at your phone and scan back and forth to find your food. If you ask them how much something is, the answer is literally, "I think it's like 2 or 3 dollars". Yeah, they're so slouchy and lazy that it's too much work to seek answers rather than give their best guess. I won't be back for a long time. I hope they get it together. read more

If Only I could give more stars I would! This place is SOOOOOO great! Not just the food but the atmosphere and the SERVICEEEEE here is amazing!! I'm not sure who the management is but they know how to run an amazing business! Jessica and Reanna are absolutely amazing! They have great personalities and costumer service skills. If anyone was lacking in both those topics of personality and customer service skills, let these two ladies train y'all! The food is sooo Good as well. Got some food delivered through Postmates, 1/4 the way through my husbands carne Assad's fries there was a long ass nasty hair. Called them but since it was through Postmates they were just kinda like oh well. Will never eat here again read more

1) $3 Fish Taco Fridays are the best, and they're full-sized as well. 2) Their fried ice cream is fantastic and two people can share from it. Finally, i had a server by the name of Ana, she talked a lot, and at one point my ears almost fell off because of it, however, she was so fricken beautiful i didn't care. She had stunning eyes, a Disney-like smile and thickness that would capture any Man's attention.......to be honest, i wish Ana was on the menu..... so i could take her home with me. read more

Best spot around by far ... 4 year customer . Jene runs the show . She makes sure you get drinks , chips and salsa as soon as you sit down. I walk in and a cold Pacifico is brought to me without even ordering it. Yansi brings the Pacifico's so she's my favorite. Super cute and kinda funny. I try to be nice and laugh at her jokes so there's no awkward silence after them . Besides that she's seriously a perfect server. Pays attention , cute , fast , nice , cute . Just not the funniest . Pretty hard to beat this place, especially when it comes to salsa. The chips are outrages made in house along with the salsa. I've had many different dishes and they are always excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Leah is the best, keeps the salsa flowing and the drinks full. read more

It makes me sad to say that the standards at this place is dropping. My California burrito was not wrapped properly so I decided to rewrap it myself and was greeted with a hair in my food. I spend $13 on the burrito and $21 on the meal. I took this meal to go and found the hair in my food when I was at home rewraping the burrito. This is unacceptable. read more

My husband and I decided to come in and try this place after driving by it for a long time. We weren't disappointed. I had a Bloody Mary which was delicious one of the best tasting ever!! My husband had the fish tacos and I had the flautas. Yummy. The portions were big the food was amazing and the service was great. JENE the waitress was very accommodating she was attentive and very sweet!! Even though there was an obnoxious and rude customer who complained about everything from the time she walked in. Jene the waitress and the manager kept their cool and were very professional. Way to go girls!!!! Now that's great customer service!!! My Husband and I have found our New Taco Joint!! Delicious Food best drinks great service great atmosphere, what more can you ask for. Love it! read more

We ordered thru Grubhub. When the food came we where very disappointed. I had to call around to find out what location made the food. After 3 calls we found it was the Ontario location. When I called and talked with the guy on the phone he could not do anything for use and also stated they have a new cook. We had to call Grubhub to get it taken care of. I have not been happy with Taco Hut for a while now so I think was the last straw. We are moving on. read more

5 Stars for the food. Have been here several times and it is always great. 1 stars for customer service. It is not very consistent. Sometimes we get a nice waitress, sometimes we get rude people. One waitress threw the tray with the check on our table once... This is not a Hooters or a Tilted Kilt kinda place, it is more of a family restaurant to me so I don't appreciate the girls getting too cozy with men, but who am I to judge... 5 stars for the restroom. Oh my gosh!!! This place is tha bomb...Great service from all the staff...the girls are amazing and definitely strive on the customer service, always attending to your needs no matter how busy it may be...the food is so good, we've tried several dishes and never been disappointed...Janae is the BEST!!! Got the mini seafood tacos. And yes they are mini the tortillas enough for only one shrimp! 14 dollars for three shrimps and a tortilla smaller than my hand. I asked for no tomatoes managed to put tomato on only one taco and somehow forgot to and sauce and the other two. Not worth it read more

Came back because the Horchata is just that good! This time we order a Carne Asada burrito, carnitas burrito and carne asada fries. THIS IS THE TACO HUT I WAS EXPECTING! Carne asada burrito: Carne Asada, beans, rice, cilantro, onion and I added shredded cheese. This burrito was so filling! The meat was cooked perfect and had GREAT flavoring. This will probably be a go to for me forever. My husband order the Carnitas Burrito: Same as above except he had carnitas and didn't add the cheese. He said it was pretty good, but after taking a bite of mine he wished he had added the cheese. Meat was cooked just as well as the Carne Asada. Carne Asada fries: Carne Asada, beans, crinkle cut fries, guacamole, diced tomato and nacho cheese. Usually would come with sour cream, but we asked for no sour cream. The fries were warm and crunchy, seemed freshly cooked! Crinkle cut fries just hold everything that this dishes comes with so much better than regular fries. The guacamole was perfect and they put a decent amount! Once again THAT HORCHATA! It just brings everything together and I explicitly told my husband I will not share with him so get his own. The ice is that amazing crushed ice that just transforms drinks and takes the horchata to a whole other level. read more

Good food and great portions. Had the light fried taco with shredded beef and ground beef. The ground beef was seasoned very well. The steak and shrimp fajitas was also delicious, steak was cooked well and the shrimp was cooked perfect. read more

I was from out of town and looking for a place to get some great Mexican food and saw the 4star rating! From the moment I walked in I could see the friendly atmosphere and the customer service was hands down amazing! They treat you like family and make sure you say hi to Jene! At that point, it was obvious that nobody working there cared whether we had a good experience or not. I've worked in customer service and understand that places get busy, but this wasn't a matter of being busy, it was a matter of not caring. We were treated as if we didn't exist. If this is the standard of service this restaurant accepts, there are plenty of other places that deserve your money far more than this one. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting even the bare minimum level of customer service. Tacos were good, ill give them that.

I was at the restaurant a few days ago while visiting an old friend on my way home from a wedding and I have to say I have never been so happy to find a Yelp page in my life. No not to tell anyone that it was good, but to warn all women not to go here. You know what, add men who tip based on service not waitress looks in the mix of people who shouldn't go here. They will be unimaginably rude to you. My friend and I overheard one waitress a taller thin lighter skinned girl with short black hair and a tattoo on her arm say she thought a female customer who came in earlier was a stupid cow. I was applaud off the bat with that one. We decided to stay and order. Mistake. It took over 20 min. for food to get to our table, not to be cooked, but to be picked up from the counter and brought to us. We never got refills and when my friend finally got up to ask for more coke he was told customers should not be approaching the counter unless to pay, that it was staff space. He was upset and said he would pay for his food then. The women then said Hand over your check, oh you don't have it, you'll have to wait until you have it to pay. We sincerely thought about leaving without paying. We should have. there were an array of charges on our checks, 3 drinks (we had 2 but were told because he went up to the counter it counts as a new drink), sour cream (when we were told that came on the tacos already), and a check split fee (?????) to name a few. We paid as one ticket which saved us $2 but they said the rest were correct charges. We didn't tip and were told we should really tip good servers. I couldn't help but laugh on our way out. When you walk into Taco Hut you know you will be treated well, they make you feel right at home,you are greeted with a nice HELLO from everyone who's working Once you are seated they bring you chips and salsa. Menu is pretty well organized ( there are some extra charges) make sure you read all the fine print if you have any questions make sure you ask server. Atmosphere is excellent ,it can get a bit loud. Has a couple TV's that are used for sporting events throughout the day. Have never had one bad meal since I've been going, they even make an awesome Hamburger . I just happen to drop by the Taco Hut one day off Philadelphia for a bite. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a big smile from a pretty lady I later found out was named Vicky. What a pleasure it was to be waited on by Vicky. She was very polite, so nice, very accomdating and gave me the best service I have had in a very long time. I ordered the pozolie with flour tortillas. It was just delicious. Vicky is amazing, she made my first experience unforgettable and I will certainly be coming back for more. I hope that you acknowledge Vicky she really is one in a million. I look forward to my next visit and having a wonderful dining experience with Vicky sometime in the very near future. We were doing some coonstruction work in the parking lot and came in for lunch. Just want to say the place is great Elaine made us feel at home. She gave us super great service and never skipped a beat if we needed anything. As a matter of fact we never had to call her. It's like she knew when we needed somthing. Try ad make it here at least once per month if not per week. The staff at Taco Hut is always professional and accommodating to my requests. My kids especially love when they put fresh strawberries in the soda. There aren't many places that make you feel like home. However this one does just that! Jene is the best and our visits to the restaurant are never the same when she is not there. She not only is a great server but very entertaining and can always put a smile on your face. This restaurant never fails to amaze me! I've been to a couple locations and the food is great and the service is always on point! The last few visits my server was Brooke and you could tell she cares about making everyone's experience as best as can be every single time! I love micheladas and Brooke recommended I try one here as well and I was not disappointed! Will absolutely be back! Thank you! read more

Came here for my first taco Tuesday and Mariana showed me that they had added shark tacos! I mean I don't know how often it is that you go to a Mexican restaurant and can eat actual shark meat but it was delicious and definitely worthwhile. And what's even better is that during their taco Tuesday it only costs $3!!!! If you're ever in the area and it's tuesday you have to try it out. read more

Stopped by this past friday at this lil taco spot.. when i walked in i was greeted with an enthusiatic hello. I was attended to like a King!!! No long waiting for my beer or my food... thanks so much to my waitress Ereina, very fun gal, she made me feel like family. she reccomended the spicy chile verde...it hit the spot...five stars all the way through, YOU ROCK TACO HUT!!! read more
