Nothing has changed as far as portion size, Shake Shack is always on the small side, but the food was tasty. The shake was pretty thin, usually you almost needed a spoon to eat/drink it. The dining area wasn't very clean, dirty tables trash on the floor which was surprising considering there were only a couple of patrons in the restaurant for the entire time I was there. Let me be clear: this isn't the employees' fault. They're doing what they're told. The real problem is management and how this location is run. It's clearly a systemic issue when this happens every single visit. Other McDonald's--sometimes with longer lines and fewer workers--can get me the same order in under five minutes without all the chaos. The pull-ahead system here is broken. It's frustrating and honestly feels like they're just trying to make their numbers look better on paper while ignoring the actual customer experience.
