Upon entering the order line I mentioned to the young lady that It was my first visit in many years and that it may take me a moment to choose my meal and the ingredients. That alerted her to offer help during choices made for my meal. I was offered several different options. including guac and queso blanco. My complaints are; 1) Ambiguous wording on the websight. It states that a Bowl or Burrito contains choice of meat or sofritas, rice,beans or fajita veggies, topped with guac, salsa, queso blanco, sour cream or cheese. It never clearly indicates that there is a $2.70 upcharge for the guac or the queso blanco. Ordering my bowl with both ended up raising the price from $9.70 to $15.10. I was taken aback when my total came through at checkout. 2) The lack of information provided to a customer regarding upcharges and extras. Without reading the entire menu or policy signage, a new customer is not aware of this. At no time was it mentioned that there was an upcharge for these two ingredients. I withheld two stars for these reasons.
