I did a to go order and overall the food was pretty good. I got the traditional wings with the flavors garlic parm and Asian Sweet heat with the mac and cheese and some pretzel bites. The wings were awesome as well as the service, however the mac and cheese had too many peppers in my opinion and it made the mac and cheese taste only like a pepper and noodle situation, it made the cheese very dull. I have visited this location over 75 times and we absolutely love the service staff here, but the location has a serious management and front desk issue. This was on full display today after waiting 23 minutes at the front desk while being ignored by all three hostesses on duty as they franticly kept checking the computer, talking about how they were out of silverware, and stood there as if they had no idea what to do. Multiple guests just left as they were so frustrated, and I almost did the same. I finally saw a male manager that was a Caucasian bald individual and asked him what was going on and explained to him how long we had been waiting. His explanation of "I just got here" was horrible and he offered zero assistance and simply put our name on the list and told us to wait. 2/3 of the outdoor patio was empty. Because I had a dog, I requested outdoor seating, which was wide opening, yet he refused to seat us. I went back to the host stand again and asked why we were not being seated and he simply responded "there are others ahead of you and you we will get to you when we can", yet again multiple outdoor tables were completely empty. The hostesses sat there staring as if they had no idea what they were doing. Your own servers were clearly frustrated with them and their incompetence, yet management did nothing to correct this or the poor customer experience. We were finally seated and the manager was completely not visible, nor did he come by our table to check on our experience. Our server, Heather, was exceptional as are all of our servers that we have had with each visit. This is unfortunate as your lack of proper leadership and a good front desk team has left us and many others with a very negative impression of this location. The kitchen speed at this location has also become horribly slow as well. We waited 35 minutes for our entree today which was grilled chicken and winds. When you lack good leadership it will tarnish your brand, and this manager would never work for me in my business with this attitude towards customers. I hope that the General Manager can immediately address these service and leadership issue and restore this location to the Taco Mac Standards as it's a shame because the servers are wonderful here as is the food. read more

I tried to order a plain house margarita with no salt, but it arrived with Grand Marnier and salt. I sent it back, and the replacement was overloaded with lime, resulting in an unbalanced cocktail. Next, I received the fish and chips The entire meal was excessively salty; I couldn't finish the fish and didn't eat the tots. I will never return. We are chancellors at TM which means over 1k beers and we've been to many but this new one is our favorite. Huge selection of beers, great wings, and friendly servers. Bar staff is especially great. Everything is so new and modern and close to all the shopping. read more

They should give you a tongue scraper from all the salt they pour on the sweet potato fries. It's laughable how much salt they use. I'm here probably twice a week, the kitchen is so inconsistent, unfortunately. I order the sweet potato fries without seasoning so I can salt myself otherwise they are just simply inedible, but sometimes they arrive with salt still, and I try to eat them, and they are always waaaaaay to salted EVERY SINGLE TIME. That's a reflection of management. Kitchen is so inconsistent cooking wings. Sad because nice people and convenient new place. But I always leave thinking I've wasted my money, yet again. read more

We are locals. Second time at this location. Lighting is TOO bright for bar atmosphere - very bright white. Not relaxing. Food was okay - lettuce was old; pink edges and wilted. Ordered wings 4/5 stars for the wings, but, cut carrots and celery wilted and dry - days old or left out - however, service great! Unfortunately that is the last time we will be visiting. The Clermont burger was so good as well as the tater tots. The waitress was incredible and super nice. It's such a welcoming environment with plenty of entertainment and great staff. This place opened just in time as our normal go to joint, Millers Ale House takes sweet potato fries off the menu. This place has them and they are good! The food is good bar cuisine with cold beer and a really nice vibe. We loved the fact the patio dining area was heated nicely and very spacious. The food came out fast and was good. Our first time here, and a drink was spilt on a young woman at our table. We all totally understand these things happen but there was not a single apology from anyone. They cleaned the mess, but said nothing at all about anything that happened. Once the bill came, our server didn't even know and still charged the young woman for her drink. Don't waste your time. We were seated, waited 15 minutes and no server ever checked on us. The hostess did have plenty of time to sit behind the counter and play on her cell phone. I live in Dahlonega and will still go to Taco Mac in Cumming or Canton for better service. I would rather drive farther for better service.
