    BURRITO BOWL

This was a great and LARGE meal! The portion could for sure have been shared with someone. We did not have to wait long for our food at all! To add to it the watermelon margaritas were great!

Stopped by this place today... I had a passenger that I dropped off for work here, and I asked him how it was .. He said it's really good, I should come try it. I came in and was greated by the manger. Told me I should try the Fat Boy Burrito. It is a steak, beans, and rice burrito, with other toppings. I ordered it and the Mexican Mac and cheese. It did not disappoint! I'll definitely be back again!

Ambiance - the same. Music was too loud for my 87yo mother Service - we did get checked on several times. The hostess actually came over and started a conversation. Food- my steak tacos were delicious. Meat was tender and plenty. NOTE: always order the soft taco shell. The sauces on the table offered a variety of spice heat levels. Definitely a reorder item!

This place never disappoints us. We tried a burrito bowl and the Big Client. I love the fact that you can select your protein and toppings. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. We are so happy that you are close by when nothings been prepared for dinner!

I finally had the chance to try Taco Mama for lunch. Walking in. I was immediately greeted by a super friendly hostess making sure I understood the menu. Stepping up to the counter the extremely friendly fly staff took care of me and took my order. I went with Cheesy Beef taco basket and added a side of queso. The Barbados tacos didn't disappoint, but the real star was the Queso and amazing chips and salsa. Although I felt the prices were a little higher than average, the awesome staff and fun atmosphere guarantees I'll be back. Next time I plan to come for Happy Hour to try the margaritas I've been hearing so much about!

They offer a limited number of draught beers, a decent size cocktail list, and, canned alcoholic beverages. What better way to keep cool by the pool than with frozen drinks. Most of the frozen drinks can be made non alcoholic. My favorite was the piña colada. I added an additional rum float for a few extra dollars. I tried the margarita and it could stand to have a lot more lime and a little salt. The strawberry daiquiri was also another favorite. They offer a well rounded food menu. The appetizer menu offered standard fare. Including wings and nachos. Need a little more sustenance? I recommend one of the burgers or sandwiches. Feeling like something a little bit light? I recommend one of the rice bowls. Served with rice and protein served southwest, elote, or stir fry. We went with the hotdog. I was excited about the lobster roll bun it's served it. The bun was perfectly crisp and the hot dog well grilled and tasty. The chicken tenders were just ok, a little on the dry side for my taste. But the fries made up for chicken. They were cut like chips. They were perfectly crisp and very well seasoned. The restaurant is covered outdoor with seating over looking the Gulf. The vibe is casual and no shoes no shirt is completely ok. The bartenders are friendly fast and efficient. This is definitely a good go to spot for drinks and treats when spending a day at the pool or beach.

The fish sandwich was one SMALL fish tender on a bun. I cut it in half and put it side by side to fill up the bun. Flavor was good though. Pina coladas were ok, tasted like a mix was used, but they were strong, so that made up for it. Beware 22% service fee when ordering to go!!

Our family was passing through Pensacola, looking for a good place to grab a bite "with a view"…read morenear downtown. We found Jaco's and it didn't disappoint. We started with the fried green tomatoes. Amazing. We've been on a .mission to find the best Fried Green Tomatoes and these might just be the tops in the south! They came out piping hot, crispy (not soggy) on the outside, firm green tomatoes on the inside. The microgreens, balsamic drizzle with dollop of goat cheese elevated this dish even further. The blackened Mahi fish tacos were so incredibly flavorful and fresh. I loved that everything is fresh and made in-house. The shells, the mango salsa, the chipotle sauce and the blackened Mahi were all so fresh and worked so well together. My family got the margarita flatbread pizza and caprese salad. The flatbread pizza was crispy, light and fresh. The caprese came with a wonderful pesto that accompanied the garden ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and balsamic. The service was a little swamped (stressed) as they were super busy during a weekday lunch. However, they were hustling and working hard to serve us... so can't really complain. Really can't say enough about this place. Great views from the pier, incredibly fresh food with a crew striving to take care of its patrons. One of the best places we've eaten at in the area. We definitely plan to be back.
