This. Place. Is. The. Best. The Quesabirria is some of the freshest I have ever had and the consome was absolutely perfectly seasoned. Truth be told, I drank whatever consome I had left, because it was that good. It also came with some very fresh cucumbers which was an excellent pairing that helped break up the heaviness of this type of meal. A great place to stop right off the freeway making your way into town. It's about 15 minutes north of downtown Tucson. Located in a food truck under what looks to be the cover of an old gas station. They had a few tables and chairs right outside. The food are the bells and whistles! And you can't beat the prices!

After seeing all the great reviews, I was excited to stop by after a hike for some tacos. I don't get the hype because this place was average at best. I got 4 tacos, 2 al pastor and 2 carne asada. I enjoyed the pastor more but found both meats to be a bit bland. Service is super quick and friendly, wish they had a salsa bar but there was only some type of chili oil. This place is skippable and there are better options around.

Best authentic taqueria/street tacos in the area, especially the Pastor! Exceptional Birria. Hot sauces are great too. Good portions for a fair price. I met Miguel the owner, a genuinely nice guy, and plan to support local business like his where they work hard to give you great food & service.

For a food truck- 5 stars. Ordered an al pastor (amazing) which came with some diced pineapple on top. I love when al pastor has pineapple and it's not always added so this was a nice surprise. Carne asada was perfect flavor and no fat to be found.

If you're in the Tucson area, do yourself a huge favor and stop at Taco Rico. The meats they serve up there are some of the best I've ever had--and I've eaten tacos all over the southwest for over 50 years. The asada and pastor could very well be the best I've ever had. The salsas that came with my asada burrito and pastor taco were spot on! Spicy and flavorful. Topped it off with a bottled Mexican coke and it was the perfect meal. I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the Old Pueblo!

For a little taco trailer located in a unusual place, there were some amazingly delicious tacos! Very friendly and helpful staff. They even have a little table set up if you want to eat them there. I had the tacos, al pastor on their homemade tortillas. The next time I'm in Tucson, I will definitely look for them again!

One of the best (if not THE best) taco carts you'll find. Not only is the food insanely good, but the staff is always so friendly and kind too. My husband loves their burritos, I enjoy all the different tacos, and my somewhat picky 4 year old can always find something on the menu that he'll eat. They are normally located at the Fascinations on Ina. They put out a couple of tables underneath trees so you're able to sit there to wait or enjoy your food there. You can also grab anything to go and they pack it up really well!

I've had so many street tacos in my life, and other than this one place in MX- Taco Rico has the best tacos hands down. Every time I go, the flavor of the meats are phenomenal. I've tried every one and my favorites are the pastor, suadero, and cabeza. Pro tip- you can get the meats mixed in a taco if you want both and the suadero/cabeza combo is really good. I also recommend the horchata, it's homemade. The truck and tables are always clean and everyone working there has great recommendations.

If you would have told me that I was gonna have lunch from a taco truck in front of an adult toy store this morning, I would have been a little confused, so much so that I didn't even take food pics cause I wasn't expecting it. Hands down best Mexican/tacos in northwest Tucson/Marana. When you live in the place with the best Mexican food it's hard to believe that it's hard to find, but living on this side of town it's really hit or miss if you are gonna get true authentic street tacos, burritos and quesadillas. Taco Rico's delivered! Service was awesome and quick. Menu was to the point and not clogged up with a bunch of BS. The atmosphere was just to be expected an adult toy shop parking lot with a canopy, plastic tables and chairs but you're not here for that. Keep up the good work!

THE BEST. I lived in San Diego for years and this place is by far the best Mexican food I've had in the states. The staff is outstanding, the food is outstanding, and the hot sauce is really the cherry on top. This is the kind of place you want everyone to support but also stay your little secret all at the same time. read more

This little taco truck is located right off the freeway off of Ina in the parking lot of fascinations. I have been seeing it for on and off for a while now. I stopped because it has been getting a lot of really good reviews and the pictures of the food look really good. These have been some of the best tacos I have had in a really long time, if not the best. I got the Carne Asada and Pastor. The Al Pastor was my favorite, they top it with pineapple. My boyfriend ordered their special which was a torta with beef and ham, it was so good. Everything was amazing and their prices are just right. We even ordered two burritos to go. This place is pretty close to us, I'm really happy to have a great taco place to go to. They do also take call in orders for pick ups which might be a good idea because they make everything fresh when you order it so if there are a few people it could take a little bit. read more

Since I moved to the north side of town I struggled finding a great taco spot coming from a childhood where there was great Mexican food all around me. I stumbled across these guys and been hooked ever since. I come here at least once a week and the people are so friendly I'm sure they recognize my face by now lol. 10/10 recommend! read more

Ok this place is a must! We got the birria tacos. So full of delicious tender meat. The broth for dipping had a wonderful cinnamon flavor to it. Absolutely addictive. I opted for a veggie burrito. It was full of beans, rice, cheese, grilled onions, cucumbers, and radishes. Yes cucumbers and radishes. Hear me out. It was so delicious. I added the green cilantro like salsa to it. The mix of tastes and textures was out of this world. This place is amazing. Give it a go you won't be disappointed. read more

I had the munchies, and decided to stop by. We ordered a Asada quesadilla, It came with cucumbers, radish, and a lime to squeeze. Green and Red sauce. For a food truck, the food was better than some restaurants I have eaten. I cannot wait to visit again and see what else I can try. Do your self a favor and give it a try. Great place. read more

First time I came I didn't know it was cash only and they were kind enough to give me my food on the house. They even let me try their homemade horchata, and it was delicious! This food truck is actually really good. I tried their asada, cabeza, pollo, and pastor tacos and they were all excellent. The pollo was super moist and the cabeza was not greasy. My wife is a carne asada connoisseur and liked the asada so that really tells you something. They are new from Cali which is probably why I liked them too. Don't forget to add cheese! Salsas are homemade and bomb too! read more

Traveling from California to Mexico, we found this place on our way to Jack in the Box and I am sooo glad we did. I have 3 kids that love good tacos and this place some of "the best tacos" words from my kids. I stopped into Taco Rico on my way back to Phoenix because I saw a couple of good reviews on yelp and I wasn't disappointed. A super nice couple inside greeted me with a big smile. wow!! simply amazing. You can't get authentic mexican food in Hawaii. So glad I stumbled upon this food truck as I was only pulling into the parking lot to find my way back to the Sports Center. Food was on point! Staffs were nice and friendly :) I ordered at least 1 of everything on the menu. Chicken quesadillas was BOMB! I got that for the kids. Pastor tacos was bomb! flavor was on point. Birrias (weekend special) I ordered one of each BIRRIAS - the bowl, the cheese, the original: fingaaa licknn good I got the burrito too.. that one was Okay, Idk if it's the choice of meat, the meat was tender but I didn't get the same experience (flavors) it was a bit bland to me. but overall experience- SUPERB whenever I'm visiting Tucson again, definitely will have to make a stop.. whether it's eating there or taking out. Location Thoughts Right now, the restaurant is tucked back in the outlet mall's food court. I genuinely hope they consider moving to a better, more prominent location so the business can truly blossom. A spot in the Arizona Pavilions or across the highway on Cortaro would be perfect. The only real competitor over there is In-N-Out, which frankly isn't even competition compared to this place, in my opinion. But during this recent visit, I decided to change things up. Let me tell you, the food scene in this city is incredible. I'll probably post several reviews in the coming days, but this one had to be first. Sonoran hot dogs are legendary, and everyone told me they were a must-try while in the area. Several places were recommended, but this establishment was only 10 minutes away from my location -- and yes, it was the #1 recommendation. So luck was definitely on my side. This is a family business that has been featured in dozens of YouTube videos (and probably TV shows as well). I was greeted by a very sweet and polite young lady and ordered a traditional Sonoran Dog, a carne asada taco, and an adobada taco. All I have to say is WOW. The combination of toppings on that dog was amazing. I had never tried anything like it before, and now I want more. That crispy bacon-wrapped hot dog with the beans, onions, crema... just incredible. The tacos were fantastic as well. I can't wait until I return to Tucson in two months. I'm definitely going back and will probably order three of those dogs next time. They also have plenty of seating, both outdoors and indoors, with nice cold A/C for those brutal Arizona summer days.

One thing that was a bummer was that they wouldn't turn on sports when we asked. They said that the owner doesn't allow sports to be played? The World Cup was on so I feel like an exception could've been made but oh well. Now I know not to come here to watch sports.

I ordered the banana cream matcha latte at recommendation from someone who's visited before with the matcha tiramisu. In the latte, I was hoping for a more flavorful banana cream. It had a nice finish and was very smooth, but I wouldn't have been able to guess it being flavored if I hadn't known. Both items were made from high quality matcha, so expect the steep price tag associated. Combined with the baristas being unable to differentiate between drink orders at the end of their bar, I wasn't really amazed given the reputation Brucha has. Maybe I didn't even receive my drink, and the above is all unfounded, but I won't be figuring that out anytime soon.

Also, the bathrooms are located all the way in the back, and there isn't enough signage to guide you there easily. A sense of humor and tasty tacos! Taco Rico, a food truck/wagon stationed in the parking lot of an "adult products" store. In Marana. I found Taco Rico while searching Tucson for quesabirria tacos, which I encountered on the internet and wanted to see what the excitement was about. Taco Rico sells birria on Saturday and Sunday, including the aforementioned quesabirria. Delicious. But it's the everyday (except Monday) tacos and burritos that have kept us coming back as often as possible. Plus, the really sweet folks operating the place. The menu is short and simple, with tacos, burritos, and quesadillas available with a choice of meat -- carne asada, chorizo, tripa, chicken, pork al pastor, suadero (yeah, I had to look it up too), cabeza. Vegetables come alongside: cucumbers, radishes, grilled onions and a hot-hot pepper. The $2.50 tacos are chubby with meat, and the burrito makes two meals for me. Try their homemade horchata if that's your thing. read more

We only have positive things to say about Taco Rico! The suadero, tripas, and cabezas tacos are so, so good - my absolute favorites. Both the high quality food and customer service are consistent. Very generous portion and sides for the price :) We are happy to support this local business and hope they stay on this side of town forever. First time trying this new taco truck. I got the "Quesabirria" and a homemade horchata water. OMG, both were delicious! Cucumbers, radishes, grilled onion and Serrano pepper on the side, I love it!
