Such a great taco truck/stand! Yum…read more Located next to the Dollar Tree on Main and Bishop.... this taco truck/stand is open from 6- 11 pm!! It belongs to a very nice Mexican couple, who work together. And seems like that they know each other's roles when at work. Their menu is hand written on a white board next to the paying table where the nice lady (the owner's wife) who takes your order down, takes your and sends you to the other size to pick you your order. The taquero has dofferent choices of meat: legua, tripas, cesos, al pastor, asada, chorizo, pollo. They have a small addition in the front of the stand which contains their add-ons such as the salsas, cilantro, cubed raw onions, radish, jalapeños en vinagre, and spicy guacamole. They give you a number, and then that numer is the order by which your taco order is called. The tortillas are the classic double mini tortillas twiced stuffed when you can make two little taquitos from 1. Such a great find one day driving around looking for a taco truck one Thursday night. I have only been here on the weekends (Thursday-saturday nights). But I'm sure they are here almost all week around!
