On top of that, they wanted to charge an additional $50 just to install a new battery, not including the cost of the battery itself. Many other auto shops install batteries for free when you purchase one, so that charge seemed unreasonable. I ended up taking my car somewhere else, where I received faster service and paid less. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this shop due to the long wait times, inconsistent diagnosis, and unnecessary extra charges.

Today, they quickly repaired a tire for me for a mere $29 when during a routine oil change, the dealership was trying to charge me $259 to completely replace the tire after not even being able to give me any details about which tire even needed replacing. I knew immediately where to go to know I would not be taken advantage of. I have also previously driven through and the techs have checked air pressure and filled tires for me completely complimentary. Gary and the staff are kind and trustworthy! At the end of the day we paid 174 for a complete brake flush and were told we still had 50 percent pads left front and back and only one pair of rotors would need replaced if brakes were to be done at a later time. Free tire rotation with purchase. Then I didn't get any kind of parts service advisement afterwards.
