I have a vertical sliding window and every year it's been a pain in the butt trying to cover the excess hole when I put the AC in the window. I needed Three shelves for a curio cabinet for my mom. The glass shop wanted $40 per panel and it would take three days to fulfill the order. At work I had really been struggling with storing my materials for years and needed something specific made. I could never see what I had or what I needed. I called them asking for a custom sneeze guard as we are trying to reopen our small business during COVID-19, the guy who answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful. It shouldn't be this hard to be polite especially when people are already going through a tough time.
