We tried 4 types of taco (carnitas, cobeza, adobada, fish) 1 burrito (asada), and 1 shrimp entree. Most of the food was surprisingly tasty except for the steak burrito - the steak was a little dry and fish taco. The fish taco was just made of frozen fish sticks. I've been to my fair share of taco trucks. I may only know the surface level of Mexican food but I know tacos, and these are some banging tacos. I used to get the carne asada tacos but now I get the birria tacos with cheese with consome (not on the menu) but this must be one of my girlfriends favourite foods cause she always asks for it like once a week. It's so nice to have a place that sells consome and birria tacos close by and for a very very fair price (unlike some places that sell consome for 20 dollars in Greenwood hint hint) I get 9 of those tacos and 1 consome and it comes out to like 25 dollars. Overall: great food, great price, good and polite service. Would def recommend to anyone read more

When we got to the truck, I took one look at the menu and wanted everything. This wasn't just a taco truck. It was a full blown Mexican restaurant on wheels. But with better options than the Azteca down the road. They had tacos, burritos, Pollo Asado, Pollo ranchero - they even had cabeza (literally cow head). I was in Mexi-heaven. But my heart wanted tacos so I stuck with what we came for and we got a couple orders of 4 tacos and a taco plate meal, which comes with beans and rice, of course. We got lengua (tongue), Pollo, and asada tacos. Each bite was pure satisfaction. Tender, juicy, and a lot fresher tasting than some other places I've been. They served each order up with a lime and roasted carrots on the side and fresh cilantro and chopped onions on each taco. Mmm. I will definitely be coming back much more often to make up for all the times I've chosen to swing into McDonalds rather than pulling up to the little red truck. Only ordered the tacos this time around but each one was filling and loaded full of flavors that made my tongue tingle. The Birria taco was my absolute favorite.
