Soooo good! My first time visiting this little mom and pop shop. The tacos were very good. The folks there are so nice. After finishing our tacos, the lady brought out some to share!! So grateful for the hospitality. We will definitely return when in the area.

Yeeessss, this place was legititits!! You know it's gonna be good when you walk in and the guys taking your order don't even speak English. And, uh, spoiler alert, THEY WERE SUPER FREAKING GOOD! The inside looks like every single Taqueria that you've ever been in, so don't be surprised when you walk in and it looks like every single Taqueria that you've ever been in. But it's chill, cuz the vibe is chill and every just wants to order Tacos or some other weird thing that someone would get on a Taco Tuesday. But hey!!!!!!! Everyday is Tuesday in Mexiko!! Or something like that. I dunno, man.

Top - street tacos. Chips and salsa(yum). Quesabirria and the broth.

What a find!! Stopped by as we were running errands, and are so happy we did!! It's a 'locals' spot for sure! We were greeted with a smile by an older gentleman. The tortillas were being handmade in the back while we were ordering. We had carne street tacos and a quesabirria. The street tacos were delicious. The quesabirria was absolutely heavenly. The meat melted in my mouth, and the broth was so rich with flavor! The best quesabirria I've had to date!(and I try them everywhere). I highly recommend checking them out - it's cozy and everyone was so friendly and kind!! What a treat!!

I walked in and asked what their house specialty was. They recommended the fish taco and the chile relleno. That's exactly what I had. It came with rice, beans, and a fresh in house made tortilla for $14. It was excellent and I was completely satisfied when I finished. Excellent, attentive and friendly service. Would repeat.

Taqueria Mila's Al Pastor Mega Burrito

Taqueria Mila is so Good that I Made a banda song in Español about it! https://soundcloud.app.goo.gl/Uvsqn2UNaJ96nfLh8 (Para quienes lean la reseña completa, la versión en Español se encuentra al final, y la cancion de banda para Taqueria Mila se puede escuchar aqui https://soundcloud.app.goo.gl/Uvsqn2UNaJ96nfLh8 I've been to countless taquerias in search of the perfect burrito, but nothing prepared me for the culinary masterpiece that is Taqueria Mila's mega burrito. Tucked away on a cozy street corner, this place might look unassuming from the outside, but step in, and you're greeted with the rich aroma of spices and the warm smiles of the staff. Last Saturday, after a long hike, I decided to give Taqueria Mila a try. As I unwrapped the foil around the mega burrito, I knew I was in for something special. The first bite was a revelation: tender carne asada, perfectly seasoned rice, creamy guacamole, and just the right amount of melted cheese all wrapped in a fresh, warm tortilla. It was like a symphony of flavors dancing in perfect harmony. Mid-meal, an elderly gentleman at the next table struck up a conversation. He shared that he had been coming to Taqueria Mila every week since it opened 20 years ago. He told me stories of how the owner, Mila herself, started the business with family recipes passed down through generations. Just then, Mila came out from the kitchen, and to my surprise, she joined us, offering a complimentary sample of her homemade churros. It felt less like a restaurant visit and more like a family gathering. By the time I left, I wasn't just full--I was fulfilled. The combination of incredible food and genuine hospitality made it an unforgettable experience. If you're anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and order the mega burrito at Taqueria Mila. Your taste buds will thank you! For anyone reading the full review, the Spanish version is provided below.

4.25/5 stars I recommend it here if you can! Looks like a family-owned business & traditional authentic taqueria. I had one of each: asada, el pastor, and beans paired with corona and lime. I enjoyed el pastor though it was saltier than expected, and the juices were boiling, so be careful because I burned my chin a bit (that was my bad). The beans were good. I'm not as big of a fan of the type of beef (beef chunk) they used for the asada. Focus on functionality over form! Friendly staff. I feel they must be a family because they were chatting happily in the kitchen. I don't think you need any frills in this type of environment.

Decent food. What I don't appreciate is an employee/affiliated forcefully grabbing me and pulling me out of a notaflof show as a teenage girl. Not a safe comfortable environment. If you're here for the food then yeah it's alright nothing special. If you're here for shows, be careful. Completely ruined my experience and my trust for this restaurant.

We stopped by this spot on a whim. We weren't really looking for Mexican food but compared to the options, this one was by far the best. The ladies working the cash register and kitchen were a joy. It was less like a restaurant and more like an extension of my tia's kitchen. They have all that you'd want including vegetarian/plant based options. I ordered the bean tacos and they were good. My dad had the chicken tacos, and my brother had fish tacos (tilapia). Very simple flavors, good toppings, and perfectly portioned. Alongside a grapefruit jarrito, it was a nice stop. I only give it 4 stars because of the cleanliness of the tables, and a want for more flavor. Not salt, just more flavor. I may just be spoiled with always having great Mexican food at home. I would love to visit this place again whenever I pass through Santa Rosa again.

I don't know how this place got 4 stars this place is dirty & run down . Ordered the super nachos everything was over salted . The pastor was greasy with a old taste to it. Taste nothing like pastor . Just meat with a ton of sauce. Side or rice and beans the rice was mush! Absolute mush! Then the beans were over salted as well. To top it off there was a hair in it. I never complain but this was ridiculous. The total was 39. Like how? I'll never spend money here again. Lesson learned. Absolutely disgusting. I would even go as far to call the food code department. If I could give zero stars I would. But I can't.

I came here for lunch and got some tacos and they were soooo good! I'm usually picky when it comes to tacos but these were amazing. Definitely will be back!

So so cute and ample amount of seating outdoor with self service water. Food brought to your table. The service was amazing. I was trying to decided the mole vs suiza chicken enchiladas and the amazing woman ringing me up said she could do one of each! I LOVED the mole! So flavorful. We also got the fish tacos that were really yummy and a child's quesadilla. The star of the show is the tortillas!! Fresh made and sooo good. Will definitely come back here if in the area. Our family of 2 adults and 1 child (age 8) enjoyed the following: 1) Chicken mole enchiladas- excellent 2) Pork tamales- good, though I found some of the meat too fatty 3) Chips & guacamole- the house made chips were a bit too thick for us; the guacamole was tasty 4) Kids cheese quesadilla - we appreciated the fact they had a $5 kids cheese quesadilla on the menu 5) Soft serve - Delicious The set up is such that you order and pay up front, then sit out back and wait for your order to be delivered to your picnic table. The staff was cordial and the wait wasn't too bad. Our only challenge here was that our SF born and raised kiddo was struggling to eat in the 88 degree heat outdoors. Just be aware that there is no indoor, air-conditioned seating available. Overall, we enjoyed our meal here!
