She started helping the people behind me and hadn't finished up with me . I said thank you once, twice and the third time I said Thank you loud and she just looked at me . Social-Distancing Review# 20 A-Ok except that during my visit last night, no carts were available inside. I was afraid to go out and get a cart because I might have to fall in line again. I guess Target can afford this ineptitude because they are experiencing, at the very least, Cyber-Monday type of sales per day. Recent news reports state that Target's sales last April, during an average day, was more than Cyber Monday. Back to my experience last night: In addition, at the check-out counter, the cashier asked me if I wanted bags. At first, I could not understand her because of her mask and the plexiglass between us. Also, because I did not expect such a question. I had picked up a lot of stuff which I was hauling in one of their small baskets & a 6-pack paper towels I was carrying with my other hand. Also customers are no longer allowed to bring in their bags . And Whole Foods and Trader Joe's never asked me that question. So since I did not understand her, she snapped back, "Do you want bags?!" (Not all of the cashier's fault -- mostly the management's for implementing a flawed procedure.) Other than the above issues, I have been a happy Target customer for years. Worst Target ever. To shop inside the closest parking space is 75 yards away. My receipt for today's purchase was illegible and it took the store 15 minutes to print a receipt on a full size sheet of paper. Go to Costco instead. I've done pick up orders from a few other stores before, but I tried Target drive up today and it was quite easy, fast, and efficient. On August 24th at 9:30pm I went to self check out to purchase my items I asked team member Michael if he can price match a couple of my items when I showed him the items I wanted to price match on my phone team member Michael was like "oh no I can't see it from your phone I need to see it on the store phone" giving me attitude a frustrated fair enough I said okay sure But then I saw him pull out his own phone to scan my items He said they weren't popping up on his personal phone app and that he can't price match the items I told him you're using your personal you're not even checking on your company store phone for the items gaslighting me I told him I was going to go to a register so they can honor the prices because he didn't want to and he said "it's going to be the same thing if you go to a register or you can call the manager" I went to a register and the cashier price matched all my items without a problem. This is my favorite target. Always well stocked, clean, and great customer service. I had an odd situation that was handled so professionally. I placed a large pick up order, over 50 items of food, (we were making a food donation to our local church). When I arrived at the location I checked in on the app and the app stated someone would be coming out with my order. However, at the same time I got an email that my order was cancelled. My husband went inside to customer service while I waited in the car in case my order came out. The employees at customer service couldn't understand what happened and determined it had to be a glitch. They were so apologetic and immediately worked correcting the order. One of the employees had to rescan every single item so we could purchase the items again since the prior order was refunded. This young man was so kind, so patient, so professional, and very apologetic. I felt so terrible because it was such a large order but he was more than happy to help. Everyone at the customer service counter was amazing especially the young man who assisted us. I can't thank him enough. read more

Third one star for this store. Here is why: BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING PHONES HERE! I purchased a phone here and was told I had thirty days to return it, but that this won't be needed. Red flag set off in my head immediately. Sure enough the speaker was not working, blocking me from hearing anyone and anyone hearing me, as well as also not hanging up when the other party hung up. This caused me to think I got put on hold suddenly and sat there and waited on someone who was not coming back on the line. Next, it refused to pick up on my wifi despite my ensuring that my firmware is all updated. Lastly, YOU DO NOT HAVE THIRTY DAYS TO RETURN IT! I purchased my phone on June 24th and thankfully checked the receipt today where I saw, to my surprise, that today, July 9th, is the last day to return the phone. I had no time to do a hard reset because the phone has not been in used for a while, I was only waiting to return it when I had time to do so before the thirty days was up. I literally got to target fifteen minutes to close after having to delete everything by hand since I could not get up to a 50% charge in order to do a factory reset. I understand that the reviews during this time are not going to be ideal for most people, as we are all waiting in very long lines, frustrated by all the circumstances we are dealing with related to COVID-19. This is a real time review of what I am currently experiencing, it is around 12:45pm on a Tuesday. I had been to a previous Target a few days ago, I didn't experience a line to get inside. Expecting the same situation, I headed over to Target only to be met with a single file line down and wrapped around the store. It hasn't moved for about 20 minutes. I understand at this time the one in, one out rule is important for our safety. But if you are going to execute this, PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU EVEN READ THESE REVIEWS PLEASE put a garbage can at the corner where people are in line and please clean up the garbage beside your building. We are in line, trying to be as safe as we can, all the while avoiding the wind that's literally picking up and spinning around used gloves and other debris. Also, you should probably move those signs up that let everyone know where the shopping carts stop working. Because from where I'm standing the sign is too far to even read and the shopping carts stop working way before that. I've seen two people in the last twenty minutes experience this. I know there is a painted logo off to the side on the sidewalk, but everyone on line is literally standing on it so it's not easily visible. I'm a little pessimistic at the thought of this review actually being read since this is a corporation, but a girl can dream! read more

Greg in customer service is AMAZING!! I visited the store on Sunday Jan.28th to grab a couple things and upon entering, I noticed that the store is currently being remodeled. I couldn't stop thinking about how I was going to start going to the target down the street simply to avoid the hassle of trying to figure out where everything was during their renovation. However, since I was already at this location I figured mine as well get what I came for. As I'm about to check out I see that they have some makeup on sale, so I grabbed some because how expensive is makeup? Anyways, I go to pay and the price bar was broke on the register so I didn't see the price due and the cashier was talking kind of low so I just inserted my card and didn't think much of it. After I got home I started looking at the receipt, excited to learn how much I saved. To my surprise, I was charged full price for EVERYTHING. Normally I wouldn't mind, but because I thought the makeup I grabbed was on sale, I was a little adventurous with the things I grabbed. I contemplated the decision all day and eventually I went back to the store to return my unnecessary purchases because I honestly couldn't justify wasting almost $300 on makeup I didn't necessarily need at the moment. When I went back to the store, I decided to double check the makeup prices before going to customer service just to make sure. Turns out the makeup I grab was in fact, on sale, but the prices weren't scanning correctly. I took pictures to show the employee. When I finally made it to customer service I was greeted by Greg with a positive attitude, great smile and super great energy. I explained to him my dilemma and showed him the pictures I took. He apologized for the inconvenience of the situation and explained how he would price match my products to the correct price AND give me my differences back on a target card. This idea made me extremely happy because normally I dread dealing with situations like this but I was relieved and almost ecstatic to find out that I was able to get my makeup for the prices advertised annnnd I have a reason to go back to target. Greg was so positive, friendly, bubbly and smiling the entire time. I felt like he was so understanding and present. He treated me like an individual and not just another annoying customer. Greg made my target experience such a delight! I'm going to keep going to this location despite the renovation, not because of the price adjustment, but simply because of Greg's ability to demonstrate outstanding and over the top customer service. I go to this Target because it's so close to my house. It's usually convenient aside from the terrible parking. The lot is always super full and crowded. Yestarday had to be like the worst, I know it's close to the holidays. I just feel they were extremely understaffed for this time of the year. Out of 24 lanes, they had for six cashiers with lines open. And some self checkout lines with cashiers in that area to assist. The lines were going down the aisles and you could barely get by cause it was so crowded. I was able to move through and get in a line that moved faster than most others. Michael was my casheir and had that line moving. Most of the other lines were moving super slow. Do not shop here for the holidays unless you have plenty time to wait or unless they get more associates to work for the holidays. read more

I was sent to this location after being referred from another Target at the Westfield mall. I was looking for a synthetic fabric dye. I asked a helpful young man that was merchandising the aisle if he knew where the dye was because the spot for the dye was empty. He check with this scanner and saw that there was 10 in stock (I was told this from the Westfield mall). However, there was none in the floor. Since, he was restocking the floor, he pointed me in the direction of his supervisor and other coworkers that were in a group talking in front of the check lanes. Once I walked over, the group of 4 immediately dispersed and PRETENDED to work or stand separated from each other. Cristian the supervisor, turn his attention to me but was rude to me when I showed him the item on my phone, saying I'm at the wrong location. I corrected him that I was showing him the item as reference. Also, that I was actually referred from another target that had already checked his inventory and that one of his workers already confirmed that there should be 10 items in his inventory. He them, pulls out his mobile device to get the item number and check for himself. While doing that he said he was disappointed in his worker that sent me to him. I corrected him again, saying that he and his other 3 workers were doing NOTHING, while the other working was restocking the aisle. And that I was not upset at the worker that sent me other to him, if he could just help me. After checking his inventory he said they got the shipment in 3 days ago, but It doesn't show in their back stock or on the floor so he wouldn't know where the item is. But he said he'll look around. After looking for about 5 minutes. He came back to say he had no luck. I said that was fine (if they don't have they don't have it, I'll look at another location). I was not upset, I was just sad and disappointed they didn't have the item. I told him thank you for looking. As I'm about to leave, he begins to LECTURE me, saying I should've called ahead of time so that I wouldn't have wasted my time coming to there location. And that you can't trust the inventory. I don't know what delusional self righteous world he lives in, but if another worker at another store checks the inventory and it says you have 10, you should have 10. Especially, if the shipment came in 3 days ago, but for some odd reason all the items are unable to be found. That shows how disorganized the store is and how badly the store is managed. Target needs to reevaluate who they promote to supervisor and retrain on how to speak to customers. I usually don't visit this location and I probably won't return because of Cristian. read more

My 'home' Target. I come here for many things sometimes throughout the day. They always have what I need and people are pretty nice. Also a Starbucks and Pizza Hut franchise in case you get hunggggry up in there. Located in a plaza with many stores and parking is always plenty. No complaints here as they haven't disappointed. What else is there to say other than this is a great target among the billions of targets you may encounter in your daily life. My only beef with target is that although I signed up for the target red card I've never been able to use it..it will forever say my pin is incorrect when I know it's not.. Shopping at Target is ok .... but ordering online is a nightmare with them! Not only you have to be careful to make sure that all is going to be " shipped " as it is likely to switch to " pick up at store "  . The worse is the shipping itself.... Free 2 days shipping means that Target ships it via UPS to a Postoffice ... and then impossible to track your package! It's only says it's shipping. So my order should have arrived before Father's Day.... now we are over 10 days, it still ships! You call customer service, they can track it, ( don't know how!?) and the answer is: It 's shipping!
