As I sit in the Taylor made cafe waiting for my lunch my review starts at a 1 star rating. After reading rave reviews about the high quality organic selections they have, And having just moved right around the corner, I was very excited for this visit. Upon walking in to order my take out I notice all the booths are full and there are 5 or 6 people waiting on food around the counter. Once inside I notice that the woman behind the counter whom I assume is in some sort of power here is very friendly to all the guests, except had not Acknowledged me yet. Direct eye contact was made multiple times with both girls and for 4 minutes I stood there and watched her interact with all the other guests including a few that walked in way after me. Eventually she picks up her pad and looks at me and says what would u like, no hi no nothing. I just rolled out of bed after being sick for a while and didn't really look like I fit in, unfortunately I feel as if I was stereotyped and it's gonna take some amazing food to pull this one out. Didn't happen order was wrong food was bland, do not recommend to anyone and will definitely never go back! read more

Nothing can be healthy about how dirty this place is. Pray nothing you eat ever touches the floor for if it does and you happen to survive the multiplies of illness you will endure... Well then maybe you could call it "Healthy food done right", as your immune system would be able to then cope with anything at that point. Seriously, someone call the health inspector. During this time I would suggest to TMC that they do a refresh of the cafe. When you sit down at bar or even in the booths the over all feel of the restaurant doesn't feel clean. It frankly doesn't look clean either. From the floor, walls, and everything in between. The bathrooms are always a mess, and do not look sanitary. The food is always good, and the staff is great. I wish the cafe reflected that. read more

Absolutely love this place! Great smoothies and wraps and homemade protein bars!! Staff is always cool and polite. Close enough for me to ride my bike up or run and reward myself with one of their delicious healthy cookies! Simply awesome place for vegan/vegetarian and overall healthy food. The decor is reminiscent of a 50's diner and is the atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. Perfect for a sunny day lunch. A lot of places of this type (healthy options) make small concessions with the flavor of their food while still maintaining a very high quality. This is absolutely not the case here. EVERYTHING is delicious. I highly recommend the TMC Pick (strawberries, yo) but all of the wraps I've tried have been wonderful. Their hand made protein bars might as well be dessert they're so good. Taylor is very helpful and accommodating and extremely friendly. All in all, you'd be hard pressed to find a better fast option anywhere. read more

I take an annual vacation to Florida and always love going to Taylor Made Cafe. The food is outstanding and I love that you can customize anything, in fact it is encouraged. The decor and vibe of the cafe is comfortable and inviting as well as hip and unique. The service is great. They are friendly, prompt, and again, willing to change anything so that it suits your dietary needs. The Reuben is delicious, the shakes are fantastic, and the protein balls (the Chocolate Chia!) and bars (Vanilla Cashew) are amazing and wonderfully convenient for traveling. Taylor, the owner, clearly cares deeply about the quality of the service as well as food and has always made sure my experience at her cafe is nothing short of delightful. I pick up food from here pretty often, this place is usually quite convenient and they have some good healthy options. They've made a mistake on my order a few times before, but today probably was the most disappointing experience I've had here so far. I ordered online and when I got to the store to pick it up the cashier tells me they're out of one thing that I ordered twice and he can't refund me for it, but to go online and complain to the site they use instead of offering me a substitution or calling me before to let me know or even give me an option since I did spend my money on it. I was going to let that go but when I got home I noticed I barely had any scrambled eggs when I spent more money for them to add extra, and there was no avocado in my wrap that was also extra. I returned to the store to let them know the mistake and the cashier gave me "extra" avocado for the inconvenience, but of course when I got home the avocado was rock hard and completely inedible. I would've really appreciated it if he let me know before making my order that things were missing and that the avocado wasn't ripe so that I wouldn't have wasted my money or at the very least offered something in place of it. Honestly that is customer service 101 and just seems like it should be commonsense. read more

This little cafe' is an ABSOLUTE must goto for excellent food, yummy tasting and HEALTHY at the same time. I am not ashamed to admit, I eat here at least 3x per week. The food is consistent. I try to support local businesses and This used to be my spot for breakfast every few days I'd stop before work.unfortunately I will not be going to any longer!I they decide their hours on a daily basis and I started showing up to a locked door with no signage that any hours have changed...then there was a sign that said they be open and still it never is correct...seems they decide when they want to work.That brings me to stating that the girl at the counter is not friendly ever...she acts like she's too tired to even speak! Decent food if you're looking for something healthy, protein shakes/smoothies/juices and gluten free. On the other hand service is not great. Went in for a smoothie and breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread and after leaving noticed it was most definitely not gf. Gave them a call to check and was told they messed up and would replace it but I was already too far gone. Later in the day returned for a sandwhich and the service was rude and unpleasant when telling them what happened that am and asking to double check that it was made gf. They did not acknowledge replacing the breakfast either. Service over all is not friendly, informative, attentive or helpful in any way. Shame because it could be a great spot!! read more
