Matcha Boba Milk and cold brew
    Secil A.

Quick service, delicious milk tea and very friendly staff! The owner is introducing cold brew to the menu and gave us a sample; it's simply delicious!! They even have dog treats. The space is small so not a lot of space to sit. When I asked about sugar, they clarified saying the drink comes with a default sugar amount and asked if I like my drink very sugary. I really appreciated that clarification! Highly highly recommend this lovely place! :)

I ordered the jasmine tea with jasmine jelly. Jasmine jelly was amazing! They added texture. My husband ordered a strawberry drink, it was delicious too. They offer buy one get one free for your birthday. Friendly and helpful service! Will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

This was a cute, small little place. There was a couple of benches may be enough for six people total in the store but mainly a Togo place. I had the Barley Milk Boba I thought that was pretty good. Services friendly staff. They do have a Rewards system. Cute place would go again if in the area and craving Boba.

The best tea shop I've ever been to. Incredibly friendly staff, wonderful variety of teas. The taiwanese lemonade with milk cap was truly one of the most delicious drinks I've ever had. We sampled some of the snacks they are going to start selling within the coming weeks and I can't wait to come back and stock up ! Don't miss this gem! They just opened within the last month and they deserve so much love. Awesome spot to stop in while you're waiting for dinner or looking for a pick me up!

What a lovely amazing tea place! Shout out to the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff! They Spent time explaining all the different tastes, techniques and origins of the various teas and drinks they offer. Also offered multiple samples for me to try and taste. The oolong tea is roasted well and even has a natural sweetness. I love the cold brew green tea. Super refreshing and thirst quenching for the sultry summer! They started the tea leaf with hot water and then cold brew for 10+ hours! I even did some more batches of cold brew on my own with the tea leaves after I finished the bottle - still delicious! One of the best tasting and great quality teas I've had! The La Vie En Rose is very interesting. Just be aware that the ginseng taste is very strong which may be an acquired flavor for some - very prominent herbal scent.

without sugar you still get just enough of a subtle sweetness from the jelly to complement the natural bite of the green tea

I was eyeing the Thai Lemonade, Barley Tea, and Boba options but got the Formosa Jasmine (a vegan item) with house made Jasmine Matcha Jelly -- can't get this anywhere else in nyc or the world! Locals get credit-based discounts if they use the laundromat next door so this was virtually free. ($1 for topping since only main menu items can be redeemed) I love that the menu features all natural minimal ingredients like ginseng, matcha, local honey, soy milk alternative, etc. The tea tasted fresh and clean. Hits the spot on a sunny summer day. feeling lucky that we have this new neighborhood spot and will definitely be a return customer

came here to get an ice green tea yogurt drink with lemon jelly. It's very good. The store uses real tea leaves to brew the drinks and not artificial powder for the flavor. They also provide non-dairy/vegan options. I also have tried their boba and it's the perfect texture, not too chewy and not too hard. just the right among of chewiness. In addition, the boba is perfect amount of sugar level, not too sweet but also has flavor.

    Peach Oolong with Lavender

Per Andrew's recommendation, we got a hot Peach Oolong with Lavender that was delightful! Sweet but not too sweet and teeming with peach and strong tea flavor. It was perfect for a cold winter day. While we waited, he also offered samples of their Blueberry Slushy, which was icy and, once again, not too sweet. Andrew was so kind and speedy with his service - hope to be able to come back soon!

I tried milk tea and tea jelly at Tea Art. They are both delicious!! Especially the tea jelly, it's so good! It's not overly sweet and you can taste the tea flavor. The cream on top makes it taste like milk green tea, it's really yummy! The staffs there are super friendly! If you are around the area, it's a good spot to grab some unique drinks and desserts!

I was looking for a place with clean, simple, organic ingredients and I got lucky today! This was the absolute best iced hibiscus tea I've ever had. And I travel a lot and drink tea all day every day. It had a slight roasted flavor to it which I've not had before in a hibiscus & just the right amount of honey. Delicious!

Delicious boba and onigiri! I discovered this place recently and this is the only place in SoHo I'm aware of besides Boba Guys on W Houston that sells boba (I don't consider Nolita part of SoHo)

No real interaction with the staff but they are efficient. Place is clean with some space for seating. Funny conversation to eavesdrop on but a couple was on a date and the girl was talking about her psychedelic experience doing mushrooms and an alien god judging her about her network of friends...I normally don't eavesdrop but couldn't help it in such a small sitting area

This location is accessible via A train at 42nd Street Port Authority. Upon arriving there was a woman in front of me arguing with the staff persistently haggling the price to be lowered, but to no avail. Woman, no means no! There are other bubble tea businesses within the locale that may appease your needs, but not this particular Gong Cha whom apologized for the inconvenience of the inability to lower the price on the product ordered. As I waited patiently, I took photos of this business' environment. The staff stated the cash register is not working and currently unable to accept either credit or debit cards, but cash only payments. Ergo, I was unable to obtain a sales receipt nor a drink label printed. I wonder if the staff reboot the register or check their internet connection to be offline as the cause of non-functioning O/O/O. [1] Customer service is average. Well... if the staff can lower the price for one customer why not lower it for ALL customers? Surely, why not make my drink order as inclusion for lowering the price, please? Hell no, of course not! The conclusion was ironclad. In the real world, this cannot happen. As I stood on line waiting for this woman to let go and walk away from her argument I had shrunk to my own gnawing thoughts. I took photos of the atmospheric environment. There is a cute signage: "Bubble tea where refreshment meets creativity." The pink metal water bottle is very adorably cute which is something that I would certainly purchase. Peach green tea, medium $7.25 My favorite default topping grass jelly (aka herbal jelly) loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my standard request for $0.75 which was good, but not served chilled. At 30% sugar level request, it was slightly higher in sugar content. Former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg would shake his head at me in disbelief with disapproval and disappointment for consuming this excessively sugary drink. The peach green tea was not the cause of the sweetness but a man-made sugar embed measurement error. Nevertheless, this Gong Cha satisfied my bubble tea fix as it is now my addiction - in addition to my other addiction, writing. [1] O/O/O = Out Of Order

Ahh, grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my childhood favorite dessert and summons nostalgia! It is my mission to search for bubble tea businesses that offers grass jelly as a topping for my primary reason to patronize. It was abundant which filled one quarter of my medium sized drink. The grass jelly topping is New York City standard priced at $0.50 at least there is sustainability and a sense of normalcy. I requested regular ice, but the entire ice dispensed disappointedly melted and the drink became room temperate. Heat wave medium $6.00 Passionfruit green tea with grass jelly, 50%, light sugar. The drink alone was good quality. While scanning the electronic menu the drink names appear very comical and not business appropriate as well as this bubble tea business name Ho Ho Te. The sound speakers is boisterously loud blasting music directly at my face by the ordering counter. The cashier associate was 90% inaudible of her customer service questions due to the boisterously loud blasting music as I had to fight loud vs. loud by blurting loudly several times: "WHAT?" Why would a business intentionally place sound speakers in front of a ordering counter station where customers must communicate their food/drink orders? How can customers place their drinks orders with clear specific description/instructions only for the cashier associate to inadvertently obfuscate by misinformation because the message conveyed was utterly misinterpreted? Communication is vital for ordering and order fulfillment accuracy in the food service industry! The cardboard paper straws available are environmentally sustainable friendly for biodegradable and compostable. However, these cardboard straws taste AWFULl!! The drink selection is very limited menu compared with other bubble tea competitors. Disappointedly there is no Jasmine green tea on the menu. There are some food items. Takeout menus are available for grabs. Loyalty card is available which also serve as business card where the back is printed in gold foil. This business is very accessible by MTA NYC Transit at Port Authority 42nd Street's A, C, E trains and buses near the peripheral of Times Square.
