This was a very cute, very small shop with a quirky touch since there's even a piano inside. Seating is extremely limited, only about 2-3 tables, so it's not really a spot to sit and hang out for long. It works better as a grab-and-go place. I got the lemon strawberry passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly, and my friend got the lemon strawberry pineapple green tea. At first glance, the drinks looked identical, which was a little confusing. Both had pulp in them, and since mine was supposed to be strawberry and passion fruit, I wasn't expecting that. Drinking it confirmed there were seeds or pulp, and for me that's not the best texture since I don't like pulp in boba drinks. That being said, the overall flavor was good. I went with my usual order at any bubble tea place- passion fruit green tea. They prompty made it and handed it over to me. One sip, and I was sold. This bubble tea tasted so authentic, and I haven't experience this type of bubble tea since my trip to Singapore. It was absolutely delicious. The flavors were balanced and I could taste most the green tea and passionfruit. The boba was cooked to perfection. And as a little treat, there were passion fruit seeds inside the drink too. Absolutely love this place! All the drinks are super refreshing and made with fresh ingredients, I mean you can literally hear them hand making/hitting the fruits for the teas. They offer a variety of drinks that differ from other boba shops in the area which I find unique. They also use crystal boba instead of the classic tapioca which I love as an alternative! Their drinks are not too sweet and my favorite has to be their yakult drinks. The service is super fast and the employees often suggest drinks if you're having a hard time. As you can imagine there are a ton of bubble tea shops in Chinatown, but I am so glad we ended up at Miss DU's!! I think I can honestly say this is the best bubble tea I have ever had. My favorite part is that the tea is naturally sweetened which just makes it so refreshing!! We got two iced green teas, one with mango and the other with passion fruit and both with boba. There were chunks of the actual fruits along with a lime which added to experience of the drink. I like the different textures in addition to the flavor. The boba wasn't overwhelming and a really good size, I can't typically finish the boba but I did here! It's a small shop with minimal seating but personally I enjoy walking with my tea so that's no problem. We got our drinks quick and the service was great! Stopped by Miss Du's as it was one of the spots on our list to checkout during this NYC visit! Quite a bit of room inside. Bench to sit on along the left side as you enter. There's a small Bistro table with chairs at the counter. Then, there's a counter with two seats at the window. There's a piano that takes up some space. It's covered and there's signs asking not to put anything on top. They had laminated copies of the menu. We went with simple so we got the Jasmine Green Tea and hot Cheese Green Tea. Both were great. The tea flavor was strong. Next time, will have to try other things on the menu. There's a lot more fruity drinks! read more

Unfortunately, neither of us liked our drinks and were unable to finish it. I appreciated the fresh mango, but the flavor was very subtle. The coconut milk also didn't go well with the drink and threw the taste off.
