Creative drinks and great boba texture Stopped by Tea Maru and tried the mango matcha boba and taro boba. The mango matcha was refreshing and surprisingly well-balanced. The sweetness from the mango complemented the earthy matcha nicely, and the layers looked beautiful before mixing. The taro boba was creamy, smooth, and had a rich taro flavor without being overly sweet. The boba pearls were soft, chewy, and cooked just right. Every sip had a good amount of boba, which made the drinks even more enjoyable. Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff kept things moving quickly despite a steady flow of customers. The vibe is modern, clean, and welcoming, making it a great place to grab a drink and catch up with friends. Overall, a solid boba spot in San Gabriel with fun flavor combinations and quality drinks.
Tea Maru's drinks were pretty good! We were looking around for some bubble tea/boba spots in San Gabriel and we were nearby so we gave it a try. The location is quite busy and the parking lot was full. We did find a spot on the street and just walked over. The location is small and seating is very limited. You can place your orders on the kiosk near the register. There's not much decoration going on, but you can study or do some work here. The drink menu is extensive and adjustments with sweetness can be made. We ended up trying the Okinawa Latte & Sweet Potato Fluffy Matcha. The drinks were made fast and we enjoyed them there. I really liked the Okinawa Latte. The roasted brown sugar flavor and black tea was great! It was a standout in terms of flavor and I think one of their top options. The Sweet Potato Fluffy Matcha was unique and not a bad option as well. My wife and I were pleased with the quality and taste of their drinks. Come by and give them a try. ( ^_^)b
I came here on a weekday late afternoon to get a boba drink. There was plenty of parking at this time. It was easy to order at the kiosk. I got the Maru Milk. The drink was sweet, and the boba was soft and chewy. When the order is ready, the person at the counter should call the name a little louder. I was close by and was watching, so I knew my drink was ready.
This place has a Groupon deal that was like $10 for like $14 worth of drinks. Totally worth it since boba or matcha nowadays cost close to $8. Drinks: 5/5 I really liked my Taro Fluffy Matcha. They use real taro in the drink. It was not too sweet and had taro was in really good chunks that weren't too big but still had good texture. The matcha was really good and balance nicely with the taro. Service: 5/5 This looks like a small family owned shop or franchise. The baristas were friendly and helped us activate our Groupons. The drinks were made fresh to order. Ambiance: 5/5 When we walked in, we saw one of the baristas making the boba. It looked like it was made fresh in house. I think this place would be a wonderful study space or a chill place to just hang out with friends. I cannot wait to try their other teas.
Tea Maru is located in San Gabriel in a small plaza on Las Tunas & Mission. Stopped in after a couple years. The space is bright and clean, with a long bench along the wall. However, there are too few tables to make it feel like a spot to hang out. Ordering is done at a kiosk, which feels a bit impersonal, and there was no greeting from the one employee behind the counter--even though we were the only customers. The kiosk also prompts for a tip before service, which didn't feel warranted based on our experience. On the plus side: The drinks were good. I had the Okinawa milk tea latte, subbing boba for pudding. It was nice to have options to change toppings, choose milk alternatives, adjust ice, and set your preferred level of sweetness. However, some substitutions did have extra costs. With so many tea/boba shops in the area, I think Tea Maru could step up by adding more tables, playing some music, and prioritizing customer service. As it stands, it feels like they're doing themselves a disservice.
Came here for a quick boba pick me up and the drink was heavy on the milk than the tea. Half sweetness was still quite sweet. The handmade boba is the real star here which was perfectly chewy. Boba bumps it up to 4 stars. There's a lot of handwritten signage around for what's available, steps to use the kiosk, etc, but I thin it would help to print/laminate some of those pieces and do a little updating since a lot of the scotch tape is wearing off too.
I've passed by this tea spot numerous times so I know that it's quite small and it's located in a pretty busy plaza so parking can be difficult, especially on the weekends! They're open daily 11:30am-10:30pm Ordered Doordash and it arrived in less than an hour! They have a Doordash promotion currently - Honey Tea - 2 for $5.99 - Mango Jasmine Tea - 2 for $8.20 Menu has a good variety of tea and milk teas. Pricing is reasonable and most drinks are $5-7+. Toppings range from $0.65-$1.00 Loved that there are sugar, ice adjustments, as well as milk substitutions! The Mango Jasmine Tea with Housemade Boba was delicious! Got it half sweet and it was not too sweet and very refreshing! The Jasmine Tea tasted freshly brewed and fragrant! The Mango puree was very yummy and was made with real fruit! The Housemade Boba was very chewy and good! It was so soft and fresh! Definitely recommend getting this drink and the boba is a must! Overall, I really enjoyed my drink and will definitely recommend and return!
I came here because of the fresh boba and enjoyed that there were different flavors like strawberry boba. I like that it's handmade which can be difficult to find. The drink I got was adjusted in sweetness and I got the cheese foam which had a nice balance. The staff was pretty helpful and friendly. The shop had open seating which didn't feel crowded when I went.

What separates Tea Maru from other boba shops their in-house craft of boba daily, using real fruit, vegetable, or simple ingredients... there's a definite difference in texture & chewiness! According to their website, they use natural ingredients & simple sweetener instead of powder, creamer, & fruit syrup. Confident in their handcrafted drinks, they offer a guarantee to remake your drink if you're not happy with it. I ordered a Kiwi Citrus Breeze with Mixed Boba because my son was into fruit teas at the time. If you want to try a mix of their craft boba, it's an extra 25¢ surcharge... $1.00 for a sampling of strawberry, mango, & brown sugar, totally worth it! Our drink was served quickly even with a few customers ahead of us. We weren't greeted upon entry because the bobaristas were busy executing loads of drinks, but she was warm & friendly when we picked up our drink. The tea had a fragrant floral jasmine flavor with sweet kiwi that's countered with zesty, citrusy lemon with tons of fresh, QQ chew boba (almost 1/3 cupful)! This was one of the few times that the drink was finished with quite a bit of leftover boba. The strawberry & brown sugar boba were most flavorful, but the mango wasn't as prevalent; other than its golden orange-yellow coloring, I probably didn't know that they were mango flavored boba. Their menu consists of signature drinks, tea lattes, fresh fruit teas, fresh brewed teas, cheese foam teas, & slushes; if this doesn't appeal to you, they also offer a "create your own drink" option. Price points are comparable to most boba shops in the area. Busy boba shop with efficient staff. We visited during the pandemic & the shop was cramped due to supplies being stocked in the dining area, & tables had their chairs flipped over & stacked to prevent indoor seating. Tea Maru in San Gabriel in SGV is so good! I came here with my boyfriend to satisfy our milk tea craving and I'm happy to report craving was satisfied. The place was small and had minimum tables but it's a relaxing vibe in there if you get one table lol I ordered the Okinawa latte, which was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. My boyfriend got the mango slush with ice cream We kept stealing sips from each other because both drinks were that good. Great boba, great atmosphere, staff was super nice and a perfect spot for a chill date. We'll be back

Best teas I have ever had in a long time. This is one of my top places to come and get a tea. I love how it has the pieces of fruit one of my favorite things to have. The location is easy to find just the parking might be difficult to find due to the place is in a strip mall. Other than that come and try one of the many drinks they have to offer you won't regret it at all.

The tea is absolutely delicious, and the customer service is amazing. I messed up stabbing the straw through and they offered to reseal for me! They're sweet & make great teas. :) Left: my boyfriend doesn't remember what he ordered, but it was the 1st thing listed on the kiosk! normal ice, 75% sweet, maru cheese foam, with strawberry boba. Stumbled on this place after having golden deli. I had the matcha affogato strawberry but they have a whole matcha series right now with many different flavors. I had it subbed with oat milk. It literally tasted like boba guys with the strawberry matcha. So good! Boba texture was a little on the firm side in my opinion. read more

There aren't a lot of basic drinks here. My usual go to drinks are passion fruit green tea or oolong milk tea but they didn't have either of those here. I ended up trying their strawberry fluffy matcha and it was soooo good. You can't adjust the sweetness levels unfortunately but to my surprise it wasn't super sweet. Although the drink looks really aesthetic when it has its 3 layers, make sure to shake the drink to mix all of the flavors together. The bitterness of the matcha, neutral creaminess of the milk, and sweetness of the strawberry jam all blends together creating an excellent drink. My friend ordered their Maru milk and he did not like it but is their number one drink so give it a try if you are a fan of brown sugar boba milk. Overall I would go again and most likely order the same drink. read more
Really great boba here! It truly lives up to the rave! Fresh Taro Milk Boba -- You can choose between crushed or slushie ice. I went with slushi and it makes the drink easier to swallow. They use fresh taro which makes the drink have a grainy texture. It's not my favorite but I absolutely loved the flavor. I also love that they allow you to change the sweetness -- I always go with 75% and it never disappoints. The sweet potato boba that comes with this really is a gamechanger. It compliments the drink so well and it wouldn't be the same without this. To be completely honest, I am not the biggest boba drinker but this is my new favorite boba drink combination! Grapefruit -- Unless you like bitter, I strongly don't recommend going any sweetness under 75%. They use fresh grapefruit which will overpower the entire drink and have a very strong taste. Get this this drink with any of the jellys and you're golden! Classic Brown Sugar Milk Tea Boba -- Kids and Partner had this and LOVED it. Kids are pretty picky with Milk tea especially because the tea can often be overpowering and almost bitter. But this boba was the perfect mix of flavors and they crushed it! Also went with 75% and it was just the right amount of sweetness. The boba texture is soft, chewy and very good. You can't go wrong with any of the signature drinks from Tea Maru. Parking is shared in a small plaza lot. You can order ahead online and they'll text you when your order is ready. Definitely a great boba place in the 626, highly recommend for the higher quality bobas! read more

Conceptually a great place because of the boba that is made in house - who doesn't love the idea of fresh, house-made boba - but it just wasn't very impressive. The boba was rather hard and not as soft or chewy. It also didn't taste all that different from standard boba (maybe because sweet potato doesn't have a very strong flavor). Also $5.95 PLUS TAX totaling out to almost $6.50 is insane for such a regular sized cup of boba!! Yes, I am fully aware and understand that the drink is made with FRESH TARO, but the rest of the drink is LITERALLY just MILK and ICE. There are other places that also use fresh taro without charging at such a high price. On top of that, the ice is crushed to fill up the cup, but it is so poorly crushed it's leaves a bad consistency. Fun to try but wouldn't come back or recommend if I'm being honest. read more

Barely any customer during weekday nights. Indoor seats available. Small parking area and gets packed very quickly. Service was nice, quick, and simple. Got the wintermelon latte and it was not bad. 25% Sweetness level was perfect for me. Strawberry boba was pretty good. Hint of sweet and very chewy. Brown sugar milk is very sweet. Standard drink. Tea Maru is one of my favorite boba place in Alhambra. Drinks never disappoints and the joint is big enough to hang out for a party of 4-6 ppl. They use fresh ingredients and most importantly their boba is homemade and cooked perfectly with the right amount of chewiness. Although the drinks run between $5-$6, it's still worth the treat once in a while. They also offer non dairy milk for the lactose intolerant customers. The milk slushy based teas are also very refreshing. It goes really well with the sweet potato boba since it's on the more sweet side. The most popular signature drink you have to check out is the Maru Milk with Brown Sugar Boba. You can also ask for less sugar in the drink too. The drink I had was nothing out of the ordinary, though it wasn't too bad either. I ordered the Maru Milk with Brown Sugar Boba and picked 75% for the sweetness level because it was night time and I thought 100% would be too sweet. But after tasting it, 75% did not seem sweet enough. I wish I had gotten 100%! The boba balls were sweet and pretty delicious BUT they were extremely chewy. Probably because my friend and I showed up at 10pm on a Tuesday (which is 30 minutes before they close). When I finished my drink, a lot of the boba balls were stuck at the bottom and I couldn't even get them with my straw so I just gave up lol they do have black sesame balls but only during the weekend. As for parking, they have a lot, which is super convenient and since we came late, it was pretty empty. Lastly, they sell reusable straws (regular-sized straws and boba straws), which I thought was pretty cool! read more

Housemade flavored boba with your tea? Sign me up please. My first time trying flavored boba and I ordered the creamy matcha dalgona with housemade taro puree, cheese foam and mixed flavored boba. Loved the combo but I was only able to taste the strawberry boba out of the mix and it was soft, chewy and was not overpowering the drink. I loved the taro puree which obviously was made using taro root and its great to be able to customize your drink with the amount of sweetness/ice etc. Definitely will go back to try out more! read more
I feel really bad leaving an average review, but it was very average (maybe even less) from my experience. I ordered maru milk with sweet potato boba. I drove from Pasadena because I was so excited to try their sweet potato boba mentioned on Yelp. Maru milk (like tiger milk) part was good. I have brown sugar syrup at home so I can make the same thing myself. But I can't make boba at home easily which is why I even go to boba places in the first place. I was disappointed by their sweet potato boba. It had no sweetness to it. I feel like someone forgot to put boba in the syrup after washing them? It definitely did not feel like it was worth $6+ Maybe I will stop by again when I am in the area to order something else on their menu. Hope it is as good as people say. read more
I enjoyed the strawberry fluffy matcha and the mango fluffy matcha! I made the mistake of not mixing it before inserting the straw but so glad I had a second drink! It's delicious; along with the house made boba! I always like to try everything at 100% first and then taper down the sweetness! I also would try with oatmilk next time too!! I think the matcha series is perfect as is! I would definitely come here again! The signature strawberry drink was excellent at even 50% sweetness! My bf devoured that! read more

The taro milk with sweet potato boba was awesome! It tastes exactly like the taro milk I drink all the time in Taiwan with real taro bits. The sweet potato boba had a subtle taste and was really chewy even after an hour. Overall I loved my drink, even though it wasn't marked as a popular item on their menu. Would highly recommend it! I ordered at 50% sweetness. Uji matcha with cheese foam was also good. Matcha flavor was strong and went well with the slightly salty cheese foam. I'll be back for sure to try the other boba flavors! Went here for my first Yelp elite event. I'm not a big boba fan but they do have drinks you can get without boba. I got the grapefruit tea but wanted to make sure it was sweet as I don't care for unsweetened tea in general. I asked the girl at the counter what level of sweetness she would recommend. She said like 75% so I said okay. In retrospect, I should have gone the full Monty but that was my fault. The girl was very courteous and helpful. The place is clean and parking is in a strip center and was easy enough although I did go on a Mon around12:15pm. read more

Tea Maru reminds me of One Zo, who also serves handmade boba. They are a hidden gem in a small plaza (same plaza as El Pollo Loco - across from Bopomofo). They have potato boba, taro boba, brown sugar, and mixed boba. I have been here twice and ordered their Oolong milk tea and Jasmine Green milk tea with mixed boba with 50% sugar. Both drinks tasted really good. You can definitely tasted the strong Oolong flavor. Upon arriving, you can order from their kiosk machine or order in the front. Staffs here are extremely friendly and patient. I will definitely come back to order more drinks from them. read more
In the mood for boba, decided to give Tea Maru a try. Storefront is situated inside busy strip lot, next to a hair salon shop (hair club 20). I believe this used to be the old location of ShareTea. Strip lot parking is a bit of challenge...I ended up parking across the street at Golden Deli. Neighborhood streets are good options too. This boba shop is small but they have a handful of tables, so you can chill and enjoy your boba. Space is a good enough size to accommodate both small or large group. I got their signature tea maru latte with green tea (Large $5). It comes with an assortment of different flavored, colored bobas (strawberry, sweet potatoes and mango) and you can adjust sweetness of the drink. The drink was fabulous. Tasted light and not too creamy. Colored bobas were aesthetically pleasing and texture was on par. I thought the flavors of the bobas were subtle. All in all, great experience. There's no crazy line like some boba places in SGV. I will definite come back and try other drinks. read more
Definitely one of my fave boba places when I lived in LA. I like that their tea and boba quality (it's those in store made one) was always consistent when I went. Also a big plus that it's right next door to my fave nail place! Parking here can be kinda tough though...but there tends to be quite a few residential parking spots available, so not a big deal. Prices are also reasonable. These are the drinks that I have tried: - Okinawa milk tea w/ brown sugar boba and once with mango boba: this is my go to order here, okinawa milk tea w/ brown sugar boba. Perfect balance of tea and sweetness. The brown sugar boba also adds some flavor and sweetness to the drink. One time I saw that they had mango boba so I decided to try it. Sadly was disappointed. I was expecting it to be the same chewiness like their brown sugar boba but it was a really weird texture and had no flavor to it. Not sure if I just had a bad batch or if their fruity bobas are just like that ): - Maru Milk w/ brown sugar boba: a class and was perf - Fresh taro milk w/ sweet potato boba: I'm usually picky with taro as a lot of places uses powder, but not here, it actually taste fresh and really good - Strawberry blast: very refreshing, taste like strawberries LOL Definitely give them a try if you're in the area. For the most part, they are consistent and offer other toppings other than boba, unlike One Zo. read more

If you love fresh, fruity, and unique boba, come to Tea Maru! My normal order is the Uji matcha latte with strawberry boba. They recently added mango boba, which I just tried, and fell in love with. It's sooo soft and chewy (well, all of their boba is), and it has just the right amount of sweetness. The mango flavor also comes through really well while not being overwhelming. All of their boba is made in-house! The machine is right out front, so you can watch the magic happen. All of their boba, from strawberry to mango to sweet potato to brown sugar, is super soft and fresh all the time. The texture is also different than classic boba. It feels like a mix between traditional boba and mochi! Tea Maru is definitely my favorite place in SoCal. Nevermind the 30-minute drive it takes me to get here, I'm down for Tea Maru anytime! read more
I was craving boba and thought I'd give Tea Maru another try. I ordered a grapefruit green tea for myself and a brown sugar milk tea for my friend. It didn't taste water down this time and the boba was amazing! My friend also liked the brown sugar milk tea and had the right amount of sweetness compared to One Zo where extra sugar was still subtle. read more
Meh but the Boba Pearls are bomb! Being a boba fanatic with dairy restrictions, it's hard but they do have other milk options for us Non Dairy Drinkers! Also, they have house made boba! The boba come with many different flavors such as - Orange - Strawberry - Black Sesame (on weekends) - Purple Yam? - Brown Sugar The drink itself was not so good as I ordered the Uji Matcha Milk Tea with no added sugar and Oat Milk. It was not good as it was mixed before hand. (matcha and water?) The boba balls were also extremely soft but knowing it's housemade, it's fine! The flavors however, are great! Finally was in the area to try this homemade boba place! I liked Onezo maybe a little bit better (another homemade boba shop), but still enjoyed my experience here. WIFI: Free wifi available with plenty of tables and outlets! Would recommend studying here. PARKING: Plenty of parking as it's located in a small plaza. HOMEMADE BOBA: Definitely flavorful and could tell it was homemade! Boba flavors change on a monthly basis: -STRAWBERRY BOBA: This was my favorite as I'm biased as a strawberry lover. -MANGO BOBA: This was okay to me, maybe slightly on the lighter side of flavor but still good. -SWEET POTATO BOBA: These were purple and good! -BROWN SUGAR BOBA: This was also available, however I didn't try it since I figured it was a staple everywhere. STRAWBERRY BLACK TEA ($4.75) with STRAWBERRY BOBA (additional 75 cents): This drink was a little pricey and only comes in a large. I tried ordering this with like 25% sugar but the lady who took my order kind of made it an ordeal to tell me it was a bad idea to do that haha. Odd...she was super adamant about their drinks being made of honey (I'm assuming instead of the traditional sugar syrup) but I eventually just ordered 75% sugar and it's not too sweet so I guess she was right. I can maybe do 50% next time too. Also, they weren't able to change it to green tea which was a bummer. Still enjoyed the drink and found it refreshing. The drinks at Tea Maru aren't too sweet, which may be a preference for some people. I got the Oolong Tea Latte Less Ice and 75% Sugar, but I feel like I could've gone no ice and 100% sugar, since the drink itself was a little bland and because the ice took up a big portion of the small cup. Once you see tea cups with rounded edges (looking at you, The Alley ) that already sets off a flag for me- these cups hold less liquid and thus the drinks are more expensive (per ounce) than other boba shops. The boba itself was interesting, and definitely different than conventional boba. They say they make their boba in-store, and because of that the texture and flavor is very different than one would expect. The flavored boba doesn't really pop out on what the flavor is, other than the sweet potato. Even then they aren't very sweet, and the texture is chewy and a bit pastey. The restaurant itself has a large seating area, so it's great if you want to sit and talk with friends or do work. read more

Tea Maru is one of my favorite boba shops. Their boba is homemade and super delicious. Even after putting it in the fridge, it doesn't harden nearly as much compared to other bobas that I've gotten from other places. I come here often whenever they have their 15% off reward from FiveStars. My favorite is their tea maru latte (I get green tea). It's basically green milk tea with mixed boba. You can also request only one boba flavor as well (strawberry, sweet potato, mango, brown sugar, etc.). What I like about Tea Maru is their tea. They brew it perfectly where the tea is strong but not bitter. In addition, they use milk instead of powdered creamer so the milk tea doesn't taste too thick. Although my favorite is the Tea Maru Latte, I know a variety of their drinks are super popular amongst people I know such as the Grapefruit Fantasy, Taro Storm, and Uji Matcha Latte. One comment I do have is that their sweetness level doesn't seem to be standardized. I usually get 50% sweetness and how it tastes constantly fluctuates from 75% to 25% depending on who makes my drink. Regardless, their drinks are fresh and delicious and I don't really mind much about sweetness level, so long as the strong tea flavor is there. :) read more
I really don't understand why the places with housemade boba which has texture slightly superior to other boba shops offer such mediocre tea. It might be just the matcha latte I ordered, but it felt a bit watered down even though the strawberry boba is really good. Keep in mind that the "strawberry boba" is just regular boba with a slight hint of strawberry flavor. It kind of gave me the vibes of One Zo where the housemade boba is really chewy and great, but the tea is terrible. However, this place is slightly superior in quality, but the drink itself leaves a lot to be desired. There are plenty of solid boba places in the 626 area, which offer much better tea options with similar chewy boba texture, even if it's just regular honey boba. read more

The manager reached out to me with a gift card so that I could give Tea Maru another try. I ordered at the counter and that was far easier than the kiosk at the front door. I decided to try: Strawberry Matcha Dalgona w/ Strawberry Boba (3/5): I actually liked that they used a light amount of matcha and strawberry purée in this drink as it didn't make it too sweet. The bitterness of the matcha and the sweetness of the purée balanced each other out well. Back then when they first open I felt like their drinks were not consistent so I stopped coming here. I was nearby and decided to give it a try again and the drinks this time is actually pretty good. One of my favorite drinks is the iced black tea with ice cream. I saw the iced green tea version with ice cream and had to try it. Man I was hooked! Now I'm holding myself back from coming back here to get this drink everyday. Small parking lot so you might have to park on the street if it's busy. read more

Yay, another boba place in San Gabriel. ;) I'd rate this a 4.5 because the drinks were good, but there was nothing that made it stand out from the competition. I came here with my classmates on a Friday afternoon to sit down and chat and we had a good time. I ordered the strawberry black tea with strawberry boba. It was a lot of strawberry flavor going on, so I'd recommend getting with normal boba. The flavors tasted original and of very good quality. The boba is really tender (yes I used tender to describe boba) and very tasty. The complexity of the menu is something that draws people to Tea Maru. There are great sounding drinks to choose from. If you're in the area, take a look at Tea Maru! Parking: It is located in a very busy plaza, so be careful driving in the parking lot and be patient. :) read more

Tea Maru is known for special flavors of boba, albeit at a higher price. I've been here twice already and while I wince slightly from the price of the drinks here, I thoroughly enjoy my drink and boba. Both times, I've gotten the Grapefruit Fantasy with sweet potato boba, half sugar. The half sugar is the perfect amount of sweetness for me because the boba adds a light sweetness too. The drink is super refreshing and doesn't taste artificial/syrupy at all. My only gripe with Tea Maru is that drinks are around $6 here, which is kinda high.... Oh well, I'll still be back for the drinks! Service is pretty standard for a boba place. read more
I was super hyped to go to Tea Maru for their flavored boba but I was a little let down. The place was pretty busy around 2 PM and people were coming and going consistently. They have a picture menu on the wall with their specialty drinks so I picked two off of their list, the kiwi citrus drink and their taro iced milk with sweet potato boba. The girl who was at the register was a little impatient with us and didn't seem to want to answer any of our questions. I did like that she repeated our drink order back to us though because sometimes they get it wrong. The kiwi citrus drink is heavily flavored by the mango boba that is included in the price. Be sure to MIX your drink before taking a big gulp or else you will get a mouthful of sugar (yikes lesson learned!). I opted for 25% sugar and am SO glad I did because the syrup from their special mango boba was enough to sweeten the drink up nicely. I, however, didn't taste mango in the boba that was also way too soft. I liked the taro ice blended drink but the sweet potato boba really let me down. It was really hard and basically tasted like nothing. Total was $12 which I have come to realize is now average for a boba shop. Overall, just average but I heard their drinks depend on who is making it for you. I did like the peppa pig drawing they had by the register though. Nice try hah!
