I've been here a couple times & the drinks are decent. I'd recommend getting less sugar since their drinks are usually pretty sweet. Today I got the milk green tea + matcha puff cream and my boyfriend got the chrysanthemum tea. You can't ever go wrong with the chrysanthemum tea but my drink was too sweet. I also was not a fan of the matcha puff cream! If I were to go back, I'd get half sugar! Another thing was that their menu was limited compared to the other tea stations I've been at. It's currently still their soft opening but I'm so glad they opened this place so close to my boyfriend's house. I was really sad after TBay closed down but yeah for Tea Station opening just down the street! They currently have a promotion for cold large drinks, buy one get one 50% off. Since it was pretty cold, my boyfriend and I got hot drinks though. We ordered a hot royal milk tea with 25% sugar and a hot honey lemon green tea. I recommend changing your sugar levels if you usually don't like your drinks too sweet, their drinks are on the sweeter side. The drinks did take a while, but it was understandable since it just opened and we could tell the workers were getting drinks out as fast as they could. The royal milk tea was good though. Decent flavor but unsanitary! I witnessed a worker grabbing two cups from the top (putting fingers into the openings) and then brush off some dropped ice from the counter with their bare hands. This worker then grabbed a rag and wiped down the counter. Then, the worker used the cash register; the worker performed a credit card sale (which means handling someone's card, putting it on a tray, touching receipts, etc) and then made this person's drink. All this was done before the worker finally washed their hands. I believe the worker only washed their hand because it got sticky from the drink they made. I'm intentionally not identifying the worker because there were three of them there at the time and IDK how they were trained but if one worker was unsanitary, i wouldn't be surprised if they all were. This location just opened up in the new Camellia Square. I stopped by the other day to try their drinks because they're currently doing a buy 1 get 1 50% off cold drinks promo. First impression of this place is that it's quite spacious (for being an "express" location). However, the prices of the drinks are quite expensive. All the drinks come as a large but each drink is like $6-7!! We ordered an osmanthus oolong and a rose milk tea, both less ice and half sugar. The drinks came out extremely sweet. Half sugar here is pretty much regular sugar at other tea houses. Taste-wise both drinks were pretty good. Strong tea flavor and nothing that tasted artificial. But even though the drinks are good, I just can't justify paying full price for a milk tea. read more

Yay I'm always excited when another boba shop opens in the 626 even though there are dozens already (bobalife!). I'm even more excited because it's a Tea Station; their milk tea is among my very favorites since it really does taste consistent with the Ten Ren's drinks in Taiwan (Ten Ren's is the parent company). [ DRINKS & FOOD ] All the drinks here are large size and include tax so don't be put off at the prices at first, although it is probably more worth it to go to a regular Tea Station and take advantage of the free size upgrade on to-go iced drinks. There are also snacks like popcorn chicken and fries on the limited food menu. [ SERVICE ] The service at the other Tea Station stores is pretty lacking, but I'm impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the cashiers here - I don't know if it's because it's still soft opening but I hope they can keep it up! The name itself says this is an Express store so you probably shouldn't expect to bring your laptop and do any studying or work. There are about three small tables; I forgot to check if there is wifi. Shocked at this place...7 bucks for a large drink and it's not even good. This is not the tea station I know...the sweetener they use and the quality of the tea is crap tbh. And the staff is also horrible. I waited 10 minutes and my drink still hasn't been made...as it turned out they forgot to make my drink. I very much enjoy the drinks that they serve at this location. I am a follower of the Tea Station franchise. When I heard that they were opening a new store near my house I was ecstatic. Although it's a shame that they do not serve food at this location and drinks are limited to their most popular ones, they still serve the best tea and boba in the SGV. Heck, it's a good place for new comers to come to because you will never get the "wrong" drink! The vibe of this new store is different from the ones that they have previously opened. The music is on point for those that are coming to relax, talk, and study. As a student I appreciate that the place is very cozy and somewhat quiet. I will definitely come back again!! I ordered a milk green tea and I have to say it's probably the worst milk green tea I have ever had. All I tasted was creamer and I could barely taste the tea at all. It even started to taste artificial/plastic like. I've had better tea from places that are considered more of the cheap end. The service wasn't very good either. I stood at the register while the girl on the register started helping me, then turned around to ask her coworker questions. She left me standing there for around 3 minutes just of her back faced to me talking to her coworker. I think it would have been more professional to let me know that she is unsure of something and that she'll be right with me rather than just leaving me there standing and waiting. The amount of time I waited for my tea was pretty long too for something so simple. I still got it faster than the guy before me, who was waiting even longer. Uh, no thank you. I came here on a hot summer day to meet my girlfriend and wanted a cold drink to cool down. The guy at the counter was awkward and not really friendly but whatever, no big deal. I ordered an Iced Chrysanthemum Tea and there was so little ice in there that it pretty much melted away in minutes, leaving me with a rather lukewarm drink. The honey green tea is pretty solid here. First time I came here, I got half sweet and it was still too sweet for me. I got 25% sweet the second time and it was perfect. The tea they use here is quality-you can definitely taste the difference. The green tea is more fresh and fragrant compared to most places who serve a dull and one-dimensional tea (probably because it has been brewed and stored for a while). My only gripe about this place is the price. I think $4.75 for a regular size is pretty steep. The free large upgrade makes it a little more bearable, but still expensive. You do get what you pay for though. The quality is definitely there. Would I come back? Yes, only if I am in the area. Would I go out of my way to come here? No, because its pricey and the parking here sucks. PS. Do yourself a favor and get a stamp card. You get a free drink after 10 purchases. Tea Station has always been overpriced for their mediocre drinks that are comparable to the cheaper boba places in the San Gabriel area. I only came to Tea Station since they had "special" deals that wasn't clearly printed on their flyers. I ended up paying full price for two regular sized drinks, which came to a total of $9. I'm not upset for paying $9, because that's the usual price you'll pay for quality boba drinks, but the drinks here are not up to that scale. The regular milk tea was way too sweet and I did not like how the milk tea had so much foam on top. The Thai tea with boba was alright, also a little bit too sweet. The service here is horrible. When I mentioned I wanted to get a drink that was apart of the offers that they were giving out, the cashier rudely told me it does not start until two hours later. Another time that I visited this location, a worker rolled their eyes at me when I wanted to get "latte" foam art on my drink. I really did not appreciate that and honestly, it really isn't that tough to press a few buttons that does the work for you. I will never be back because I'm never pleased. This location is in the big Temple City plaza. There is plenty of parking underground as well. The good thing about this Tea Station is that it is next to the 15 min parking spots. So you can literally order your drinks and go. My go to drink is the green milk tea. You can also adjust the sweetness level to your liking. I will be revisiting again soon! read more

However, we both asked for our drinks to be only 50% sweet because the guy at the cashier said they can always adjust the sweetness after. TASTE: Rose milk tea ($6) - it was a very strong taste of rose tea. With just the perfect mixture of rose and milk tea. It was very good and we would definitely order it again. Matcha milk green tea ($7) - I was pleasantly surprised to find that the matcha milk green tea uses actual green tea ice cream with green tea and gets blended together with an extra scoop of ice cream that tops it on the end. I usually find myself here when my boyfriend is craving their tea. The place is located in a plaza at the corner of a busy intersection of Las Tunas and Rosemead. There's plenty of parking since they have an underground structure. We come here sometimes on the weekend and still manages to find parking. As for their drinks, it's pretty pricey. I like the drinks here, but a 50% sweetness vs. 75% is a big difference in taste for me. With 50% you can really taste the tea, but with the 75% the tea flavors gets lost because the sweetness of the drink is overwhelming. It's a nice treat once in a while. Surprisingly, this Express location is infinitely better than the Tea Station Temple City that is a few blocks down Las Tunas. The staff here is extremely attentive to sugar/ ice adjustments and I always receive my drink within 1-2 minutes of ordering. There is a bathroom conveniently located in the shop as well and ample seating room. I come here a lot to unwind with friends and it is never too crowded. There is also a row of parking spots designated for to go or pick up customers (limited to 15 minutes) that really facilitates grabbing a quick boba for the road. read more

I came in excited to get my usual tea station drink which is their almond black tea, but sadly it tasted quite dismal. NOTHING like what I'm used to for Tea Station OR Ten Ren which is where their tea base is from..and I've been to multiple locations of both stores. My drink tasted zero like almond and zero like black tea. So....I wasn't quite sure what I was drinking at all. In fact, my friend took a sip and then threw out the rest of his Almond milk tea drink. The extra 1 star is because they made their pearls pretty darn good with just the right amount of chewiness. At least something was good I guess. We always drive by this plaza from Santa Anita Mall and never had a chance to check it out. We always see the tea pot fountain which is eye catching. The plaza is kinda small and kinda hard to find a parking spot. Whenever we drive by, the parking lot is full. Our first visit was when Legendary Pokémon Moltres was released! All these people came and made a huge crowd to catch the legendary Pokémon. It was nice to have some shade and places to have boba. After battling with Moltres, we were exhausted from the heat wave. Since Tea Station was right next to the raid, we checked in. Inside is pretty small and few tables to sit. As you come in, the cashier is right in front so be prepared to order your drink quickly. We have ordered boba drink and a slushy/smoothie. The tables were taken so we had to sit at this high chair next to trash can/restroom. The drinks were pretty good and refreshing. Even though we couldn't catch Moltres that day, we had fun. This tea station accepts AMEX. read more

Came here after dinner for drink and was pleasantly surprised with the service and drinks. When I looked up at the menu I saw the prices were high! And only had one price next to them with no size option. The guy ringing us up was so friendly and explained it's all large sizes and tax is included. I had to buy some boxes of tea but I guess since they just opened, the POS machine can only ring up drinks since it's one based price. Tea and drink ware had to be rung up separately since it doesn't include tax which I didn't mind. They have a soft opening special. Buy one get 2nd drink 50% off. Well worth it since my milk slush was $7 alone but I added the bubble coffee and it came to an even $9.50 for two drinks. This place isn't very big and comparable to the one in Arcadia (99ranch market) with outside seating. They made my drink fairly fast and both workers were all smiles and helpful. read more
