The shop is really clean! The menu is pretty standard for a boba shop. For starters, you choose the size, tea (green or black), syrup flavors and % of sugar. If you are feeling adventurous, you can browse the food and drinks menu for more options. Drinks are served with colorful plastic straws so bring your own straw if you prefer a more sustainable alternative. One of the few boba shops that genuinely knows how to make their teas!! I'd have to say my favorite drink here is the Wintermelon Milk Green tea with boba.The service here is pretty average but the staff is very informative and open to explaining when you want to know a little more about a certain drink. Taste wise, I've never encountered a time when their boba was too hard or bland, it was always the perfect amount of sweetness and had the perfect bounce when you chew. Now here's the tea. They use very high quality tea leaves in their drinks and you can tell right away from the first sip. Their Green Milk Tea is pretty good. It is relatively sweet even at 3/4 sugar, but with ice it helps dilute the sweetness a bit. What I do not like is their boba straws. I understand that paper boba straws are better than plastic, but I think they can invest in better paper boba straws. Because their boba straws are made out of paper, the straw itself gets too wet to the point where you cannot stir the toppings that are in the drink and can't suck the drink up. I will definitely come back here in the near future, but I would bring my own straws instead. read more

Way overpriced but it's 100+ degrees out and ok at least it's going to a small business. I was the only person there at the time, it wasn't busy. The same guy who took my order handed me the tea. I came in on multiple occasions and got their reuseable bottle for $5! This bottle takes a dollar off the drink so why not right? If you go more than five times then you will get yoru bang for the buck! Coming in it is normally not that busy and the customer seervice is pretty good! Yummy drinks. They have a good variety of teas and toppings. I really like their matcha cheese foam. I don't see this topping that often at other tea shops. Their cup sizes are also very generous. They are pretty much a size up. I got a M size cup and it was an equivalent to a L at most tea shops. The employees were helpful and friendly. It didn't take long for us to get our drinks. Ambiance is modern. The shop is small, but kept very clean. Plenty of parking. If you can't find parking on the outdoor lot, there's an underground lot with more spaces. Overall, I like tea station. The prices for drinks are ridiculous. I had a issue when it was $6.50 for a large. Two months later it went up to $ 7.50. Now it's a whooping $9. We order green milk tea and black unsweetened tea. This order has no bells and whistles. Their reward program is a joke. We've spent hundreds of dollars and only earned one $5 reward. The staff can be rude. This Tea Station has been open about 6 or 7 months now and are still in their "soft opening". The current soft opening special is buy 1 large drink, get 2nd large drink 50% off. So when my husband and I came in this past Wednesday, we ended up taking advantage of the special and ended up ordering: Large Iced Almond Milk Tea, $7 (tax included)- I initially ordered this to be made with 50% less sweetener, but it was pretty sweet. So I brought my drink back and the employee behind the counter added more tea to help dilute the sweetness. She told me that typically Tea Station tends to make their drinks sweeter than other tea houses and said she would be more than happy to adjust the sweetness level for me. She said that made with 25% sweetness seemed to better suit my palate and I have to agree. Anyways, the drink itself was good but I think is pretty expensive. Most tea houses charge $4-$5 for a large drink, not typically $7 Large Iced Mixed Fruit Tea, $7 (tax included)- My husband ordered this drink and also requested that it be made with 50% less sweetener. At this level, it was still pretty sweet. My husband didn't want to ask the employee to fix his drink so he just drank it. I liked that his drink had some cut pieces of fruit at the bottom of his cup but I also thought this drink was way too sweet. ---------------------------- (Total= $10 after soft opening special) Service was very friendly. Both employees working on our visit spoke perfect English. The male employee who greeted us when we first came in told us that even we do not see a particular drink on their menu, they can try to make it for us with whatever ingredients that have. Overall, I did enjoy my drink but the price is just a bit on the pricey side. Without the soft opening special, both of these drinks would have cost $14. I don't think I will be back because of it and hope this place considered lowering the price of their drinks. By the way, there is 1 unisex restroom inside. But you need to get the key to use it. Also there is free WiFi available (password is the business phone number). And lastly, there is some food items served at this location, but the female employee who rang us up and adjusted the sweetness of my drink told me that the other location down the street serves more meals and here they only have some snacks available. Also there are some Chinese speaking employees at this location for those customers that need that, but had told me that the location down the street do not speak English that well and are lacking in customer service (I can see why based on their current Yelp review page). Everyone stop what you're doing and get the peach yogurt my lord, it's sooooo goooood. There's a secret menu and you can order lychee yogurt instead which is even better!! Been craving teastation ever since Covid happened but just FYI to all the patrons out there. As of 5/25 it is closed. What I would get if it opened: Rose milk tea half sugar - my always to go drink. Secondly, I asked for 50% sugar, but I had to throw away half of it because it was TOO sweet. Finally, the service wasn't that great, too. I know it's busy and hot but the cashier wasn't nice at all. Tea Station Express is by far the best Tea Station. I know it sounds crazy but it really is. They have a lot more promotions that goes on and their service is so much better(mainly because they have a lot more ABC I think). They are also cheaper by a little bit in terms of pricing and their menu includes the tax. I think my Osmanthus is $6 exactly instead of $6.xx so if I do go out to arcadia/temple city area, I do try to make my way to this tea station even if there is one near my house. Also, I think they make the tea a lot more fresh than other Tea Station. I have been to Tea station so many times in my life that there are other times that they just don't make m Osmanthus the way I want it, but Tea Station Express always makes it perfectly. Definitely shocked at all the numerical values. All drinks are large sized and tax is included though but it just seems expensive (maybe it's really not). There are drinks on the menu that are $7. Their drinks tend to be on the sweeter side so I suggest getting less sugar or trying your drink before leaving. Minus one star because it is pretty expensive compared to other boba places. I only came to place because my friend & I was looking at the Soaring Teapot in the Camellia Square Shopping Center. It was a very hot day, and my friend suggested we go inside this place called - Tea Station for a drink. Although I like ice tea, I'm really not into those "fru-fru" tea drinks, but since my friend was really thirsty, we decided to pop in for a drink. Upon walking into the shop, we were greeted right away and upon looking over the menu, I decided to get a "Healthy Drink" listed on their menu. What I got was a medium Mango Yogurt drink ($5.50), and I think my friend got some kinda Milk Tea with Jelly inside. Not sure if my drink is worth $5.50, but I guess that's the going rate for a medium drink. My Mango Yogurt drink was very watery, a slight taste of mango, and I asked for the lowest sweetness for the drink. What can I say about my drink, it was just "meh" at best...........but like I said before, I'm really not into this kinda stuff in the first place. Beside tea drinks, Tea Station also sell coffee, snacks like - Flavored Snow Ice (or us Hawaii people call it - "Shave Ice"), Strawberry Toast, Sweet Butter Toast, Plum SWeet Potato Fries, & finger foods like Fried Spicy Chicken, and Fried Spicy Chicken Wings. ($3.50) That was pretty tasty except I will ask for no peanuts on top next time. I just feel that it didn't add anything to the taste of the bun, however it gets all over my lips. I've been here a couple times & the drinks are decent. I'd recommend getting less sugar since their drinks are usually pretty sweet. Today I got the milk green tea + matcha puff cream and my boyfriend got the chrysanthemum tea. You can't ever go wrong with the chrysanthemum tea but my drink was too sweet. I also was not a fan of the matcha puff cream! If I were to go back, I'd get half sugar! Another thing was that their menu was limited compared to the other tea stations I've been at. Decent flavor but unsanitary! I witnessed a worker grabbing two cups from the top (putting fingers into the openings) and then brush off some dropped ice from the counter with their bare hands. This worker then grabbed a rag and wiped down the counter. Then, the worker used the cash register; the worker performed a credit card sale (which means handling someone's card, putting it on a tray, touching receipts, etc) and then made this person's drink. All this was done before the worker finally washed their hands. I believe the worker only washed their hand because it got sticky from the drink they made. I'm intentionally not identifying the worker because there were three of them there at the time and IDK how they were trained but if one worker was unsanitary, i wouldn't be surprised if they all were. First impression of this place is that it's quite spacious (for being an "express" location). However, the prices of the drinks are quite expensive. All the drinks come as a large but each drink is like $6-7!! We ordered an osmanthus oolong and a rose milk tea, both less ice and half sugar. The drinks came out extremely sweet. Half sugar here is pretty much regular sugar at other tea houses. Taste-wise both drinks were pretty good. Strong tea flavor and nothing that tasted artificial. But even though the drinks are good, I just can't justify paying full price for a milk tea. read more

Yay I'm always excited when another boba shop opens in the 626 even though there are dozens already (bobalife!). I'm even more excited because it's a Tea Station; their milk tea is among my very favorites since it really does taste consistent with the Ten Ren's drinks in Taiwan (Ten Ren's is the parent company). [ DRINKS & FOOD ] All the drinks here are large size and include tax so don't be put off at the prices at first, although it is probably more worth it to go to a regular Tea Station and take advantage of the free size upgrade on to-go iced drinks. There are also snacks like popcorn chicken and fries on the limited food menu. [ SERVICE ] The service at the other Tea Station stores is pretty lacking, but I'm impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the cashiers here - I don't know if it's because it's still soft opening but I hope they can keep it up! The name itself says this is an Express store so you probably shouldn't expect to bring your laptop and do any studying or work. There are about three small tables; I forgot to check if there is wifi.
