Delicious and very reasonably priced Yunnan rice noodles! So flavorful and there's a self-serve station to add additional toppings (cilantro, green onions, basil). Food was prepared quickly (within ~5 minutes of ordering) and staff was friendly.

Food: Taro Taiwanese Shaved Ice was really good. The shaved milk ice was fluffy and creamy and melted with no crunch. It was not overly sweet and the taro flavor was subtle. There were two sizes. Small is good for 1-2 people, and we were told that large serves 3-4. The popcorn chicken and crispy tofu were both good, as advertised, and actually crispy. They were served with cayenne and soy sauce on the side. Food came out surprisingly fast. Drinks took a bit longer. Drinks: Tried the Matcha Bandera with mango instead of strawberry. I also subbed oat milk instead of regular milk. I thought the flavors worked well together. Also had the Berry Hokkaido which turned out to be Hokkaido milk tea with strawberry puree. Based on the picture on their website I was expecting it to be like a smoothie, but it was just milk tea. It was fine but not very standout.

Pleasantly surprised with this cute little tea shop and restaurant. They have a nice selection of food, snacks, and drinks. Super chill environment where people can come and chat over some boba or dine in for dinner. The food is authentically Chinese from Yunnan province. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend checking this place out for a quick bite or some refreshing drinks.

The passionfruit green tea is refreshing - I recommend 100% sweetness, as it's not overpowering and gives the drink a nice balance. Service is decent. The ambiance is open and airy, with plenty of seating. I especially like the bar seating by the window--it's nice if you're looking to relax and people-watch.

the noodles here are fantastic! they have an authentic broth and a variety of noodle choices. they also offer many different milk, fruit, and classic teas. my food came fast and was even served by one of the baristas! the store is clean and gives me a cozy vibe with all the decorations! 10/10 i would definitely come here again.

I am a certified matcha lover and even more thanks to this place!! It did take awhile to make because I see they hand crafted it with love. The strawberry purée is FRESH and REAL fruit being used not the premade stuff. They make this cup to perfection with no clumps and perfect matcha strawberry ratio. Bonus point for the tiny diney on the cup. It's next to the cutest thrift store. I will drive back to Pasadena for this place.

Good boba but not good service We purchased 2 matcha strawberry bobas and asked to use the bathroom but the gentleman behind the counter said no and locked it. We asked why & he said they were closing. But they were not closing because there were still lots of people in the store & they were still waiting for their food to come outas a matter of fact, there were people who came after us & ordered food. After I begged, he finally allowed one of us to use the bathroom. The matchas were tasty & the cup they came in was cute

The food is amazing as well as the tea. The popping Boba is great. The chicken soup dumplings are amazing and the service is always great. The ambiance is a laid back vibe.

It's located near the intersection by the train crossing. It's a bit difficult to find parking. We found parking on the side street with only a couple mins walk. It wasn't too far. They have kiosks for self-ordering. The drinks and food took awhile to come out. Our order was for to-go. Almond milk tea tasted better than most places out there. The popcorn chicken was a bit too soggy for me.

Local South Pasadenan here. Food used to be good. Found out today the hard way. Beef noodle soup bland no flavor. Their staple popcorn chicken went down the tube. No basil no flavor. $24 for lunch not coming back. Used to be family owned by Tiger (Shawn) now bought over by some bogus business group about a year ago that changed the recipes to probably save a buck. Let's get better food here and boycott in South Pas and support a new local small businesses. Do not recommend.

Parking is plentiful around the block of TeaMorrow, limited to two hours. They have options to order at the self-service kiosk or directly at the cashier. On a Saturday afternoon, they have regular traffic thought not a line-out-the-door kind of atmosphere - thankfully. Members of the general community frequent TeaMorrow as part of the general strip of small businesses, and many study or work on projects here - or even a quite bite. (And yes, there's Wi-Fi!) One thing to note is that the self-service kiosk does not have Oolong Milk Tea but it does have Peach Oolong Milk Tea (??) - weird! But ordering at the front cleared up this issue; I ordered this with boba for a friend and grabbed myself a 25% (mod) sweet Almond Milk Tea. Almond is one of those "difficult to get right" drinks in my opinion, but TeaMorrow exceeded expectations, especially with the customized sugar. It was on the "tad too sweet end," but better than expected. Wait time was approximately 15 minutes, though, despite the rather empty line - perhaps a shift change.

Drinks are decent, singling out their peach oolong tea, but a lot of misses when it comes to their toppings. I had their seasonal mango mayhem, and it had a combination of soft mango chunks that tasted like they came from a can, and also rock solid chunks that were not yet ripe. It was as if they were more fillers to take up more space in order to minimize the amount of liquid because they were not consumable. The sago was also a weird combination where some were really cooked and the others were really hard. The regular boba is too soft. Overall, I'd say quality of drinks and boba are comparable to Prolecé Tea in Old Town Pasadena, though I'd probably see myself going to Prolecé over TeaMorrow since it's open later.

There's nothing wrong with teamorrow. There's a lot of things on their offering that made me intrigued wanting to try everything. On my first visit i settled on zha jiang noodles with 75% hot, and honeydew milk tea. The honeydew milk tea is pretty alright, although kinda weird that the normal order is lactose free creamer instead of regular milk, but it still tastes nice. Normal sweet is kinda equal with 75% on most boba places. The zha jiang cooked al dente with enough salt and seasoning, and 75% hot is kinda medium hot on most asian places. Not bad at all. But my favorite part of this place the one thing only, their logo with the cute t-rex.

Teamorrow is a true gem, my wife and I finally had a chance to give it a try after hearing some great things about it. Everything we ordered was delicious delicious delicious! We had the Hokkaido Milk Tea with Boba, and the Almond Milk Tea with Boba. The kind lady asked what level of sweetness we would like and gave us suggestions. The food was so bomb! We had the spicy noodles, chive dumplings, and ground beef with rice~ we will be back again! A must must see if you're in South Pasadena. read more

The boba tea was very yummy. But the Crispy chicken was lacking. It wasn't crispy.... more in the way of grainy... the flavor was almost there but it had a bitter taste that only got worse after drinking the boba tea after the chicken. read more

Every time I come here it impresses me even more!! The people here are so friendly and the tea is delicious. I have not tried the food personally but my son has had some of the soups and he loves them. We recommend the guava slushee, and all of the matcha drinks. Whenever we come here they are so welcoming and they always remember us, so we feel like regulars. They can make adjustments on all of the drinks and also make recommendations. The seating area is very clean and comfortable, they have great WfiFi, and nice decor. So this is a great place to get some work done while having a delicious tea. read more

Wanted to try a new boba place with my little sis & by far the best decision was choosing this cute place. We got the Fresca Fresca with milk was honestly so refreshing and light. We also tried the matcha Hokkaido milk and that taste like a perfect combination of milk&green tea ! What makes it even better is having awesome customer service which we got from Erin & Shawn! I went there because this restaurant is in a Taiwanese restaurant category, I had a spicy beef noodle and oolong milk tea. The staff was really nice and I was looking forward to have something tasted like home. Unfortunately I was very disappointed, the beef noodle doesn't taste like where I'm from and the beef tastes like from a package meal, the noodle was over cooked and it has some spices that will never cook in Taiwanese food. I'll say it's Sichuan beef noodle, not Taiwan. Oolong milk tea can't really taste the tea, the stuff told me if I don't like it, he can make a new one for me. But what can you do for the taste less tea? If you never been to Taiwan it might be amazing for you, but if you are looking for Taiwanese food here, it will be a wrong place for you. read more

Super delicious drinks, dumplings and noodles. The atmosphere is very cute and chic in a quiet neighborhood of South Pasadena. The place is perfect for family and friends to eat, drink and chat. The Matcha Hokkaido Milk Tea is yummy. All drinks have customizable sweetness levels perfect for any health conscious customer. I'm so happy I found this new spot. This place is a diamond of unexpected deliciousness !!! I really expected NOTHING aside from some tea, was hungry so I ordered some dumpling, spicy beef soup, popcorn chicken and a few drinks with my girlfriend. the dumplings came out...ok I've eaten thousands of dumplings in many different cities, these were hand made- perfectly cooked, and tasted sooooo good... you have my attention! Then the spicy beef noodle soup came out- delicious. Could not figure out the spices in the broth, talked to my waiter Tiger and he explained they have a mix of Chinese / taiwanese food and they made the food exactly how they made it there- even the noodles felt hand made. Delicious again... The popcorn chicken came- amazing!! Will be back for that !! Their matcha was incredible, very high quality- not like most powder matcha/milk basic combos... this was made properly with attention- it did not come quickly, and there was no one there so I know they spent the time to make it properly. you don't just put powder in hot milk and blend it.. best matcha I've had from a restaurant in the usa. I now wish they had a sit down dark restaurant with a full menu... I wish you continued success- so that this can be a reality!! read more

[This review is for boba only.] 2 stars for great staff and cute decor. I came here twice but the drinks didn't cut it for me. I had jasmine milk tea and green tea with the cheese form top thingy, both with half sweet. The tea was very watered down, maybe was because of the sweetness level but the tea flavor should not be affected by how sweet the drinks were unless they use tea flavored syrups in their drinks. Anyways, the drinks are not cheap but it just didn't taste that expensive to me. read more

I just want to say this is one of my favorite spots in LA! The service is fantastic here. They have good boba, but I'm especially impressed by the quality of their food! They have really solid House Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, one of my favorites in a place like LA where there are so many beef noodle soup stores. The best part of the broth is that it isn't overly sweet like some other beef noodle stores I've been at, making the soup taste so so good and not heavy. The taste of chili and spice really come through nicely. Definitely coming back for more, and can't wait till indoor dining is available! read more

I absolutely love this place. Not only is their milk tea outstanding but they serve food. Both are delicious as the milk tea is very smooth and creamy while the food is very good. The interior is very clean and has a chill vibe. They also have a free upgrade in size for the milk tea if you are in middle or high school. Overall a really good go to place which never disappoints. read more

The drinks are pretty expensive in my opinion...I ordered a grapefruit greentea , my usual go to drink in most tea places and this place charged me $7 for it. The size of the drink isn't bigger, its standard 12oz I believe. The drink was good but not worth paying $7 for. They also have a mini selection of pastries but nothing of my interest. read more

Decent menu with a variety of drinks to refuel the melting pot of Mission Street consumers. Star Three: Smiles. Genuine, not forced, happy countenances of those providing the quality beverages, with or without boba. (potential) Star Four: Solid Snacks. While the liquid treats include a myriad of mixtures, for those wanting to quell a heartier hunger, there isn't much to help. (potential) Star Five: Comfort. Although quite sanitary, the white walls might evoke memories of hospital wards rather than dormitories, the abruptly angled furniture lacking for something softer around the edges which might encourage a longer lounging period rather than rapid turnover. Perhaps a corner with a cushion and some reading material. Bottom line: 3 stars means we will return and support Teamorrow for as long as it exists in this seemingly difficult-to-sustain-a-business location because of the friendly staff and the quality products. read more

The only reason I am rating this 4 stars is because they messed up my drink and the taro tasted a little watered down. I also ordered the first kiss which is just a rose milk tea. It was much better than taro and I ordered it with cheese foam to make it a creamy sensation. It would also taste really good as a slushy. It has a varied menu which I love. I absolutely recommend this place!! read more

Super cute tea shop, and the staff are extremely friendly! The rose milk tea is great, earl grey milk tea is great, oolong tea has a great tea flavor. We've tried the food too, beef noodle soup, spicy dumplings, tea eggs, popcorn chicken, all very good. It's quite pricy to get a tea and fill my stomach here, so I'm trying to just opt for tea. But either way, it's a great place to get a cup of tea and enjoy Pasadena! read more

A Taiwanese place - yay!!! We all love Taiwanese places, especially when we don't need to drive out to San Gabriel valley. Teamorrow (what a cute name) is located on lovely Mission near the train. It's such a cute space!!! The food is super delicious - make sure you ask about their "secret menu" which includes scallion pancakes and Zhong Zi. :) Their boba is tender and delicious and you can get it without any sugar to be healthier. LOL. I really dig the owners. They are very service-oriented and nice. I went there on a Friday night and then brought my entire family back on Saturday. I will definitely come back again!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! read more

I don't live in Pasadena but every time I come and have some time to kill, I stop by TeaMorrow for a drink and snack. My go-to is the passion fruit green tea (no sugar) and the popcorn chicken (spicy). The passion fruit green tea is one of my favorites because it still has the green tea taste. Also, I usually get no sugar but the passion fruit syrup adds just the perfect hint of sweetness. The popcorn chicken is also one of the best I've had around LA. The batter reminds me of the ones from Taiwan and isn't too oily. Also, it always comes fresh piping hot. The only thing to note is that their spicy isn't actually that spicy, but you can always request extra spicy powder. Love this place! read more

All I had was a tiny sip and I quivered. And I knew that it was a subpar-mediocre iced coffee. The price does not reflect the quality, I threw it away. No wonder the rating was utterly garbage. I suggest they overhaul their drinks. Overall, I will never come back again. And waste my resources. Not sure why folks enjoy this kind of iced drink.

We waited probably another 5 minutes but drink still didn't come so I went inside to ask about it and saw the drink sitting on the back counter. So I asked staff if I could pick up the drink and they handed it over. Our friend's sandwich (the Jester) looked pretty filling while wife and I ordered/shared the Crown Jewel with cheese and mayo on the side. The Crown Jewel was pretty meh overall. Wasn't as stacked as the Jester and the bread fell apart as I ate it, despite the mayo on the side. At the end of eating someone came by to grab our order numbers and ask how things went. I commented on the wait for the drink and was told they couldn't find us, which sounded strange because they found us when bringing the sandwich and we still had our order number. But she said we could get a free refill. Since I wanted to take advantage of the refill I went inside to inquire but the order counter had gotten extremely busy. So I asked one of the bus/wait staff outside if they could grab my refill. He directed me inside and he commented how busy they were but I said I didn't want to wait in the huge line simply for a refill, so he offered to meet me inside to get the refill. Eventually I did receive the refill and we left. Overall, for the price of the food I felt the service was very average bordering on subpar, and the food was meh for the price. I don't blame the staff as they all seemed to be working very hard, but perhaps they were understaffed which would be more of a management issue. We basically bussed a couple tables on our own and waited what eventually amounted to 20-25 minutes for an ice tea/lemonade. I pre-tipped when I bought the food, which I kind of regretted but also felt bad that the employees were understaffed so I likely would have left a tip anyways. I don't plan to go back anytime soon. Wish the food and service were better

The taro milk tea and red guava smooth are my favorite drinks here! And the curry chicken rice and beef noodles are so delicious!! The only thing is the food amount is not enough for us, but the service is so good. All of the servers are so friendly and they are willing to listen to all your comments.
