Really love this place but unfortunately tonight when I had gone for the first time in a while I ordered a large hot moroccan mint. While it was still hot I didn't drink it and waited until I got home. To ensure it wasn't too hot to burn and drink, I lifted the lid and saw that they only filled my drink 3/4 full. What a freaking rip off! Super unhappy with them and the service, since the gal that was closing tonight was on her personal cell phone on a phone call behind the counter. Was in the area and was looking for something to drink. I've been to the two other locations but it was my first time coming here. It is a beautiful shop. This location is pretty big. They have an upstairs area where you can sit. I saw people up there studying or looking for a quiet place to relax. Aesthetically, I love it. Plenty of seatings inside. There is a nice public restroom for customers. I ordered the Strawberry Fields, one of my go to drinks to order at Teazers. The order came out in a matter of minutes. It was super quick. They sell baked goods like all of their other locations. Overall, I think this Teazer site might be my fav in terms or look. The service was great as well. I didn't realize this was a local Fresno tea shop, and I had been going for several years! I love pink drinks and usually order the Strawberry Fields (always a 10/10 !!). This time I ordered a Circle of Heart (a cherry rose green tea with cream and sweetener) and it tasted exactly as described, mainly being a subtle blend of rose and cherry. Sometimes floral and fruit drinks will taste soapy to me, but I never find myself thinking this at Teazer! Unless you're into that, this is the spot for you ;) I love the eccentric decor and spacious options for seating. Sometimes if there aren't many people, the waiter will deliver the drink to you, even if you're sitting in their upstairs loft (yup, a whole second floor to romanticize all your meetings or study sessions.) I got the buddhas choice which was a mixture of cinnamon, barley/grain flavor, and needed some time to get used to. A friend ordered a strawberry tea and it was very sweet, almost not tea like. The green tea drink was good and refreshing but very light in flavor. I liked the big seating area in the back for study space and good vibes overall though. I've been to all of the Teazers locations all over town besides this until last night. Spacious with a second floor (closed at the time we arrived). The staff was friendly. This location was clean and the interior was clean with beautiful esthetics plenty of seating and table. I ordered my usual for my husband and I, a peachy lychee with cream hot medium size. It's usually what I order in all locations the initial drink first sip was good but towards the end I could taste bitterness which I don't usually taste with all the many cups I've had at the other locations which was strange. Overall customer service was wonderful but the drink might have not been made how I'm used to compared to the other locations. read more

I haven't been to this establishment since 2018 when it was still fairly new. I was happy that they built one in Clovis because I used to have to drive to the one in Fresno all the way down near Highway 41. Walking in, I could see that they made some additions but for the most part it's still looked the same and it still was very inviting and comforting. I had the flash to start off and then a vanilla rooibos with soy milk hot. I also had a wonderful blueberry muffin warmed up. I love the atmosphere because it was quiet enough for me to get some work done and yet live enough for it to be a cool place to go. After a few hours of talking and catching up with friends, and finishing up some much-needed paperwork, I took off. I'll be heading over there again this week as we do not have this establishment where I live. I love the selection, the atmosphere, and of course the tea. Kudos to you! read more

I've been to all of the various Teazer's in Fresno, however this was my first time at the Clovis Teazer's. I was instantly blown away by the design of this location!! I loved the two story design, and all of the great colorful interior design! There is plenty of study or visiting space. Upstairs there is a "bar" area with individual spaces (see pictures) that has outlets available along the bar to charge your devices. You will find Alice in Wonderland references in the decorations and art, very cute touch. The staff was very friendly and gave me time to browse the menu, as I had not been in in a while. She made suggestions, and offered other options as I was making my selection. I ended up with a tea with a bit of cream and a bit of honey. It ended up being about $7.00. Which brings me to why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Now, I know exactly why the tea was $7.00, the added honey and added cream bumped up the price, and of course the tea selection itself, was most likely top notch tea. But the fact that even if I just had the tea with no cream/no honey- it still would have been about $6.00. Again, I know why, top notch selections plus you pay for ambiance. (Which I appreciate!) The price just means I cannot appreciate it more often. However, if you have a few extra bucks, and some time, and you want to get in a days worth of studying or work, or meet a friend, its a great place to visit. You can get your tea in a to-go cup, or you can get it served in a little teapot with a tea cup. Either way, the staff will bring the tea to you, they totally found us upstairs. *Tip* The tea comes very hot! So if you are not a fan of hot-hot tea, make sure you give it some time to cool, or ask the baristas (is that what they are called?) to put some ice in the tea if you want to drink right away. The dude and I came to Clovis Teazers in Dec 2019 as I was craving some good tea and plus we were in the area. I believe I was not feeling well and I wanted a cold Citrus green tea with honey just like my Mom makes me when I'm sick. Anywho, I seriously love this Teazers!!! It's Frikkin two stories, HUGE, ample seating and colorful. They have cool sitting areas. The staff is young and energetic. They were very friendly and politely took my order. It was really clean inside and they had soothing music on. Next time I really want to go upstairs and explore. We sat in an area that had a flower table and comfy chairs. I felt so spoiled being there! Beautiful art work too! I was not disappointed at all. My tea was delicious and mouth watering. It definitely hit the spot. I wish they were open EARLY mornings as I would so love to stop by and grab some tea before work. If you have not tried this Teazers in Clovis you will be amazed of how beautiful it is. We went to Teazers for the first time around 8pm on Saturday night and the tea tender guy there at the time was great and both drinks were great. We went back the following day and ordered the same drinks. This time the tea tender made our drinks without straining or filtering because both our drinks had a ton of lemon seeds and gunk floating all around. They were gross and very unpleasant to drink. She also seemed to be having a bad day or something. For drinks that cost more than $8 each, please be a little more pleasant to interact with when ordering...and if you can't do that, at least make the drinks right. read more

Never seen a place that charges customers for a cup of water but apparently this place does. Water should be a courtesy especially if you've paid for a drink. Be ready to fork over $1.25 for a small cup of water if you're thirsty even though water costs them less than pennies to serve. read more

For the tea lovers out there, or someone who's open to them, this is the perfect place to try. With loads of options, huge seating (there's an upstairs) and food to snack on, this place seems to be the perfect place to study and chill. I'm not a tea fan but my friends are so I've visited a couple of times in the past. I've gotten their Monk's blend and forgot what else I got, but on this visit I got the dark chocolate spearmint and this definitely is my comfort drink. They have so much on their menu to offer that I'm glad I've been trying something new here everytime I do come. I like that they do have a reward system because my friends definitely use it and upstairs where there's a bit more seating, it's more quiet for those wanting to study. There's also plenty of outlets everywhere for people to charge and work so it's definitely the spot. Service is good. I like to see familiar faces and all of the staff are quite knowledgeable so it's not hard to find something that'll comfort your tastebud. I've been going to Teazer when they had only one shop in Tower. I have no idea what changed but I think it comes down to service, especially at this location. Today I came in at 7 knowing they close at 10. However, they shut down half the shop where the restroom was, and I asked why. The barista told me it just depends on who is working and decided to shut it down, and I asked if they closed half the shop, how would I use the restroom? I was told to go to Sakura Chaya next door. This makes no sense since they serve DRINKS AND WHAT IF CUSTOMERS NEED TO RELIEVE THEMSELVES??? Then I asked if I could just bring outside food or a snack, understanding if they said no that would be fine. But the worker told me no, because the owners watch the shop from the cameras. This made me feel a bit creeped out. And hyper aware of myself being there doing my work. Are they always watching? I never experienced this at location in tower..... I hope the owner responds to my review because this is just a bit strange. read more

I've been a fan of every Teazers location I've been to around Fresno, but this one is especially awesome with its setup and colorful theme. There's an upstairs area with purple carpet, yellow walls, and seating that I could see being great for working from home days or students to study at. The location is awesome being in the Sierra Vista plaza near the cinema 16 and also neighboring the newer Sakura Chaya location. For a refreshing choice, I like the cherry lemon Teazer or the Honolulu. On chillier days I often get the Lavender Earl milk tea that's quite comforting. This is the one of two Teazer locations I normally go to; the other is at River Park but I prefer this location mainly because it's the biggest size and has more seating options inside the cafe and outside. Plus, it has an inviting ambiance. Feels like you're on "Friends" when you walk in haha. Normally, I order the Honolulu (and sometimes the Razzmatazz along with some desserts) but I decided to try the Shanghai Red Dragon. My sister got the Strawberry Fields Cream tea and cousin got the Peachy Lychee tea. Service was great. Only thing I'd like to see at this location is the upstairs loft open and ready to be used because it's always closed off and never in use. I really like the huge variety of teas here and how good quality they are. The taste hits the spot. Particularly at this time I'm appreciating the herbal teas that are free of caffeine. They have quite a lot to choose from. I have tried the raspberry leaf and jasmine flowers and lavender. My husband really likes the osmanthus. I do like the fresno location just a bit better though, I have to watch to make sure they get the order right here because sometimes they forget things or don't know which tea I'm asking for. There is a bit of a wait. I don't know if the fresno location is faster or the vibe just lends itself better to a slower pace in comparison haha. Still, a big fan. read more

Thrilled that Clovis now has our own Teazers! No more having to trek to Riverpark to get a tea or meet up (pre-covid) with friends. The one big difference is that there's not a long table in Clovis like there is at the Riverpark store. The colors, furniture, and menu are all the same. The menu, oh goodness. Just opened today. Definitely the most spacious of the Teazers with lots of seats and tables, and that's even without the upstairs area open yet. Lots of nice artwork about the place as well. Not to mention the fresh smell of new wood. The staff were very polite and friendly. Definitely a great first impression. Got a Thai tea, but it was a bit too diluted for my liking and compared to other Teazers. Hoping it will be better next time given it's the first day today. read more
