Illgive 2 stars just for the Atmosphere. Service was slow however waitress was very nice. I had sirloin tips over cooked and not an ounce of seasoning simply tasted like meat no seasoning at all. Have lived down the street for 3 years and finally gave it ago when we were given a gift card, thank god it wasn't my money we spent! The entire restaurant had a scent I could only compare to a dead body or a Chuck E. Cheese. We arrived right after they opened, and the bathroom was disgusting with over flowing trash, hinting that it was never cleaned the night before either. This was my second time here. I still don't like the food. Service was good. I tried Mussels and Calamari Fra Diavlo. Was supposed to be on linguine but came on angel hair. Half of the mussel shells were still closed tight. Sauce was minimal and watery with almost no spice. We also had Buffalo chicken mac n cheese which was good. I hadn't yet looked at the beverage menu so I did not expect the monster beer they brought me! Visit this place maybe 5 times a year. The food is always very good and so is the wait staff. Until last night. There was a group of us that met there. We weren't sitting 5 mins when the waitress Tess ( could be Jess, no hook on the J ) came over to get our drink order ..no Hello. Just do u know what u want to drink......brings the drinks and ask if we were ready to order it was quite obvious our group hasn't seen each other in a long time so we were still saying our Hello's, it appeared to all if us that she thought because the group contained alot o f older pp she wasn't going to get a good tip and therefore didn't really care about giving good service. Little did she know we were all waitresses! The potato's were all reheated and when my friend ask for a replacement potato Tess never asked why or apologized. The supervisor asked how everything was and we let him know. He did apologize. Will I be back? Yes, but will make sure not to get that waitress. read more

Very disappointed in their new policy of charging $5.00 to split an entree. Pasta portions are too large for seniors to eat alone, especially after a salad and drinks. The BEST Grecian panini I have ever had- truly! Melted feta feta cheese, tomato, black olives on warm pressed marble rye bread. Paid the upgrade and changed to sweet potato fries that were perfectly cooked. This was such a good lunch. So good in fact that I got a take out meal to bring home for dinner. It was on the special of the day menu so I don't know how often they serve it but if they do I highly recommend. Grilled teriyaki salmon, side of rice and carrots that were tender crisp, not in the least mushy. I meet my son for lunch monthly in Sturbridge and we keep trying new places. My husband and I stopped for dinner after a recommendation from our hotel. A 45 minute wait turned into 90 minutes by the time our server actually took our order. Food was acceptable but service was awful. The server (Victoria) was more involved with a large group of mostly men and continuously refilling their drink orders than taking care of her other tables. This is your average, run of the mill pub and grille. Their entryway was a bit lackluster with low ceilings - and no host. Not really a good first impression for me. I ordered their burger with bacon and egg. I liked that the server encouraged me to try something new - because that's me. The egg added this really cool texture to the burger. I loved it. I came with a large group and our waitress was quick and efficient. We sat near an exit door that needed some serious painting. Went in to watch the Pats game. We are regulars here and really have loved the bartenders and the fun game day atmosphere. However today they had new bartenders Cassarah and Jen were in slow motion. I've been here a few times. Usually good but, my visit on 3/13 was questionable. 1st, we ordered our drinks. We got a soda, a beer and I got a glass of prosecco. Once those came over we ordered our food. This is where it starts. Not only did the drinks take a bit but when they came out, my stemless glass of prosecco was absolutely filthy. Had grimy fingerprints all over it and a waxy brown film that i could scrub off with my napkin. GROSS!! 1st of all, bubbly should be served in a flute or tulip glass not a stemless. Don't have it on your menu and serve it incorrectly. Not asking for 5 star service at a sports bar but, you might as well serve it in a coffee mug. Since our server wasn't anywhere to be found, I asked another employee for a different glass. Some guy took it and brought it back only for it to be THE SAME GLASS!! They tried wiping it off but it was still NASTY!! Haha tricky..Just run it through dish! Would you drink from a strangers used glass too?? Server came back with our food. 3 apps and 3 soups. Which was the only good thing about this visit. While she was passing my friends' soup over me, the soup (running over the bowl, onto the plate, messy as ever) dropped into my glass of prosecco. I said while laughing, "now you DEFINITELY have to get a new one". She took it, came back with a "new one" and said nothing. Perfect. Mind you our server was sniffling uncontrollably throughout and kept wiping her face with her hand. Doubt she washed or sanitized in between. Shouldn't be serving food if you're "sick". We get dessert, we get our check. With 2 proseccos on it. Server took 1 off but both of them should've been removed. That ordeal was ridiculous. Over 1 glass of bubbly. All 3 of us are/were in the food industry and understand sometimes, things just happen but, we were not impressed with this visit. Those cheap Lloyd's brand baby back ribs that I've bought in stores, are great in comparison to Teddy's ribs. Is there a term that means the opposite of "fall of the bone?" If so, here's the place. Disappointment for sure. Not only did we wait for 40 mins for our food, when we finally got it. The lights turned off in the tent outside. (Say out there due to social distancing) When we got the bill, I didn't leave a large tip because the waitress did not check on us and we were in the dark for a full 5 mins. Two days later I checked my bank account to find out that the total they charged me was different than the one I saw that night. We were in the area and stopped in for dinner. We made a reservation for Saturday evening and I'm glad we did, it wasn't too crowded when we arrived but it filled up fairly quickly. We started with some appetizers, meatball sliders and parmesan pizza bites. The meatball sliders were exactly what we were expecting and quite good. The bites were pretty much just fried dough with parmesan and some seasoning, but they were delicious and I ate way too many. For the meal I got the crunch burger, which I was pretty happy with. I don't normally care for "crunch" with my burger but I thought the chips worked pretty well. The fries weren't quite as seasoned as I was hoping for but I ate them all anyway. read more

On my visit home, my parents brought me here, convinced that this place was great and I needed to try it. I agree. The food was amazing, the service was decent, and the prices aren't awful for the amount of food you get. We got onion rings as an appetizer. They have the type of batter that isn't crumby (my favorite). And the spicy ranch dip that comes with it is delicious. I had the fish and chips plate. The fish was everything I dreamed about. We used to go to Zorba's for their fried fish, but out last few visits had been less than mediocre. We got the fried dough for dessert. We got it without the chocolate sauce, just powdered sugar, because I wanted it Big E style. Yum! On all my future visits home, this will be my go to for fish and chips! read more
