Very, very salty Italian beef sandwich
    Lupini P.

The beef sandwich was so salty and the bread was not fresh and sweet peppers are cut up in a little squares. I highly don't recommend this sandwich unless you bring 2 gallons of water.

    Welcome

Was in the area and stopped in for the Italian Beef sandwich. The sandwich was prepared just as I asked, dipped with hot peppers.

I've read good things about Teddy's and I was in the area one Sunday afternoon and decided to give it a try. It may be my new favorite Italian beef joint! Also enjoyed the Italian ice. I'll definitely be back

Hot dogs, chilli with cheese and onions and a black cherry ice to go.

National Hot Dog day go to Teddy's. The best service dogs, chilli and Italian ice. This is my go to Hot dog place, but I have to say if you ask for cheese and onions on the chili you will be as happy as I am everytime I get it this way.

Large fry. Large enough to share between 2 people. Delicious!

Got bored of the usual burger spots and wanted to try something new. Ordered the burger and fries through UberEats. Not only was the delivery fast, but the food was bomb! My fries were crispy, hot and fresh. The burger... omg. I got a single patty burger (not thinking it would be enough) and I am stuffed. The burger was hot and juicy. The toppings were fresh, making the entire lunch experience delightful. I cannot wait to have my wife try this place out. Next time I'll give the chili is try.

    Italian ice cream, lemon, lime

Hi I think this is the best food in the town .Because there hot dogs are so good and the fries and the cheese and they have the best Italian ice and it is homemade they have a lot of different flavors and I think it's really good for the Price. The service was great because you get your order in and then you go on sit down and then it is ready. I think the people the there were really nice and they always make sure that your orders,is correct I hope you like it

    Teddy's fries are huge

Food is good. But it's a real turnoff when they use their bare hands to make the food without the gloves. Yukkkkkk!!!

HOW THIS PLACE ISN'T ON A BEST BURGERS LIST SOMEWHERE IS INSANE…read more Get the sharska burger, with beef soup as a side. Get some bread and dunk it in there. Get a double shot of espresso before you leave, else there is no way you'll be productive the rest of the day after that big, hearty meal. But I regret nothing. The staff are friendly. Ask them what they think is best, and they will not lead you astray. Just real, down to earth people who you can just tell love love love food.

It's awkwardly positioned in a small strip and the parking is terrible, but worth the inconvenience! Three of our group shared the mixed grill, selecting the beans and fries as their side. They thoroughly enjoyed it and even had a small bit leftover to take home. It's a generous platter of various grilled meats including the signature favorite Macedonian kebapi, as well as a few types of sausage, pork and chicken. The bread provided was the perfect texture for nestling these cuts to form the perfect bite. I decided to go with the Sharska Burger and the classic (and nostalgic) presentation with the fries inside the burger. Even though the burger was a bit overdone for my liking, I suppose it has to be cooked to a higher level of doneness to ensure the cheese filling is thoroughly melted. The fries were hot, crispy, and fresh but I had to get through a lot of them before I could access my burger. Not a bad thing, but I think I would get them on the side next time for convenience. We actually started with an appetizer of a few pieces of burek to share- one meat and one cheese. We found the meat version to be better than the cheese, which was on the dry side. The burek, when ordered by the piece, is just okay. I suspect it's possibly reheated in the microwave which makes the exterior a bit soft, less crispy. We've never had that issue when ordering a whole burek- it's always been flaky, crispy, and delicious. I would skip the individual pieces next time and order the whole, because any leftovers can be easily reheated and crisped up in the oven, avoiding any sogginess. Service is always good and attentive. An employee was celebrating a birthday when we were there, and staff kindly shared pieces of birthday cake with the diners in the restaurant. Thank you! The only off-putting thing was a table of several men who sat along the back window tables, shifting from one table to the next repeatedly. They finished their meals as we arrived but proceeded to linger there for the duration of our visit and were still there when we left. They seemed to be in the trucking business, as it sounded like they were interviewing at least one person and talking about trucking. People came in to see them and left repeatedly, as if the space was their own office. Many restaurants place a 90-minute limit on a table, which is what I personally think should be done in situations like these, especially when seating inside Babba Grill is already limited, and these individuals don't see the inappropriateness of treating it as their personal office. Disrespectful of the staff's time and the restaurant's space, imo, and affects the ambiance. Hopefully this type of thing doesn't happen to them often. We are already planning for some pastrmajlija on our next trip and we can't wait!

5 stars for Lemont. Probably 4 stars in Chicago…read more Walked in on a Saturday for an early dinner. It was 5:45, I didn't have a reservation, a they didn't have a table available until 7:30 but there were spots at the bar which they said was full service. My friend and I cozied up to it and ate there. What a surprisingly good experience. The staff was super friendly and that bartenders had great suggestions. I hate when people at the restaurant say everything is good. Not these young ladies. They made some sound suggestions which we followed. French onion soup and the steak frites were both excellent and priced well IMO. They have a really good whiskey/bourbon selection with a few hard to find bottles. I settled on a Blantons neat. They had Pappy, but I'm not wasting money on that anymore. Food came out quickly and we ate and watched a baseball game. The locals at the bar told us about their membership program where I guess for a small mo they fee you get a bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate once a month. Seemed like a pretty good deal. I don't live anywhere near there, but if I did I'd certainly join. In any case, if you live anywhere close, this is definitely a worthwhile restaurant to visit. Seems like there were quite a few singles there as well if you are looking to meet someone. I have no idea what the dating scene is like in Lemont, but this might be a good spot to try.

The food is honestly the best thing about this spot; the vibes aren't quite right for a special date night, but might be perfect for a birthday party or girls night out and service can either be hit or miss. If you come here, definitely make a night of it in downtown Lemont - there's lots to explore, whether for a nightcap or dessert after Barrel & Vine to turn it into a night.

Unfortunately when I went on a Friday afternoon the dining area was closed. Looked like they were filming and taking pictures. They were in the kitchen too. Anyway, I placed an order to go and less than 10 minutes later I was out the door. Ordered the BAM cheeseburger and small fries. A little pricey but then everything is. The mixture of beef and lamb is luxurious. Great blend and let's hear it for a good old fashioned char burger! The spices and sauce are subtle yet distinctive and unique. Wonderful flavors throughout. The fries are the larger/thick cut that I usually don't enjoy, but these were fried perfectly and had a great texture. Now I'm going to be nit picky on the build of the burger. And this is obviously personal preference. The burger patty is a generous size. However, the cheese was so melted and thin, I barely noticed. The onion was a raw white onion and also a generous cut. I would prefer a red onion or grill them. As it was, the onion kind of dominated the flavor. The tomato, pickles, and lettuce were all good, which added up to a tall build. Finally, a brioche bun. I know, the world loves a brioche bun. On a burger, I don't want the extra sweetness of brioche. Give me a good old potato bun or sesame seed bun instead. Nothing bad about any of the above. Great service, fast and friendly. I look forward to the dining room open and trying a gyro plate! I'll be back for sure.
