    Philly cheesesteak
    Giselle G.

I really enjoyed this bar. Brittany was amazing, she checked on us and is a great bartender. I had a jolly rancher and the Philly cheesesteak. I recommend you share the food, the serving was quite large. When I come back to the shooting range; I will stop by again. The bar itself is a dive bar and could be easily missed if you are not looking for it.

My favorite place to come and enjoy a beer or two or three... Awesome food, awesome beer selection, great crowd, great staff, and awesome atmosphere for a night out with friends.

Great bar. Fun vibe, and the best cheesesteak in the area. They get fresh bread daily for a bakery in jersey.

Local favorite. Don't expect the Ritz, it's got good food, cheap beer, and a sports theme. What's not to love!

Great looking corner bar on the East end of Main St. I didn't think it was looking like a kid…read morefriendly place for lunch, but the bartender Kyle was extremely friendly and insisted we were good to go. The inside has dark colors, but brightened a bit by the sunlight coming through the outer wall windows. I liked the wooden barrel lights over the bar, barrel wall sconces by the booths and the small bikes made out of pipes with Edison bulbs in them that hang over the front tables. The interior had exposed brick on the outer wall, brown painted patterned ceiling tiles and a gorgeous long antique wooden bar. We sat in one of the cushioned booths in the back. Their menu is small and simple with about ten apps and six handhelds. They have some uncommon menu items that peaked our interest like Goat Birria Tacos, Sloppy Joe's and Mahi Sliders. My wife and son ordered the Sloppy Joe's at $8 that came with seasoned beef and their "House Sloppy Sauce". They both enjoyed them and said the seasoning was good and sauce had a bit of a sweetness. My youngest son had a plain chicken wrap $13 bacon, ranch, LT and Cheddar Jack. It was sizeable and fresh. We ended up splitting it up later for an app before dinner so its shareable if you have a smaller stomach. Kyle recommended their Smash Burger - Smashed Crispy Beef Patty, Cheese, LTO $13. It was average and there was nothing bad to say about it. I enjoyed a Mosier's Mosaic IPA by ShawneeCraft with it. They have a small house cocktail list and their tap list is small, but they do have some craft offerings and cans/bottles. The kids watched sports on a couple of the several TV's around the bar and we had a nice relaxing lunch. I'd stop in again if in the area. Thanks Kyle!

They also have a room in the back if you wanted to enjoy a cigar, which was quite pleasant. We were greeted and seated without a reservation. Our waiter was (Brian ) really hope that was his name ! He was wonderful, It was a light meal so we shared Caesar salad I had the pork chops. My husband had a filet mignon and my daughter just had stuffed potatoes. My daughter and I ordered dirty martinis which had the best olives in town ! which by the way are made on premises. Best! Dirty martini.! We didn't have plans for New Year's Eve so me and my husband decided to go back we called. They were able to fit us in for a table of two. It didn't disappoint. We had a complimentary toast of Prosecco. I ordered my dirty martini. I had a steak my husband had his filet mignon once again and our waiter was Brian again, of course I ordered the dirty martini which was outstanding ! as I wasn't in the mood for dessert my husband ordered a cheesecake , i ordered an espresso martini which was 10 out of 10 I I recommend going for dinner or just a drink and an appetizer it won't disappoint Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania doesn't have many places good to eat, but this is one of them!

Food: Had a filet mignon with no add-ons which means it just comes with "butter" and a herb brush…read more Mine came out dry with no butter visible on the steak. Honestly, I think it's ridiculous to charge customers $2+ for a little thing of flavored butter when the steak already costs about $60. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out medium. It really didn't have much flavor either. There wasn't that filet mignon crust you'd expect from a steakhouse. It needed to be better seasoned. Drinks: our waitress said that they have a mystery old-fashioned where the bartender just makes whatever kind of old-fashioned they wanna make. So I ordered that and it came with some cranberries in there, but honestly, the drink just tasted like an old-fashioned. There was no mystery about it. Service: it was fine nothing to write home about. The bar was quite full, and there were quite a few people crowded around and standing around the bar, but there weren't all that many people in tables. Kind of took away the ambience of the restaurant and made it feel more like a bar. We'll probably go back because it's the only steakhouse around that's not a franchise, but I did make filet mignon at home after this, and it was much better.
