I just got home from my kids' very first dental visit and it was AMAZING! My son is 5 and my daughter is 3 and I wasn't sure how they would do.. But they absolutely LOVED it! Dr. Lee and his staff are terrific with kids, and their office is SO much fun--I wish they had offices like this when I was a kid! Using the tvs installed in their ceilings, my daughter got to watch Frozen and my son got to play video games while the dental hygienists cleaned their teeth. Once their visit was over, both of the kids got balloon animals, they each got to pick new toothbrushes (my daughter picked Hello Kitty and my son picked Cars), and they got to pick a prize from the treasure chest (playdoh!!). I highly highly recomnend this dentist and I'll be referring all of my friends here. Also, wait time from the time I walked in to the time we were seen was less than 5 minutes -- that's a huge deal in my book! Great job, Dr. Lee's office! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The accounting manager and a staff member under her I won't name names on here made my experience horrible and super uncomfortable.They were a bad reflection to the amazing staff that helped my kids with their teeth. They were shady with charging me more money for initially having insurance then it fell thru after I called the day before and made sure my child was covered by our insurance and they assured me they were. They then charged me $231.00 for a teeth cleaning were when we didn't have insurance the year prior the most we were charged was $75.00. I felt very taken advantage and felt uncomfortable at what was happening to me seemed illegal to me. They said since they charged the insurance company $231.00 they had to charge us the $231.00 like they didn't want the insurance company know they were over charging the insurance company. And the fact they only charge $75.00 to customers with out insurance They finally agreed to have us only pay $75.00. When I was finally able to pay it I was threatened if I didn't pay the $75.00 that day it would go back up to the full amount again for $231.00 when we had agreed to split the payments of the $75.00. I will never go back to a business who operates with such shadiness and greed. They offered no apologies to how they acted or the terrible customer service they provided over the phone. I will be warning all of my friends, family and anyone I feel needs to hear my story about the our terrible experience. read more

Well I tried to find another kids dentist that was as good as Temecula Kids Dentist and I wasn't able to. Took my kids back to see Dr. Lee. This time I made sure we were early! The office is fun and the kids all look forward to going. The staff is very friendly. My 2 year old had his first visit today and they were so good with him, making sure he was comfortable and knew everything they were doing. He did great, thanks to the kindness of the staff. The kids enjoy playing video games and watching movies. The hygienists and Dr Lee are all very capable and knowledgeable. I like that Dr. Lee gives you his recommendations but leaves room for you to choose what you are most comfortable with for your child. He takes time to listen to your concerns as the parent. I really appreciate this as other dentist we have seen insist on completing one treatment plan. The kids were excited to get balloon animals and choose something from the treasure box on the way out. It really felt like a special outing for them instead of a chore. The only problem was that they didn't want to leave. I highly recommend taking your kids to Temecula Kids Dentistry! read more

This is by far the best children's dentist around. The staff, from the front desk to the hygienists and Dr. Mike are all so friendly. Amazing customer service! My youngest daughter was so nervous the first 2 times we came she wouldn't sit in the chair, but they were so accommodating they were able to get the job done anyway. Jennifer, with her patience and gentle nature, was finally able to convince my little one to get in the chair and now she gets excited to go to the dentist! We moved into the area and I decided to take the children to Temecula Kids Dentistry because of their great yelp reviews. As I expected, the staff members are amazing;they are very friendly, including the front desk reps. (unlike many other offices). Dr. Lee is an amazing dentist, he makes sure the children are at ease. Dr. Lee and his team are amazing. My 2 year old fell and broke his front tooth. Dr Lee stayed late to see us for this emergency. We ended up having to go back to have it pulled out, and everyone was wonderful!! They were extremely patient with my son; waiting for him to calm down before they did x-rays. When he was still a little nervous, they said no problem and they'd wait a few more minutes. They were NOT the typical dental office that would have made me hold him down and keep him still so they could proceed. They were perfect!!! Dr. Lee even sang to my son while he was having his tooth extracted to help sooth him. He also called later that day to check in and see how everything was. I've had a YELP account for years, but have yet made an effort to post a review until today. My 4 year old son had a follow up appointment for a couple fillings with Dr Lee. He already mentioned how much he LOVES his dentist, but this was my first visit with him and now, I can see why. The staff is incredible, energetic and very patient! Dr Lee is also kind, quick and he's extremely professional, as all the reviews here have already mentioned. But the reason for this post, I received a call this evening from Dr Lee. He called to find out how my son was doing. This took me by surprise, I didn't expect a dentist to be so personable. The fact that he took the time to call, meant a lot to me. It says a lot about a person. I didn't feel like we were just another patient, but someone he cared about. We've been coming to see Dr. Lee for a few years and my kids are very comfortable there. Our last visit was my 2.5 year old's second time and he was very nervous. They were able to do his check up and cleaning with him on my and the hygenist's laps. The hygenist was so patient with him as he freaked out and was able to calm him down. He got his cleaning done while his 5 year old brother got his own cleaning done. The office is very clean and inviting for the kids and the staff is so friendly. This dental,practice is awesome for kids. I have taken my 2 boys here for the last 2 years. The office is clean and there are activities to keep the kids busy before and during their visit. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming and the hygienist are just wonderful with the kids. Dr. Lee is exceptional. He is very kind and patient with the kids while doing their checkups. My youngest son, who is 3, had to have some pretty major work done yesterday. Dr. Lee was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of doing the procedures now versus waiting it out a little longer. He was very compassionate and understanding in my reservations in putting my son to sleep. The procedure went better then expected and my sons teeth look fantastic! Dr. Lee had to rebuild his two front teeth by hand using composite only, not caps. He takes a lot of pride in his work and genuinely cares for his patients. Dr. Johnson, who was the anesthesiologist, was the most kind man to my child. He got down on his level and did his best to calm my sons fears (and mine too!). When I asked my son last night about his visit to the dentist he told me 'I went to the dentist to take a nap'. He has zero pain and no memory of what actually happened. During the two hour procedure the office staff would go peek in the room and come back and give me updates every 30 minutes or so. The day before the procedure I was pretty scared and had a lot of anxiety about putting my child to sleep and the girls spent a significant amount of time talking me through the procedure and the entire process of what was going to happen. They never made me feel as if I was bothering them with my 20 questions and answered every question honestly and with compassion and understanding. I brought my kids here last week and it was their first time and my son's first time at the dentist (he's 2). I absolutely love it there! Everything and everyone us very welcoming and the staff members are amazing and so kind. They set up my son and were so patient and did excellent with him and kept him feeling comfortable at all times. They have games and movies on for them, they give them an awesome kit for brushing their teeth, balloons and finish with a toy out of the treasure chest. My daughter had some fillings done for her cavities and Dr. Lee personally called me to check on her. Ive never witnessed that before. I love this place. (I usually hate being at the dentist but I love this facility and all the faculty members)I highly recommend them! read more

I took my 4 year old kid there for his first ever dental exam. They asked me at the front if it was his first visit; their sign in sheet asked if it was his first visit; but did they treat it like his first visit? NO. The place was empty except for one kid in the back getting work done. For some reason they called us back while this girl was screaming and getting the cleaner brush. My son asked me what they were doing to her. Needless to say he was completely freaked out by the sight of it all. Can you blame him? First time seeking it all plus a kid screaming with drill noise... The nurse knew she screwed up. Told me they could hold Him down.... geesshhh. My kid went from being excited to go into dentist and is now scared from the dentist and it will be another year before I'll be able to get him comfortable enough to go back in. Also total waste of my day. They could have easily waited 5 minutes until the other child was done screaming or used their designated first patient room but they were too lazy to check my sheet. read more

Let me start by saying that I am extremely wary of dentists, having so many bad experiences over the years. dr. lee is the opposite of all the bad dentists I've had. He is genuinely interested in the art and profession of dentistry. While he was talking to me about what my son could be doing better for his teeth and I could be doing better for my son, he was genuinely interested and passionate about the subject of dentistry. The office is completely and totally kid friendly from video games to professional and kind staff. My son needed a root canal which went very well. It was completely painless and not traumatic at all. When we returned six months later we found my son had another cavity. Instead of opting for another filling right away, Dr. Lee opted to keep an eye on it by going to eat every three months visit program. They explained this is great for kids who are little lackadaisical about taking care of their teeth it keeps them more interested. Me, being dentist wary, thought this could be a money making scheme. However, I found out they only charge a small fee for the middle visits. I went ahead with it and I have been very pleased with the results. They are absolutely right! It keeps my son much more interested in his dental hygene knowing he has a dentist visit every three months. And he is not afraid at all and actually likes the dentist visits quite a bit. Dr Lee and his staff are simply the best! We go in every 3 months to have my children's teeth cleaned. Each experience makes me appreciate them more. From front office to the doctor everything is very relaxed but prompt and with great care. I bounce around from chair to chair as my 3 kids all get cleanings at once. Each assistant/hygienist is amazing with my girls. They make them feel comfortable and entertained. Dr Lee takes dentistry to a whole new level. I had horrible experiences when I was young with dentists so I've done extensive homework on finding the perfect dentist for my daughters. My search will never happen again because dr Lee is nothing less then the best. He is calming and so sweet to the kids. 2nd best part is he won't go after your wallet and won't do work unless it absolutely needs to be done from wiggling out a tooth to a baby root canal, if it's not what's best for the kiddo then he's not doing it. read more
